Ive used their services a couple of times now, and each time, theyve exceeded my expectations.Most recently, I had them replace some outdoor outlets, and Javier, the technician theyve consistently sent, did an excellent job. Hes personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. I am the owner of a property with several rental units on it and have used Carini for several different reviews. Not only are they able to handle many different repair types, but they have also been able to get to my property very quickly to do the work. Most recently, I required some plumbing work to be done, where I encountered George Hill, a repairman sent by Carini. George was terrific. Besides being very personable and professional, he was able to quickly identify what the proper fix needed to be and did the work for me in a short amount of time. He was very courteous to my tenant and was careful to be as unabtrusive as possible while performing the work. I cant say enough good things about him and offer sincere thanks to Carini for a job well done! Prices have always been reasonable, and the quality of the work has been great. I would recommend this company to anyone for any and all needed home repairs.

We were having problems with our home air conditioning system and trusted Carrini Home Services. Our service tech Elkan was amazing as well as was the office staff.They were able to get us in ahead of the scheduled date and Elkan was promptly on time.After troubleshooting our issue and trying to install the replacement thermostat I had purchased, he determined that the unit I bought was also defective and was able to install a new one he had on the truck.A short time later, our problems were solved and we are very satisfied with the service and professionalism of everyone from Carrini Home Services!

Javier arrived first thing in the morning, he checked the outlets for our laundry closet, one outlet was fine and the other one wasn’t connected. He connected the one outlet and installed a light outside the laundry closet. We are very happy with the work that Javier completed for us and he is a very nice and friendly person on top of it

Very happy with the investment of getting a 3 zone mini-split system in my house. After getting the attic cleaned and new insulation put in plus getting the exterior walls insulated, the mini-split system was the next best step. I shopped around and felt the most comfortable with going with Carini Home Services. The house is like an icebox now. Carlos came to assess and make recommendations plus explaining everything beyond my expectations. The team came in afterwards and did the installation and all answered all my questions and addressed my concerns accurately and promptly. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were in the process of household fixes prior to post-closing home move-in that were based on the home inspection, and we needed some plumbing work to be completed. Carini was very responsive and set up an appointment for a plumbing work diagnosis on our short time schedule. George was punctual for the appointment time. I showed him what the home inspector found and recommended. George was very professional and said he disagreed with the inspector’s assessment of two items. So the decision was made not to make those repairs. This was a major cost savings. George did complete the necessary repairs to a bathroom sink and the toilet water supply hoses. The repairs were done efficiently and expertly. Additionally, George was courteous and patient explaining the repairs. He is a true pro. Thanks George, and also to the crew at Carini. (July 2024)(Aug 4, 2024 post)In addition to the plumbing fixes, we had a week’s work of electrical fixes and upgrades completed by Carini licensed and bonded electricians Javier and Josh. They were an excellent team and completed all the requests including replacing old wiring, adding new circuits, switches and outlets, and installing a cold water bonding ground wire. They worked both in the attic and crawlspace, as well as the house, without any safety issues or concerns.In the end, they taught me about the wiring in our house and labeled the panel for ease of future upgrades and/or repairs. They were courteous, professional and effective. I feel much more relaxed about the integrity of the electrical systems in the house now. “I’m a happy camper”. Thanks guys.August 20,2024Today we had an HVAC service tech from Carini Home Services come inspect and evaluate our entire system. Elkin was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He effectively inspected the system and recognized issues that need to be addressed. He was courteous and patient explaining the issues and answered our questions. John who came out who gave us the estimate and determined the system we needed was very easy to work with and gave us a good value for the price. Joe who was the main installer was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things along the way. His professionalism and skill were outstanding. Josh his assistant was very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of retrofitting necessary to install the unit, and Joe capably handler all the issues. John came by to check on progress and keep us updated. Having been in the construction business much of my life, I know good subs when I see them. I called Carini Heating and Air after getting a quote from another company stating that I needed to replace my furnace. The quote was for $5400! I called Carini to give me another quote, and the technician was wonderful. He called to tell when he was coming and he was extremely professional and kind. My contractor called me to tell me that the technician found that the vents were not properly installed on our remodel, and it was causing back pressure to the furnace. We did not need to replace it after all!! We fixed the venting and the furnace is working fine. The honesty that Carini showed me will make me a customer for life! Thank you Carini!

I appreciated the teamwork from Kathy in the front office; John Bodkin for estimate; Gio & Jesse for installation; Anthony for oversight; and Diana closing the loop in billing – very efficient; impeccable communication.Covid protocols were followed, and all that came to my home were respectful. John listened to my requirements and didn’t muddy up the estimate with extras I didn’t ask for (or need). He asked the right questions and obviously did his homework on the homes in my neighborhood. Gio & Jesse are the ideal installation team. He gave me the information to go through multiple iterations as we designed the final product. Their price was significantly less than 2 other companies that bid on this work, and they were available right away to perform the job on my schedule. Technician Joe and his assistant Josh did great work in all phases of the installation (and cleanup). Joe is particularly good at explaining technical details to the lay person.

This is a quality company with stellar ownership and staff. Mackenzie in the office is extreme friendly and pleasant on the phone. The technician, Tom, was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. We called Carini to get a second opinion about what ASI had recommended and thank goodness we did. ASI recommended a completely new AC system that would have cost us between $16k-$22k. Carini came in, made a few repairs/suggestions and only cost us $388.00. Huge savings, excellent staff, and just a quality company. They have my business for life!!! Thank you Carini

We received a thorough technical evaluation of our existing heating and air conditioning system that was followed by a recommendation that included several alternatives. After we made a decision, Jake Carter scheduled the installation two days later. The new air conditioning system included components and features far exceeded our expectations. The installation began on schedule and Haik and Luis efficiently removed our existing systems and completed all of the work in a few hours. Called the guys at carini and they responded to my location within minutes-----they needed a large piece of machinery (jetting machine) and their staff was able to get the machine--tow it to my house and within an hour Carinin fixed my plumbing issues---they even gave me a 6 month guarantee. The cool thing is that I have full trust that if I had a problem------ they would happily come out an honor their guarantee. I slept great knowing that I found a company I could rely on.

Quite simply, Carinis has become my go-to HVAC provider when I am in a jam - and with my guest house constantly booked, I am usually running at max capacity.From my initial call ay 730pm on a Tuesday night with their answering service - the gentleman was professional, accurate and clear on getting my service request to the office for 1st thing Wednesday help. From Diana to Kathy in the office (thank you!) - they reached out and contacted me the next morning at 730am - nailing down the specifics and timing.I then received a call from Carini technician - Carlos Esquivel who had previously taken care of a gas heater replacement issue in December of 2019 again, in my guest house. Carlos listened understood I had an time window of 11am - 3pm where no one would be in the guest house. He managed to rearrange his schedule and came out approximately 1130am. Great guy! THATS SERVICE!!The problem was an AC coil drain pan water leak that was dripping across the attic floor and dripping out through a recessed lighting socket in the ceiling below. I am pretty handy - but, I know I could not find the source of this leak on my own. Carlos was amazing - he accessed the attic crawl space which is really cramped, tight and HOT up there - not to mention knee-deep in white blown-in insulation! He found a missing tray drain plug and a drain pan that was off-angled. He managed to have a plug with him and re-balanced the pan! He corrected both problems - Result? problem fixed - 1st time, right time! No more leaks, no more water dripping out of light fixture and he worked so quickly and efficiently.Carlos Esquivel is an awesome asset to the Carini Team and he makes things look so easy - when I know they arent. My AC unit is working fine! Im a happy customer, with happy guests - thanks to Carlos and the team at Carini. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC issues!

The mini-split A/C system in our church was having nothing but problems and the previous company failed us numerous times. We finally chose to call Carini Heating and Air to see of it could be salvaged. Jake came out right away and was able to expertly explain challenges we would face due to the previous poor installation and equipment used. We chose a new Mitsubishi system and Jake designed it perfectly, he was even a part of the installation process; what a personal touch! We could not be more pleased with this company and will recommed them to everyone.

Today Carlos Esquivel came out to access a Freon leak in our AC system that Carini Air installed in 2014. This is not first time we have had issues with the Freon (last year) and the last technician that came out said there was nothing wrong (not sure he even checked). So when the issues came up again this year, I was hesitant to call Carini air , as I had lost trust in their assessment. I did call another company, they came out, called Gabriel Carini personally and Gabe did authorize this company to repair an air leak on the system in the house and checked for another leak. The unit was out of Freon, so a leak was found. I decided to call Carini and give them a chance to make it right. Carlos came out, explained what he had to do and the cost. We spoke for awhile on my feelings about the repair/cost and how come Carini did not stand behind their install. I was going to go with the other company to fix the problem, until Carlos said he understood my frustration and that Carini air should stand behind their work and customer service. He did the job for no charge and restored my faith in a company that not only says they are there for the customer, but actually follows thru on that promise. Carini was a day away from losing a customer, if Carlos had not stepped in to fix the wrong. You now have a customer for life and will recommend Carini Air to anyone looking for an honest company to deal with.Thank you again Carlos for your integrity, honesty and customer service skills. We had to have our entire house re-plumbed last week. Ricardo, the drain specialist, explained everything, with pictures from the stinky crawl space under the house. He was really helpful without being pushy and was often was on-site during the week to check on the progress. Ozzy and Joe spent 4 days replacing all the piping (much rusty cast iron) and were so respectful and accommodating as we needed to be without water to different areas of the house throughout the week. I couldnt be happier with their work or attitude! I would highly recommend them and know they will always be there if we have issues going forward (a great warranty comes with the work.)

We procured a Mitsubishi split system air conditioner from Carini. It provides both heating and cooling with each room having its own unit connected to a single condenser. Carini provided an excellent system with units for three rooms at a very reasonable price. The installation service was outstanding, Their technicians are very skilled. I highly recommend Carini.

I had a problem with a pipe leaking what I thought was sewage. I called Carinis. They sent a young man, Clint Gross. He was very polite and understanding as he listened to my problem. He looked at the pipe that was leaking and said that it was just muddy water and algae. He found the source-a faulty sprinkler connection. He turned it off- problem solved. Clint was the most understanding repairman I have had in a long time. He has such a calm way about him- perfect for his job! I would recommend him!-.Su

When my 30 year old furnace needed to be replaced I thought this was a good time to add air conditioning. Two companies said it could not be done in my 1932 two story home. Jake Carter at Carini said yes and designed a a way to do it. Kevin and Louise were knowledgeable, hard working , considerate workers who made it happen. Would you believe that from Jakes initial visit to completion was one week. Oh and there were others involved too, electrician and dry waller . Meanwhile , my husband works from home and I provide childcare for my 2 and 3 year old grandsons.Each person who was in my home was professional and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you to all.

We had a ceiling water leak in the copper piping from our central air unit that was installed ten years ago by another firm. Carinis Anthony DeCarolis was right on the spot--diagnosing the problem and then replacing the faulty pipe with a far superior one. He was fast, courteous, left the work area spotless and made what could have been a nightmare an easy fix. We highly recommend!

We used Carini Heating & Air Conditioning for some work on the home we live in. We were impressed by the level of service and knowledge of the employees of this company. I got a quote from Carini when we needed to replace the HVAC system (heat pump on the roof and air handler above an access panel in the bathroom ceiling) in one of our rental condos. A friend who owns a condo in the same building had recently used another (less expensive) company to replace their system and recommended them. Since this was a rental, I went with the cheaper company. They did a horrible job on the installation of the air handler. The system did blow cold air but also dripped a large amount of water on the floor, so it could not be used. They returned twice to resolve the issue but could not. Then they demanded to be paid, in full, and suggested that I call another company and use the warranty to replace the air handler which they had installed. I called Gabriel Carini. He sent Anthony to replace the defective air handler that had been installed by the cheeper company and gave me a fair price on it. Anthony took the time to explain, in detail, and to show me, as he was removing the defective air handler, several issues with the installation that caused the water to leak onto the floor. The air handler installed by Anthony from Carini Heating & Air Conditioning is the same brand as was used originally by the builder and it now works perfectly. This entire process occurred over a period of about three weeks when the weather was rather warm. We had to credit our tenants with a portion of their rent for the time they did not have Air Conditioning. My attempt to save a few dollars by going with a cheeper company failed miserably and will ultimately end up costing more money than if we had just gone with Carini in the first place. They may be a bit more expensive than some companies but it pays off in the long run to use a company that stands behind their work and has employees that know what they are doing. Carini Heating & Air Conditioning is the only HVAC company I will use in the future. Thanks Gabriel and Anthony for coming to the rescue.

Javier G. rejuvenated my meter boxes within my electrical panel. He also noticed that I needed to find a way to neutralize the impact of the sun on my electrical panel. The heat from the sun degraded the integrity of my meter boxes by corroding the wires and connections at a high rate. Thank you for pointing that out. Otherwise, I will have the same problem sooner rather than later.

Explained what options we had and why we could not use one option due to a y in the line and city code. They got the new sewer line in and worked with the astro turf company so my lawn was opened and closed properly.
