    Great experience with New Electric! Junior and Axel removed & replaced two ceiling fans and a pendant light for me. The team was on-time, knowledgeable and hardworking to get the job done right.     Jesus Lopez as our service man and he was outstanding.My wonderful experience with your company started with Melissa Young who greeted me with a wonderful line How can I put a smile on your face?. Id lost heat on Veterans day and was calling her at 3 PM. She worked with me on (this was Veterans Day) and quickly set up an appointment , within a half hour, amazingly Jesus came over trouble shoot the issue, provide a temporary fix, got our heat working and said he would be back in the morning with the proper parts and a permanent fix.Well let me tell you Melissa sure did put a smile on both my wifes and my faces, true to her word!Sure enough he was here this morning, resolved the problem and all is good.He was friendly, extremely competent, clean and was a joy to have as a solution provider in our home.Outstanding experience, thank you.Jack Rogers

    Benjamin Sack at New Electric did an excellent job diagnosing 2 strange issues I was having with switches and a GFI outlet failing.     I have used New Electric several times All my service requests have been initiated with Melissa; I find her her to be particularly upbeat and extremely helpful. My last request was to book a tech who was familiar with low voltage work. With a little bit of research she found one, All other companies I called just said they did not do low voltage projects. The tech who came out was amazing and went above and beyond to make everything work Kudos to Ben! For some reason it is difficult to find goodtechs for low voltage work. I HIGHLY recommend New Electric.for all your electrical needs.

    I am president of an HOA in the Vail Valley. When a local power outage caused the power to blow in one of our buildings, New dropped everything to get us on temporary power. While it took several months to get the requisite parts for our old wiring, New kept us informed every step of the way. They are very professional and can explain issues in a way i can understand, no small thing. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with them - a definite thumbs up! They will be the first people we call next time.

    I have had two different electricians with New Electric come out to do work on my house and both were fantastic. Billy installed a baseboard heater and hooked up a hot tub, and while there was an issue with the heater, they repaired it under warranty as promised. Then we had Mike come out and install some outlets and him and his helper did a fantastic job. New Electric is not the cheapest electrician in town, but given how polite and professional they are, I will continue to use them in the future.

    Called New Electric on a recommendation from our neighbor to install power to our new hot tub. Can’t say enough about the owner Jay and his company. Jay was able to give us a quote quickly and get the project scheduled in a very timely manner. The technician showed up as promised and worked closely with the hot tub company, Fox Hot Tubs. Worked performed to code and passed all inspections. Jay is very responsive to phone calls and walked us through the entire process, as we were not in the area at the time of install. His office manager is phenomenal as well!, Highly recommend this company!!

    My experience with New Electric was phenomenal from my initial interaction with Melissa (scheduling) to my onsite quote from Michael to my install date with Micheal to have under cabinet lighting installed in my kitchen. Michael (the electrician) was courteous, arrived on time, kept the job site clean and tidy (full clean up upon job completion), and was responsive to all my questions.The job quote was very competitive and I am very happy with the work outcome.     We had an electrical issue at a rental property and New Electric makes it super easy to work with them. Melissa set the appointment with the tenant and Brandon was very prompt and courteous.     We have never had an electrician-go-to-person. I saw New Electric advertised for the area. I went on the website, chatted online and within minutes had an appointment scheduled and knew who would be coming. I was contacted several times with athank you for using them and reminder of ourupcoming appointment. Kevin arrived on time. He was most pleasant and solved our issue completely including several issues he discovered. Weare very please and have them on file for next time. As with any specialty services they are expensive but not as expensive as others I was told. Thank you for the good work!

    The customer service was excellent. I was on hold for less than a minute and spoke to a real person who was quite accommodating. When I called a second time to explain how my electrical problems had developed, they quickly explained the dangers of my problem, and in less than 10 minutes had scheduled a same day appointment. Romy, the electrician that came to our house, was knowledgeable and was patient to explain what was wrong with our electrical system to the layman. Great experience!

Jake, the electrician, was incredibly communicative throughout the process - from updates on his arrival time, to exactly what he was doing during each step of the repairs.     Kyle, had shown up, very professional and considerate young man. I explained my problem did a walk through and gave me a price. Fair one at that! We decided to have work done next day.     They are so good. They did exactly what I wanted, on time, and for a better price than most competitors. I was finishing a basement which was such a large project and had so many moving parts. I had several contractors give me a quote and they gave me the best. They arrived on time to the job and asked me questions along the way to ensure I got what I wanted. I even had a surprise Hvac task I needed doing because of Pulled Permits and they did it for me. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The quality of the work at the end of the 4 day project is so outstanding. It wasnt just a job to them, it was something meaningful and beyond professional.

    Today, We had an opportunity to meet an individual from New Electric . Rarely have we done business with anyone that was so helpful, so friendly and so knowledgeable as a young man by the name of Colton Price,We were experiencing trouble with our existing smoke detectors with what we were thinking was going to be a normal routine battery change . We did perform that little task but obviously there were other issues and for a period of two/three days, one detector continued to go off very early in the mornings at around 4 AM. Not good ! So, it was time to speak with knowledgeable people and we ended up speaking with Colton. A lifesaver in our opinion and because of him, we are looking forward to years of peaceful rest through our nights.I might add that pricing was consistent with the other companies so we chose New Electric. Turns out to be one of our best experiences ever. Cannot say enough about how quickly they came to our rescue, and were prompt and professional.If you ever have a need for electrical work, our suggestion would be to give this company a try.

    I had them install my Tesla wall charger, install a floor outlet in my living room and run my tv cords though the wall. They were able to schedule me in the same week I called, and they kept their appointment which seems to be rare in the industry. They were very professional and the work was high quality.     20 seconds from requesting a quote on Angie’s list, I received a call to discuss the electrical problems and schedule an appointment. It is only two days later and the work was completed flawlessly and with my wife and I’s comfort and health in mind.     I had a very expensive, very delicate LED chandelier with frayed internal wiring that required repair and installation. The first firm I dealt with was unwilling to attempt to repair the chandelier, but I found New Electric on Home Advisor. Kyle was scheduled to be here at noon yesterday, and arrived at 11:59am. Prompt, courteous, professional and just a really decent guy. He looked at the chandelier, tried to fix it using existing parts, but could not. He told me hed try to find a part, and would call me either way. I was disappointed not to get it installed, and nervous that he wouldnt be able to find a the part... for about two hours until he called me back to let me know he had the part, and wanted to come back by today to see if he could get the fixture back together and installed. We agreed on 1pm today, and he arrived at 12:15.We were both so pleased with the results that even Kyle took a picture of how good it looks. THANKS!!

    The guys installed a new porch light, got some old broken lights out of an old ceiling fan and did some troubleshooting on a bad outlet upstairs in my very old (built in 1907) rental property. Although they couldnt find the reason for the bad outlet, they showed up on time and got the work done for a reasonable price. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I have used them a couple of other times and will hire them again.

    I had a noise coming from the ceiling that I thought was from a bad smoke detector wire. Ben came out and initially, he too was confused, but soon went to the CO detector that was plugged into the wall and discovered that was the issue. He then helped me figure out exactly what circuits all of the smoke detectors were on so I could change them out myself. Very helpful

    If you want the most honest, ethical electrician out there, call Master Electrician Billy Dodge with New Electric. He was super honest- and saved me thousands by repairing instead of unnecessarily selling me a new panel box. I cant thank him enough! Hands down- best experience Ive had with any tradesman in a long time. Not only did he repair the issue- he did it the next morning- and the price was fantastic! Thank you Billy D. And New Electric! Youve gained a loyal customer for life!!Edit: Recently needed some electrical work done in a short amount of time. Jake Price came out right away that week and took care of us. There was a little bump in the road....but Jake came back immediately and smoothed it all out. Thanks again New Electric!

    I needed a new light fixture hung where there was no power, and another light fixture removed. Mike installed the new fixture perfectly, making sure to ask me each time a judgement call was needed, and minimized the destruction of the walls and ceiling. He carefully draped the whole area in plastic so the only clue I had that he had been there was my new light fixture looking fabulous over my dining room table. New Electric is easy to talk with, Mike was punctual, the cost was reasonable, and Im certain Ill be using them again.
