Super friendly, kind and quick service! Had an issue with our garbage disposal and it turned out to be an easy fix, but they didnt charge us for it! So so nice! Will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs it!

Terry was great! He was honest and sincere. Fair price to replace the orifices he changed out for us and saved us thousands of dollars on noticing an over flow of water on our patio. Our hot water heater upstairs was on its last leg. Thank you for the great service that you provided. I will recommend Parnell Plumbing to all family and friends!

We called Parnell Plumbing out for our hot water heater and then to replace a the wax seal on our toilet. They did a fantastic job on both with very reasonable prices. Theyre very honest with what needs to be done. Were first time homeowners and its been quite the learning curve in terms of who to go to for repairs. Im happy to say weve found our go to plumber

After a month of back and forth with my home warranty company, I got on google to find a local, smaller company to do a third opinion. These guys showed up ready to get dirty and figure out my issue. Took them about 45 mins to locate the split in my pipe. They came back to repair in reasonable amount of time, also didnt break the bank. I will skip the home warranty companies, headaches and use Parnell plumbing every time! Thank guys, feels good to have found a good, honest company!!

Everyone is so nice, from the office to Terry and the guys who came out and fixed our hot water heater in no time and a very reasonable cost. No hidden fees just great quality work! Thank you all for fixing it so we had hot water again...cold showers are no fun!

These guys are fantastic! Very honest and reasonably priced as a family-owned company with years of experience. Our bill literally was half of what we were expecting to pay and that was due to the honest business this company chooses to conduct. We suffered a water leak in the house caused by a faulty valve and as a precaution had them snake the drain as well. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to do business with them as long as we live in the area. 5 star customer service from start to finish!
