    Dan and his crew are amazing. Basement totally flooded durning an intense rainstorm. Dan showed up with his team next day. Ripped everything out and had basement completely dried with his commercial equipment. 7 days later moving back in with new Sheetrock, paint, tile floors and molding installed.

    While we were out of town, our dishwasher leaked and flooded our kitchen. Upon contacting 3D, they came out right away to help remediate the water damage and the resulting mold. Within a short period of time, the problem areas were identified and cleaned and we were able to receive a clean mold report.Given our kitchen was now taken apart and showing its age, we proceeded with an entire kitchen remodel. While we considered using a different firm for the remodel, we were so happy with the work they did on the flood/mold, we decided to stay with them for the remodel. They put together a creative new kitchen design and went to work. Over the months, we have seen a number of the workers on their team and everyone has been polite and conscientious and we have been pleased at the quality of work. Along the way, the house gave us a few surprises, but 3D was always able to adjust and make it all look great. We are definitely satisfied with the work they have done and highly recommend the company for mold remediation and/or home remodeling.

    3D design& build literally tore my house down to the studs & put it back together better than it was ever built in the first place. New windows, roof, siding, spray insulation, rear exterior wall (both floors), major structural beam replacement, mold abatement. Brand new kitchen and master bath. Raised garage header and front porch design. All of it! Not only did they beat everybody else’s estimate by THOUSANDS but they completed a massive home rebuild within a 2 month time period.     Dan and his team were very professional in the way they handled re-doing the siding of my home that has been in my family for 3 generations. He redid all 4 sides as well as add a new storm door, shutters, soffits, and gutters, as well as install new lights and add azek trim around all the windows and doors in house. Dan readily handled any concerns I had whenever I had a question and presented viable solutions that were easily digestable for us to keep the project moving. Couldnt have asked for a better job.

    From the moment I met with Dan, I just knew that he very genuinely cared to create a special place for our first-born with very limited space to work with. Well, 3 days later, we had an absolutely gorgeous nursery complete with a barn door entry, an accent wall, chair railing, new crown molding…the list is endless! The communication with his wife, Meagan, came daily with updates on his progress and what his schedule would be for the following days. Dan’s ideas are so uniquely beautiful and I would trust him for ANY renovation moving forward. Dan & his team are extremely talented in their carpentry & painting skills.     From Day 1, I could tell Dan and his staff cared. His attention to detail, thinking of things that I couldn’t think of doing and expertise is something all businesses should model. From helping me with plans present and taking into consideration planning for future add ons helped me redesign our entire deck and backyard plans.     3D design rebuilt my deck into a beautiful space to entertain 3D had creative and imaginative ideas constructing a deck that blends into the landscaping. The rail is made with wires so not to block the view of the harbor. Lights were placed under the rails and down the steps making entering and leaving the deck safer

    Had an incredible experience with 3D! Dan is a wizard when it comes to remediation and remodeling. Him and his team came in and completely eradicated the overwhelming mold and mildew that was eating away at my house ( result of water damage). Everything was professional and seamless, including the insurance claim process, in which Dan helped move along in a smooth and timely manner.In addition, they executed my home remodel vision perfectly and gave me the bathroom of my dreams!!     3D remodeled nearly my entire house and added a beautiful outdoor shower area and stone walkway. Results are excellent! Project included lots of design and structural work, and new windows and other features all over. They are skilled, creative, responsive, and honest. Now planning to use 3D to replace the siding.

    We hired Dan from 3D Design & Build to reimagine our washer/dryer and boiler room. Dan had a vision and executed that vision above and beyond our expectations. He and his team moved our washer/dryer into the boiler room and built storage beneath and above.     If youre wondering, Im telling you yes!! I have seen the process and finished products from work by this company. My former landlord used them to remodel a basement unit and I do not recognize the place. I imagined change, but I was not ready for the complete reimagining of the space- the color palette, the use of the sq ft, the quality of the work. Clean clean, level lines on everything. My landlord had a vision and they went the extra mile.
