Im extremely picky when it comes to customer service of any kind. This gentleman puts his total awareness and care into the job to make sure every customer is taken care of and nothing left undone. This is rare customer service here in this day and age especially in South Texas. If there was a seven star option, I would select it. Totally recommend. Hes punctual, prompt, efficient and gets down to the issue and is openly transparent. Rio Grande Valley should take note of his advice on customer service. Water heater replacement could have been a headache but from an emergency purchase to an immediate replacement, Juan made it an efficient and lasting fix saving a lot of time and added cost that other services would have up charged. Incredibly fast service. We had no hot water, so we called at 4PM, they came and diagnosed the problem by 6PM, went to pick up repair parts and we had running hot water by 8PM. Very thankful, we look forward to hiring them again for future house improvements.

Its Memorial Day weekend, and my kitchen faucet was leaking water. I called 10 plumbers that said they were opened but no one took my call or said that they could only come later in the evening.Juan from YJ Home Service was the only one that answered and came right after lunch.I am so happy with how professional Juan was. I could tell he was experienced and knew what he was doing.The price he charged was very reasonable.Thanks to Juan, I can enjoy my weekend and use my kitchen again.Juan is an incredible human being, and you can tell he just wants to do a good job and honest work. Saturday afternoon before Memorial day. I needed an outdoor fan installed and i called up a few handy man services. All of them said they werent going to be available until after the Holiday. I contacted Juan from Handy Man Services and he said he would come by during the afternoon. He was able to get my ceiling fan installed and it looks excellent. Prices were fair. I would use again

Plumbing service was amazing, we called last minute, they came out, fixed our toilet. The next day we needed more plumbing services including replacing another toilet and fixing a clogged shower. Juan came out to my home and we both went to get the parts needed to repair shower handle kit that was leaking. He completed the job and cleaned up the small amount of wall mess and I did pay a reasonable price especially with gas prices now. Will be continuing to use his services here at my home as needed some maintenance due to being 20 years old. Will recommend him as well! All work done in short period of time as well!

Juan was very straight to the point, knew what he was doing and got things fixed. I had hired a licensed electrician to do some electrical work and dumbed the work because he could not get it done but Juan was able to find the problem and fix the issue. He also installed a faucet, fixed the sink trap and a wobbly toilet, built a water heater stand and installed drain pan for water heater.His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him, I will certainly be calling him again for some other handyman work in the near future.

I need help with my water heater it was not working. I called him in the morning and within 30 minutes he was at my house. He advised me that my heater had warranty on it through the Manufacture company. He was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job. He replaced the heater the same day. He went above and beyond to help us with this problem. I would recommend him To anyone that needs any type of service with plumbing,heaters Electrical problems. A very trustworthy company.

Juan has done repairs in my home and office. He shows up as agreed, and does the work promptly and efficiently. I continue to use him for my office repairs. I would recommend for a general contractor for things like installing window shades, door knobs, drain/sink issues, and other general repairs. A one stop shop.Also note: Before complaining about the price remember the cost of gas and what is worth a contractors time. (Driving out of his way for a $20 job isn’t worth his time) His prices are fair for the Valley and for the jobs being done.
