My husband and I have hired Michael German for many different projects from 2 deck removals and replacements to improving bathrooms for elderly relatives. He is extremely dependable, hard working and trustworthy. This company has a wide variety of skills and the pricing is very fair.

Michael German is the owner of Allkin Home & Property Services, and a licensed contractor. He was courteous, prompt and efficient in returning my request for an estimate and scheduling and completing the work. I was impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He carefully installed the high quality luxury vinyl planks I had chosen on our 45-year-old uneven beat-up kitchen floor, which was a challenge, but he used his construction skills and quality underlayment to make it work! The final product was amazing: the floor had tight even seams, laid perfectly flat, and the installed baseboard and quarter round molding fit evenly with no gaps, the way it is supposed to. I recommend Allkin Home & Property Services for these reasons, and their specialty is all projects related to kitchens and bathrooms.

Mike and his team did an outstanding job on replacing our 17 year old deck earlier this summer. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the workmanship, communication, and pricing. The finished product is gorgeous and will hold up for decades to come. Highly recommend and will hire again!

They work very efficiently, communication is was great and they are always on-time. Great job redoing the lights in our kitchen as well as installing a new light in the front yard, wonderful to work with, friendly and the work looked amazing! Could not believe the attention to detail, replaced the light pole in my front yard that was in the middle of a flower bed, not only did he not destroy one flower the mulch was even put back in place and looked better then when he started!!! Will use them for any future projects we have!!

Cannot begin to thank Mike German (and his brother) of Allkin Home and Property Services for our living room feature wall!They were professional, affordable and have the patience of Saints because they worked with us at home with our two monsters running around. Didn’t complain or get annoyed by my nosey 1 year old.Definitely won’t be the last project that we have them work on. Thank you!
