These guys were the quickest to be able to come out to my moms mobile home and man they took care of us! The owner and his young son came and weβre in and out within 30 minutes. Repairing my moms leaking sink and giving me info on how to avoid it in the future.Will definitely be calling them again. Great price and friendly family owned service! -

They were behind schedule because of other jobs but they still arrived at a good time. Thankfully my issue wasnt anything serious but they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. They were quick and efficient. They even gave me advice on how to prevent future clogs or over flow issues. I paid $100 less than what I would have if I had gone with another plumbing business. If I have any other issues Ill call them back. -

Water was leaking from my bedroom wall thatβs connected to my shower on the other side of it so I call the maintenance for my apartment PMI RGV they come and put caulking inside the shower saying the water is leaking out from the tile they came twice to fix it with caulking then after that they decided they needed to redo the whole shower they poured in a new slab of cement and everything new wall tiles so I let it dry for 3 days then I test it water is still coming out, so I call Charlieβs plumbing and speak to Andrew told me it might be the shower arm thatβs loose and spilling water inside the wall and sure enough i unscrew it and the plumbers tape had ripped off. I bought a new shower arm strapped it with plumbers tape and screwed it in let the water run for 20 mins not a drop of water coming out under the wall. It took me less than 10 mins to fix the problem compared to the 2 weeks the maintenance crew took trying to fix my shower. Thank you -

So happy with the work and professionalism of Charlies Plumbing Service. His apprentice Sarah did a great job with the guidance of Charlie. Work was done in a timely manner. I had some quotes from other plumbing agencies and Charlie had the best price with great work done to back it up. Both were very polite. I would definitely recommend services to anyone who needs plumbing. One last added bonus Sarah is a female plumber which brought me comfort as I was home alone at the time. -

When I arrived home to find my hot water heater leaking, I immediately contacted the first result that came up on Google. That business said they could get someone out to my house that evening about 8pm. 10 minutes later, they called to say they couldnt get out there that evening and that my service call would be for the next day at 4pm.Thankfully, I called my GF and she referred me to Andrew at Charlies Plumbing. Andrew immediately answered the phone identifying himself (thats a professional for you). I explained my issue and he was at my home within 60 minutes. He diagnosed my issue - needed a new unit - and gave me the price. He suggested that I purchase the new unit myself which would save me a few bucks in the overall cost. I appreciated that especially as a relatively knuckle-headed homeowner. He said that they would install it next day and turned off the water to my broken unit. Since I was using them for the replacement, they didnt charge me for the initial service call.The next day, they contacted me almost immediately after the start of business hours (before 8:30am) and picked up the unit I purchased from Lowes. By noon, I had my new hot water heater installed and working and the charge was exactly what he quoted me.This is how you need to do business if you want my consumer dollar. Andrew is friendly and easy to talk to, courteous, and honest. They offer a year warranty on their installation services, too. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will use them again!
