Donovan and Brian were excellent. Showed up early for a significant water heater/mains feed plumbing overhaul (my lord what a mess we had). Donovan and Brian wasted no time and got straight to it; the entire job was done within a day. The quality of the work and professionalism of these two gentlemen cannot be understated. Thank you!!! Had two other reputable HVAC companies diagnose the refrigerated air unit that was blowing out heat while running in cool. Both said I needed to replace the condenser and the furnace for $17,000.The technician with Duke City Services listened to my issues and stayed until my unit was fixed (replaced the capacitor and adjusted the thermostat wires) both the other companies failed to check. If any other technician showed up at my door I would of been out $17,000. I will not go to anyone else in Albuquerque. Thankful for their services.
