Paco and his crew did an amazing job. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. In the past I have had so many problems with the people I have hired. They show up late, leave early, leave a mess behind. This was not the case with this company at all! They showed up early, they didn’t leave until they accomplished what they needed to, and they never left a mess. I had so much less stress knowing they are honest, trustworthy and hardworking people. I highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs. 🙌🏻

I hired 33 DC Construction to remodel two bathrooms. I am beyond satisfied with the final product. The amount of detail in their work was amazing. Paco and his team are true professionals and have an immense amount of pride in their work. They are true professionals in their craft.Paco and his teams professionalism, transparency, quality of craftsmanship are second to none. They even did some minor touch ups not even related to my project without being asked!! That just goes to show the amount of detail Paco and his team apply to their craft. A friend of mine recommended Paco’s company to build a patio in our background. He spoke very highly of Paco’s professionalism, honesty and reasonable pricing and he was right. Paco took what appeared to be more than an hour to explain the best option for our home. He was very sincere and honest. After the project was complete, we were blown away. Their work was amazing. In my opinion, they went above and beyond and Paco was even able to save us some money from the original estimate. June 2020**Update we just finished with our second project with 33 DC Construction. Once again we were extremely impressed with the quality of work and professional service we received when having new windows installed and screen room added to our patio. Would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Nov. 2019Paco and crew just completed our kitchen remodel ahead of schedule. We couldnt be happier with the results. From our first meeting with Paco we felt comfortable working with him. Even though we had to wait for him and his crew to finish a project we knew we didnt want to work with any of the other contractors we had received quotes from. His quote was clear and concise no gray areas. We would definitely use 33DC Construction for any of our other projects we have planned. You can trust Paco to deliver exactly what he promises in a timely matter and often he exceeded my expectations.

Paco did an AMAZING job on my fascia. Totally recommend him. He explained everything in detail, gave me an affordable estimate for the whole job. Before leaving to work in the morning, he would explain everything he would do to my house, always in communication. If I had a concern, he was always available to answer every question with such professionalism. I had obtained a quote from another company to do the same job and they did not explain everything in detail like Paco did and not to mention, they were also OVER charging me. His work speaks for itself. Im one Happy camper, thats for sure.

Paco and his helper were quick, efficient and professional. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and even more so with his character. I noticed the work entailed a little more time and detail than he had anticipated and when i offered to compensate him for the additional trouble he politely turned it down. You cant ask for more than that. I will definitely call him again for any future projects.

I recommend this company. If I had more stars to give I would. Paco and his crew did and excellent job on the remodeling of my house. Paco was very attentive to what I wanted and he went beyond his duty to help me with alot of extras that needed to be done with my house. I really a appreciate that from Paco. Paco was very helpful as well when it came down to me making decisions and always looking out for the best of my interest. Paco is very knowledgeable at what he is does.
