I highly recommend Nolen Septic Services. They are professional and friendly. They had to troubleshoot an unexpected problem and dove right into it and solved it, all the while staying positive and upbeat. All the work was of the highest quality, and they took the time to explain every step and why they were doing it. As a homeowner of 40 years, I will say they were one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. I wish I had found them sooner. -

I called Nolen Septic and do you know who answered the phone? Melanie Nolen. And do you know who came out to meet me and look at the site? Joe Nolen. And their son-in-law, Jack, comes out to service our grease trap. I’m happy to give them my business and I highly recommend you do the same. -

Nolan Septic was super great to work with! Called them on a weekend needing some assistance and they answered right away. They were here at the house in under an hour. Couldnt be more happy with the service they provided. They literally left a family event to come help me with a septic clog on a Saturday! They emptied the tank and immediately diagnosed the location of the clog, had all of the required tools out before I could count to ten and had it cleared within minutes. Weve been dealing with this problem for months! We have had other service providers out and they were only able to pump the tank. Fast. Efficient. Experienced. Polite. Professional. -

Joe is outstanding! Very educated professional! This is a true tradsman to repair ehat you need him to at a FAIR market price. I was told i needed my entire sewage drain pipes from the inside of the house to the tank and was estimated $15k for the repair by a local plumber. I understood the age of my house and pipes..but my only issue was a full septic tank. I called their office and explained to Melanie my issue and she said they could still be out same day. And Joe fixed my issue for $350, which is outstanding but also educated me on the type of septic system I didnt know i had. If you want true, honest, hard work at the MOST reasonable price, call Joe and Melanie, period! -

Highly recommend. Excellent, knowledgeable service. Reasonably priced. I dont think there is any reason to use anyone else if youre within Nolens service area. Joe came out on a Friday evening when we had a septic backup. He cleared it and came back the next day to pump. He was able to diagnose our issues within an hour and completely review our norweco system. We have a yearly contract with a competitor and our mess could have been avoided with a short assessment of our current system when they came out just a few days prior. -

Ive been using Nolan septic for many years and They deserve the 5 star rating!!Today after these Sub-Zero Temps, I had water in my basement and water backing up in my toilets and bathtub. I highly recommend Nolen Septic Service! I recently had an issue with drain stoppage/backup in my basement. After contacting my home warranty company and going through their horrendous idea of qualified contractor I called Nolen Septic Services to service my home. They where VERY responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and REASONABLY priced. The day of service they kept in contact with my husband and even arrived BEFORE the scheduled appointment!! He cleared my drain stoppage/backup within minutes. Joe also ran my washer, showers, toilets and sinks to assure the drain/stoppage was clear. Afterwards he grabbed a broom and mop and assisted in cleaning up the mess with my husband before leaving my home. I will be calling Nolen Septic Services for any other issues I may have! -

We had an emergency on Saturday morning contacted his service. Wife said he would be there at 11. He was here at 11 had us cleaned out and able to flush the toilet again in about an hour. Great personality great service.
