    Great experience right from the start. Called, explained what was going on with water heater and was able to get an appointment set up right away. Xavier came to the house and discussed in detail the different options. We ended up replacing the old water heater with a new one. Xavier was great. Very professional, friendly and hard working. He got the old one out and the brand new one installed during same appointment. It looks and works great. Highly recommend!

    I had a great experience getting my water heater replaced by Hoffmann. They provided a competitive price and were able to get my job scheduled that same week. Hank and Joe were very friendly and accommodating during the replacement work and completed the job in a timely manner. They were also very respectful of my napping 11 month old and did a good job keeping unnecessary noises to a minimum. I would definitely go back to Hoffmann for future repairs and replacement work.

    John’s been to the house twice to help us with different issues. He’s always friendly with a smile and is straightforward and honest about the process and what it may entail.     Steve was very informative about the process and all the details about installation. He looked for opportunities to improve the installation and setup in my house to minimize space taken up by a new system while also inspecting the existing water and gas lines to confirm the outcome that I was seeking.     Zach J. was our plumbing expert assigned to our leaking issues with the toilets and shower and was extremely nice and knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and showing us our problems.     Christmas. Family home and cozy in our one bath house. Shower/tub valve broke. No shower or tub. Hoffman Brothers found a cancellation that allowed them to send help at 7 the next morning. Maintenance membership paid off by hurrying service and reducing the cost. “John” had us fixed by 9:30. Relieved. Happy. Grateful. Bathed!!!

    Josiah’s work was superb! He has worked at our house two times and both times was super friendly, professional, answered all our questions really well, and explained everything thoroughly. We will request him for any plumbing jobs we have in the future. An example of his excellent work: he installed a flow-tech stacked water softener and filter system (requiring several hours), and the work he did engineering the copper piping in our basement was perfect, and aesthetically beautiful.     John K. at Hoffmann Brothers was great. He arrived on-time at 7:00 am on a Monday morning during this busy holiday season, ready to go. Before noon, he replaced our water heater and he reconfigured the gas and water lines to make the unit more accessible and easier to service in the future. In other words, he left things at my house way better than he found them. What a refreshing experience!

    Dan arrived right on time and was thoughtful while I explained my situation and issues. He reviewed my water heater then excused himself so he could get some details from HQ.     Today, we had the pleasure of having Rich J . our plumber from Hoffman Brothers install and replace our original water heaters with new and more efficient equipment. The new system brought our needs up to current code and provided newer reverse parallel plumbing to create better efficiency and dependability for our two water heater system.     John did a great job! He replaced a portion of pipe that was leaking and put in a new sump pump and cleaned everything up. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient!     A huge thank you to Rich J & Hoffman Bros. Rich arrived at 7:00am and worked to remove our old water heater and then masterfully installed 2 brand new 50 gallon units. The new installation resulted in Rich skillfully laying out new water lines, gas lines, and venting ductwork. The result was wonderful! The area now looks professional and extremely functional.     Hoffmann Bros sent a plumber to my house the same day I called even though my plumbing issues were not an emergency (there was no added charge). The plumber, Bradley C, was polite, personable, and professional. He carefully assessed the issues, clearly explained them to me, and offered multiple options (with prices) for dealing with those issues. Then he set to work; the issues were more complex than I had imagined so he had to spread the work over two consecutive days; there was only one days standard service charge. When finished he left the work sites clean and tidy. Before he left he asked if I had any questions. Top notch service from start to finish.

    Mario was incredibly awesome and professional!! I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was and the extent he went to investigate what was going on.     Over the past week I have utilized Hoffman Brothers to repair my oven, faucet, and toilet. Louis was very professional and communicative with my oven repair. He introduced me to the home maintenance plan. He did so great (and it was saving me money), so I signed up because I also had a plumbing issue needing to be resolved. He got me set up for Steve to come the next day to repair the faucet and toilet. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and teaching me throughout his process of what he was doing and what I need to be on the look out for. Steve took a walk through to help me plan and prioritize some other items I have on my to do list. Overall I am very pleased with the professionalism of the team, the efficiency ( both visits had same day repairs within a very reasonable amount of time), and great customer service.

    Scott diagnosed our problem efficiently and gave us a clear idea of what we could expect the work to consist of, depending on what he found as he took things apart. As it turned out the toilet only needed a new wax seal with no complications. Scott was careful to check for leaks afterwards. He did a good job and was a very likeable fellow, as well!

    Jeff from Hoffmann Bros was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and liked our dogs who liked him, too! Checked the area of our problem, discussed options with the office and provided us with the easiest and simplest solution. Also scheduled repair for only two days from today! We are very pleased with Jeff and Hoffmann Bros for heating and cooling and plumbing services. HarrietOn Friday, 30 August, Jeff arrived at 7 am and worked hard all day performing excellent work to complete the repair of our stack. He conferred with the office on what needed to be done and what material he needed which was brought to him quickly. His boss Joe also assisted for a while when they found that they needed to make a change from the original plan.The completed repair is fantastic!     If you need one of the big companies to come out to do a job, you should call Hoffman Brothers. Matt R. arrived in a good mood and on time to bid the job. Once we agreed on price he began to start knocking our punch list right then and there. He was able to complete some very large tasks in a days work. He was honest and upfront about what needed to be done. As a tradesman myself, I found him to be fair with his assessment. It wasn’t the cheapest, so don’t expect that, but it was professionally done and in a quick manner. If your time is worth more than saving a few dollars, give Hoffman Brothers a call. They will be my go to for any larger jobs that require licensed professionals.

    Steve did a fantastic job for us today in the kitchen. New faucet and garbage disposal. We are planning on having him come out and do some major work in the bathroom next. The house is over 70 years old. Replacement today was for some parts possibly 30 years old. He tried to make the best solutions for us and at the best price. Will definitely call again in the future.     Excellent service! My tech Matt was on top of the repair and was in and out fast. He recommended contacting the water company to have them look at the meter, and wouldnt you know it, he saw a water company van in the parking lot across the street, and went and talked to the guy about my situation and even brought me a flyer from the water company rep.     Hoffman Bros represented by John Reece did an outstanding job. I had hired 5 plumbers over 5 years for the same issue and all provided different solutions that did not work. I paid a little and at times a lot but nothing resolved a leak and a slow drain issue. John assessed the situation and arrived at a solution that absolutely worked. He was professional, experienced, and brought a lot of expert skills to the table. I am one happy customer that will be using this company and John for all future plumbing needs!

    Josiah and Carl came back and replaced my water heater. The space to work in is very small! They did an EXCELLENT job! Very courteous and caring! We had a leaky bathtub faucet that was threatening damage to the ceiling in the room below.     Vincent installed a new sump pump at out residence. We recently moved here and had never had a sump pump. Vincent patiently explained how sumps worked. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. He was punctual and polite. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service call.Jessica responded to a service call for a slow washing machine drain. She communicated her arrival time, was punctual, extremely polite and explained everything she was doing. We have bern incredibly happy with all aspects of Hoffman brothers. We highly recommend this company.

    Zach, took on a tough water heater replacement in a very tight spot. He had to remove a cabinet and stove. He had to deal with some some unconventional plumbing from a previous installation, probably when the building was originally constructed. He spent time to come up with a better plan for the installation and then got it done. Kept me informed throughout the process, put the cabinet and stove back in place and cleaned up afterwards. He also had to deal heavy rain throughout the day, without complaint. I would recommend Zach, for sure.

    Josiah called and texted me prior to his arrival and then arrived on time. He covered his feet with shoe protectors before entering my house!! (Love that!!) He was accompanied by Carl, (covered his feet too!!) and both were there to service my water softner that had quit working. He accessed my problem, went over several options for replacing my system, emailed me the quote for the repair, offered a home warranty option for my HVAC system and offered recomendations for other repair options for other appliances in my home. I never felt pressured to say yes to anything on the spot, he offered me several options to contact the company after he left and time for me to decide what would be my next step. I highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers for their professionalism, expertise and courteous technicians. They will definitely be my go-to contractor for all my home appliance repair needs!     James was thorough in his review of the work that was needed, presented me with three different options which he walked me through whole process. Great customer service and knowledgeable. I will work with him again. *New update 7/17/24- James has completed several jobs since my initial post. All the work was thorough and completed in a timely matter which James kept me informed throughout the whole process. A tremendous plus for this plumbing work was the discount as a home protection member.

    Brandon is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He installed a new sump pump and modified the draining configuration to improve the efficancy of the pump. Brandon is definetly an asset to the Hoffman Brothers company.

    John was amazing! I don’t mind paying a little more than I would an “every day” handyman when the service was as great as what John provided. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to just be around. I also appreciate how he pet my cat and didn’t ignore him…It’s the little things, lol. Thanks so much!
