We called Tim at Any Time Drain because we thought we were having a plumbing emergency with our shower leaking through to our living room ceiling. He came right over and was not only knowledgeable, but also talked us through everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately he found the issue and realized it wasn’t plumbing-related. However he continued to help us figure out where the water was coming from and gave us a great recommendation. Tim’s patience and thoroughness was not only incredibly appreciated , but also beyond helpful!! We’ll be calling him for any plumbing issues we (hopefully don’t) have in the future!!

He answered immediately, set up a time to check things out quickly, and worked diligently to fix the drain the right way. It ended up being a very involved project to replace the drain assembly, and Tim and Pat were terrific. Explained everything. Never traipsed snow into our house during their three visits. Cleaned up after themselves. Charged a fair price for all the work. Just really friendly and knowledgeable overall, and I feel great about supporting this small business. I chose this plumbing company based in two things. One is that it was a smaller business and two, this business had great reviews. Tim, the owner, did not disappoint. He looked at the problem (not an emergency) and we set a date for him to come back. He replaced the sump pump and his apprentice connected the laundry tub and washer. There was quite a bit involved but he was very reasonable and the job was done. His apprentice was equally professional and very helpful explaining things to me. I would highly recommend this business. The basement laundry is now much more functional and the floor is dry!!

They came and worked very carefully, seriously, patiently to identify the possible causes and solved the problem quickly. They are such responsible and suggest to do camera check of the drain pipe that leads to identify that there’s problem of debris buildup in the public main sewer line that can be addressed by the public work. He made the process of diagnosing and resolving a main line clog we had quick and painless. Having a clogged drain and sewage backing up into your basement is an experience you do not want to have on Christmas day. Relatives are over and its hard to tell them not to flush because you are having a sewage problem. I had a dilemma on my hands, and this was my first time experiencing this. I cannot say enough good things about Tim Jones, owner of Any Time Drain Cleaning, so I will share my 2 experiences:On 11/15 a Monday at 5pm my washer drain pipe overflowed and my first floor laundry room was flooded. I called my regular plumber and he suggested that I call Tim Jones who would respond much sooner and be alot more reasonably priced. So I called. Tim answered the phone, I told him what was happening and he said he would be at my home within 30 minutes!! He arrived just as he said. When he entered my garage, he took off his work boots (without being asked) NOW WHO DOES THAT?!, put on work shoes and got right to work. He unclogged my main sewer and suggested that he rework my drainage pipes so that this would not happen again. This had happened once before, so I knew what he was telling me was correct and not just looking to do more work to up the price. Throughout the entire job, Tim explained everything, suggested what I should do now and what I might consider doing in the future, as I have an older home. Tim was at my house for 3 hours, cleaned up after himself and when he presented me with the bill, I could not believe how reasonable it was, given the amount of work and the time of day 5pm to 8pm.I didnt expect to call on Tim again so soon, but on Saturday 11/27 at 8am I opened my cellar door to see water at the bottom of the stairs. I went down to find that the hot water heater had blown and I couldnt believe the amount water all over the floor. I once again called Tim in a panic, he answered the phone himself and said he was on another job but would text me probably around 1pm to tell me when he would get to me. As promised he texted me right on time and was at my house 30 minutes later. Yep, my 17 year old hot water heater died. Tim accompanied me to HOme Depot to be sure I bought the correct one {AGAIN, WHO DOES THAT?!) and he returned to my house removed the old one, installed the new one, cleaned up after himself, carted away the old unit and box new one came in. While Tim was working in the basement he heard that my 10 year old sump pump motor was not turning off. He inspected it and showed me that it was burned out but running constantly and this was a potential fire hazard. I asked if he could replace it, he checked to see if he had the proper size in his truck and he did. After spending at least 5-6 hrs with me on a Saturday, he presented me with a bill that was incredibly reasonable for the time and service and care that he devoted to me.My summary is this: if you are in need of plumbing services beyond drain cleaning, check with Tim first to see if he provides that service and then do YOURSELF a big favor and contract with Tim. You wont regret it.
