    My Navien water heater suddenly stopped working on Thursday. There was no heat or hot water. So I Googled a heating company. The technician came and told me he thought the pump needed replacing. But after wasting my four hours, he made the hot water system worse. He couldnt even find the problem. He finally told me he couldnt help any more and asked me to call Navien for help. Then I found Frank on Google, and he fixed everything for me in just 30 minutes. Hes such a professional!

    Frank has done two jobs for me so far. He bid on a boiler replacement and ended up coming in the most competitive amongst 3 bids. He isnt a big company- so what you see is what you get. But thats also the benefit of using a small business. You know whos coming to your house and hes the owner. Frank replaced the boiler without any issue. I also called him one morning when there was a leak in my kitchen. He was able to come down the same day (or it would have been the following) to fix it. Frank is an honest guy and does a great job. I wont hesitate to call him again and recommend him to my friends.

    We are most impressed by Franks professionalism and craftsmanship. We needed to replace our aging gas boiler which was showing signs of imminent failure. Frank responded to our initial call within 30 minutes, and came over the assess the situation the very same day. From then on, everything went very smoothly. The price he quoted for a complete system overhaul was very fair, and he kept to the schedule he had suggested to a T. We were a little concerned about having the work done during the cold weather, but he and his assistant worked tirelessly all day, and had us up and running with a toasty house faster than we had hoped was possible. They left the basement impeccably clean, and the new boiler and its manifold are a beautiful example of precision and expertise. They also went the extra mile by muscling out a dead and very heavy appliance that was in our way. We will not hesitate to trust Frank and his assistant for all our AC and plumbing needs in the future.

    I use McIntosh Plumbing any time I have a plumbing or heating issue at home. Hi installed a new shower in my bathroom, put up a new heating system in my laundry room, fixed clogged pipes and rerouted the cold water from the cement floor to the attic. He always does a good job and I refer my family and friends to him because he does good work at a fair price.

    I called Frank on Tuesday 1/5/21 to remove the water line and saddle valve to my refrigerator. Frank and his associate arrived the very next day and expertly made the changes.     Mcintosh plumbing completely redid the plumbing and air conditioning in my home.     I live in a condo and I had a clogged waste line in my basement. They returned my call very early the next morning and came out first thing. They determined the blockage was from a shared waste line in 4 homes. They cleared the clogged line and fixed the problem.     On one of the coldest days of the year, my fathers heat was not working in his house. I called Mc Intosh Plumbing & Heating. Frank was at the house within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts to fix it in his truck. It took him less then 45 minutes to complete the repair and ensured the system was working properly before he left.     We met Frank when he responded to an emergency call to repair our oil burner. Frank came on time and repaired the defect as soon as the part was available. Franks price was fair and he was very pleasant to work with. He responds to emails 100% of the time. We subsequently used Frank to convert our home to gas heat and to run the line for a gas fireplace. Again, all the work was done on time, his prices were very fair and the work was professional and very clean. Frank is very knowledgeable about heating systems and didnt try to over-sell us. It is nice having a plumber you can trust. We will use him again.

    We have been using this company for years now. Back in our old house and now at our new house. Originally we had a few estimates given to us to see what would be more cost effective and Franks was most reasonable and fair. We had an indirect hot water heater, burner and whole new boiler installed yesterday. They did a really great job and were very efficient. They also changed out all our valves in the house a couple weeks ago. They are very responsive when we call or text. I would highly recommend them.
