    Our pressure tank was starting to show its age and we were ready for an upgrade. H2O came through with an amazing on demand pressure system that was a quarter of the size of our old blue tank, giving us back some space in our basement. They also made sure that the new well pump we got to go with it could be run on a generator, in case we were ever without power. They were so friendly and helpful with all of our concerns and questions about the equipment and the process, with us being new to a well water system. I highly recommend H2O, and have done so several times. Thank you again for your amazing service and support, it was greatly appreciated!

    I seriously cannot say enough about how great H2O Equipment is! Everyone who I spoke with throughout the process of getting a new system place in my house was incredibly professional and extremely pleasant. This is the second home Ive had over the years where Ive used H2O Equipment and I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

    We have to say we were happy with H2os service from start to finish. Keith was wonderful upon his initial visit and was able to change the existing system we had to something that was much more efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and very informative and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. The technicians that removed our old system and installed the new system were also on time, very friendly and were able to answer any questions we had regarding the new system. It was installed quickly and efficiently. Keith even returned for a follow up visit to make sure everything was running smoothly for us and our water PH was where it was supposed to be. I must also mention that the office staff was also courteous when scheduling the appointments or if we had any questions. Overall we had a very positive experience and feel we were/are in very good hands. Our only regret is that we didnt switch over to their company from our old one 15 years ago!

    I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the H2O Equipment Company. From the rep who came out to evaluate my problem to the technician who installed my equipment, it was a 5 Star performance. H2O solved a long term iron and sediment problem, and also successfully corrected a low water pressure situation that I have been dealing with for 20 years, I highly recommend them.

    We had an ancient, chemical free water filtration system that we nursed along for close to forty years. When it became totally unrepairable, I asked a plumber friend for advice and he recommended H2O Equipment Company. Erica, who answered their phone, was very friendly and professional. Keith inspected our system and presented several solutions without any pressure. Chad was unrushed in the installation and thoroughly explained how to manage the system. We even got a hand written thank you from the owner (?) a few days later. Everyone we have dealt with in your apparently small firm had been personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have seen some of the negative reviews several have written about this company and can’t understand how our experience could have been so positive and so totally different.

    I have had other water treatment systems from the national companies and they pale in comparison to H20. Every thing they tried always fell short. I live in an area that has very hard to treat water. I spoke with a local plumber and he highly recommended H20, so I gave them a call. They sent out a very knowledgeable person (Keith) who tested my water and knew right away how to handle it. The installers were very neat and professional and the office staff make you feel like your dealing with family. All my water needs have been met and at a very affordable price.If you need anything to do with water do not hesitate to call H20, you will be happy you did.

    Weve been using H2O to service our system for a few years and they have always been prompt, professional and reliable. Over the past year weve had to replace 2 components in our aging water system, the well tank and the water softener. While a well tank is pretty straight forward, there are many options/price points to consider with a water softening system. Kieth from H2O took the time to discuss my options, provide me literature on the recommended systems and direct me to web sites where I could research my options. The installation was performed timely and professionally. All the old equipment was removed and the area cleaned. The technician provided instruction on operating the new system and information on what to watch for. They took the time to follow up post installation to ensure the equipment is working properly, any questions were answered and were satisfied.Im completely satisfied with the work performed, the recommendations made and the equipment installed. Ill happily refer H2O to friends and family.

    We woke up today and found that we had no water. We called H2O and within one hour they were at our home. They determined the pump was no longer functioning. It was 400 feet deep. They replaced our pump, wiring and tank by 2 pm. They were friendly, efficient and thoughtful. And they thoroughly explained the process and the equipment to us.We highly recommend them.

    I would definitely recommend H2O. I was new to the area and to well water, and wasn’t sure who to call. My water had significant iron and hardness. I found H2O’s site and called for their free water test. The office staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with setting up an appointment though I knew very little about them. The technician who came out to test my water recommended a water softener. I was very impressed with how professional he was, and how much knowledge he had. It made so much sense after he explained how the system works. The installation went so smoothly and looks very neat, the system looks really nice! I have been so happy with this new system, it saves me money on salt and completely solved my iron and hardness problem. No more staining! Call H2O NOW if you need water treatment equipment!

    Honestly, it is so refreshing to have people come to your house...be honest with you...be kind...be hardworking. This is one of the BEST experiences we have had since we bought our house in 2004. Its not fun to find out your system was put in backwards and really, its the wrong system. H20 came out, assessed the problem, told us what to expect and only sent the BEST guys to make it work. The consultant has been with the company 18 years. The hard working installer has been with the company 10 years. That means so much about the company. I am a consultant myself.     We wanted a company that treated water as one of their main services, not a company that treated water on the side. From day 1, when Keith came in to evaluate our water, we have been impressed with every individual we have met. Keith was friendly and articulate, and made the chemistry of water easy to understand. Tyler did our install and was thorough, knew what he was doing, and a pleasure to work with. Tyler was able to explain the system in a way we could understand, and set up our new system in a very neat and organized fashion. He left nothing behind crystal clear, clean water! The office staff has been consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and their follow up to ensure our satisfaction has been most welcome. Buying a new water treatment system was a daunting task for our family, but we are very happy we did our research and chose H2O Equipment Co., Inc. as our provider.

    Ive used H20 for a new well pump, two whole house filters (at two different houses) and a water softening system. They also did well testing for me. I trust Keith Ritchie completely. Hell give you your options and price points. He wont oversell you. The technicians that do the work are knowledgeable and do great work. I highly recommend them!

    H20 Has always been so friendly, willing to help and just understands what good customer service is. We recently had our well dug and had no idea what to do next with it. The drilling company left us with no instructions or test strips or anything to flush out the dirty/chlorinated water. Panicking I called them and they gave us some complimentary test strips, walked me through how to flush out our system and how to test in a few days for bacteria to make sure everything was safe. Appreciate their help with everything!!

    Amazing customer service. While having issues with changing my well filter, the perfect ladies in the office walked me thru all steps in the phone, walked thru all steps in person when I came into the office to buy a part, and then helped me again when I went back to get a replacement part after messing up the first one. A lot of great, positive support even for something that should have been a quick homeowner fix on my part. We have never had an issue with the water system installed so I havent had to use much tech service, but the patience and help from the knowledgeable office staff is very appreciated. I absolutely recommend.

    H2O Treated our well water for very high iron when we bought a new house. Initially they made a mistake diagnosing an issue with our well pump but they caught the error quickly and admitted they made a mistake so it didnt cost us anything. I appreciate their honestly since it seems to be a hard thing to come by with a lot of companies that are so short-sighted. They then discussed with us all of the options that would help with our water problems and only installed the ones that were necessary without being pushy. Of all of the companies we had come out to do an estimate they were both the least expensive and the most service-oriented (as opposed to sales-oriented). I dont know how the other guys can get way with charging as much as they do considering the equipment that H2O installed seems to be high-quality and has made a significant difference with the quality of our water. We will be going back to them with all of our water needs in the future and I suggest you do the same.

    Jim and Adam from H2O did a great job with installing a new well pump. When I told them a plumber already came by and checked the inside system, Jim and Adam believed me and went right outside. They could have ignored me and wasted time, but listened to the customer and solved the problem immediately. Great job, friendly service and straight foward pricing.     I met Keith at our home 10/16 for the water test and options and it was so easy and well explained and quick, I wanted to send a note to say thank you for making the process so easy. I asked a ton of questions to make sure I fully understood everything available and could make an educated decision and he was very patient.I met Justin the next day to have an Iron Curtain water treatment system installed and I just wanted to write you guys and let you know what a great experience it was. He was very prompt and informative, by far my favorite part being that he neatly ran all the electrical wiring and plumbing across the basement out of sight. I am one of those people that cant stand random piping or electrical cables or anything like that, I like everything to be streamlined and tidy and to my surprise when you go down there you cant even see any of it unless you really look. I am very happy with the work that he did and the explanations he gave on how it all works. I feel very good about our decision to have the work and equipment supplied by H2O and just wanted to say thanks. I hope our future experiences are all as great.

    H2O diagnosed our 15 year old failing water filtration system, and within one week a new H2O system was installed. The sales pitch was painless, the install was fast and neatly performed, cleanup was spotless and the system operation was simply explained with clearly written manuals. H2O also scheduled a free follow up system check up to verify the system operation. We are very pleased with the product and service of H2O.

    I had a strange sulfur smell in the water. I’d already received one opinion (change the rods in your water heater). $500 later-no improvement. H2O took the time to get to the root of the problem. New system, removal of the unnecessary water softener and I’m loving my water! The install was easy and they took the time to reconfigure equipment to minimize the footprint in my basement. Sounds like a little thing, but that’s been my experience- they pay attention!

    Great customer service. They were able to come out the same day for emergency well pump service. Although the service visit hit a snag, the management was honest and the company proved to operate with utmost integrity. The technicians are also friendly and honest as well and care about getting it right. After my initial posting, I read the other reviews to see that someone called out a negative experience with manager Mike and I felt compelled to say that this was not our experience at all. Mike was very honest and pleasant to deal with.

    H2O installed my brand new Digital Water Softener and my whole family is so excited to finally have water that we can shower in, cook with, and drink without worrying about iron!     I have high mineral content, especially iron which was staining clothes and fixtures. My old birm filter system was not functioning properly. H20 tested the water, examined my existing system, and explained my options -- salt filter or a new birm filter. I decided on the birm filter as my water is not excessively hard and I want to retain some mineral content. Their technicians showed up on time, did the installation as planned, and there were no surprises. Everyone was very professional throughout.
