    Absolutely love this company! They came super fast! Super knowledgeable. Super personable. Did an amazing job replacing an old faulty ice maker line. I will definitely be calling them if we ever have any other issues! Run to call them for all your plumbing needs!

    Bathtub clog! I tried snaking, magnet, but could not get the tub to drain, so I called Ros and they were here the next morning, examined and determined it was the drain pipe in our garage within 30 min. Drain cleared !Ro really is terrific with customer service and communication. If youre reading this then youre paying attention to what others say and take that into consideration. You really wont find a better all around plumber you can trust!

    Ro and his team ALWAYS deliver. I found this company a little over a year ago and have called them for every plumbing concern since. First call to Melissa is always answered kindly and quickly and she’s does her best to work with your schedule. Ro is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains everything so you understand the job fully. And the young gentleman that works with Ro- such a nice, respectful young man. Also great at explaining, ALWAYS respectful of my home, time and family. I’ve even seen this young man out driving the work van- he even drives responsibly and respectfully.It says a lot to be respectful when you know someone is watching you in their home. It says so much more to show respect when you don’t know they see you. I will always call on Ro’s Plumbing for any plumbing work!!!

    In my opinion, this is the model business. My interaction started with Melissa. Her concern for my situation was truly refreshing. The customer service is top-notch. I already used their services twice and was absolutely amazed at their professionalism and care. Rohan helped me to feel at ease when dealing with an extremely upsetting situation. His response to my emergency was fantastic. He even took the time to provide me with education about what every homeowner should know. I appreciate his patience and his friendly approach.     Ros Plumbing is amazing! They are so responsive and Melissa is fantastic!! My brand new Rheem hot water heater pilot would stay lit, I had nothing but problems with Rheem taking care of this issue. The unit was faulty and they refused to replace it. I received my parts overnight and Ro was there the next day to install! He also helped me months ago with a repair to my kitchen sink, that was leaking and my old 1930 double farm sink in my basement which starting leaking as well. I have been very happy with their responsiveness, professionalism, service and care. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable and they were always on time. Im very thankful to have their help and know that they are there if I ever need them! Jenny

    From Melissa on the phone to Ro and company’s performance installing the water heater everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Melissa was friendly and helpful in making the appointment and followed up with a call on the day of, to reconfirm. Ro installed our new water heater in about an hour and a half and spent the time to explain the operation and maintenance of the unit. He was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We had watched him and his crew work at the house next door that is being flipped. They worked so hard and so diligently each day we knew they were going to be our choice. The price was competitive and we would absolutely recommend them.

    Repairmen arrived on time, very personable and concerned for my problem. in spite of unresponsiveness from CHW they proceeded to correct my problem and did an excellent job. I cant say enough complimentary things about their professionalism and care for me and the situation I was in and all under adverse conditions with heat and humidity. I am eternally grateful for their care and consideration. I would recommend this company and them to anyone needing help with plumbing problems. I should have known from their name that they were a top notch company when I saw the name, my sons dog is named Ro! How could I go wrong?

    The people of this company, Melissa and Rohan, went so far beyond my expectations that I continue to be amazed. I had a water heater leak discovered at 11:30 a.m. and by 6:30 THAT SAME DAY I had a new water heater installed and working!! Immediate response to what needed to be done; followed through on everything they said would be done when they said it would be done; professional and courteous throughout the whole process. HIGHLY recommended!!!

    We brought in Ros Plumbing for a new bathroom in the basement; they did a full assessment of my water and sewer pipe at no obligation or cost. They show us areas where things were about to go bad and save us a ton of money by proactively addressing them. The faucets use to irrigate the garden were always a hassle during winter time as we needed to keep them dripping to prevent them from freezing. Ros Plumbing presented us with a rather economical and effective way for not having this as a headache every winter. We are most appreciative of the dedication and professionalism displayed by the crew, diligent respectful and most important of all, they know what they are doing.
