    Kevin is one of the few electricians in the Eagle River area that I felt comfortable moving forward with after our initial call. A lot of professionals in that area either do not follow up (that are good) or if they are available, its because they are not good at what they do. Kevin was reasonable in his quotes, timing, and execution. We worked around a forever changing project timeline of a garage being built and he was willing to meet up a few times outside his normal hours to finalize plan. Boiler and service panel installed as expected and timely.

    Kevin installed a modine gas heater in my garage. His work was great. Works perfect and looks great. He was very courteous and efficient. He also did a couple of small electrical jobs for me. Kevin is reliable and well experienced. I will be using his company again in the future

    Kevin has checked and serviced our furnace since we bought our house 5 years ago. He recently installed a generator so well have power during an outage. Hes up front about pricing, keeps his appointments, is on time, and finishes the job in a timely manner. He takes time to explain and answer questions, even when you call weeks or months later. We highly recommend K & M Services.

    Kevin installed our new generator. Very knowledgeable and good experience.Very proud of his work, and the detail he puts in it. I e-mailed on a Sunday, and he called me.When you call, he answers the phone, or calls back. He and his wife Marti, and their little yorkie, are the kind of people, and dog, you can trust, and make friends with.My friend Jay has been part of his own families heating and cooling business since he was a kid, and he could tell Kevin knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

    K&M responded to an inquiry I put on a local page about a thermostat not working. On a Saturday (same day), in sub-zero temperature, he was at my home and had diagnosed a frozen pipe. He had his own equipment running to thaw it out, a game plan for how to keep it running smoothly & advice for longevity in the future. The problem is solved and was cleaned up behind him. He was an efficient communicator and in general a nice guy and I will only be using him for HVAC services in the Northwoods in the future.

    We had a very good experience with K&M to work on the gas water heater. They returned my enquiry call quickly, and it was easy to set up an appointment for the work to be scheduled. In fact, the work was done several days ahead of time and Kevin provided plenty of sound advice. I was was very happy with the service and glad we have found a reliable and cost-effective service provider in the Eagle River area.

    Ive used Kevin and his team a couple times. They are amazing. The first time when a storm came through and knocked down a tree and pulled all the electrical from our house. He came out the same day and installed the new electrical box. I mentioned to him on that visit that I was having issues with my water heater. He came inside and got it working free of charge. Fast forward a couple years that same water heater needed to be replaced. Who did I call? Kevin and his team. The distributer he received the water heater from accidentally sent a much better upgraded water heater. He installed it without passing any upgrade charge onto us! Use his company ....you wont regret it

    Kevin installed a whole house generator for my rental property outside of Eagle River. Kevin from the beginning was extremely responsive and also the most economical for the services he provided.     We have used K&M Services for several of our home maintenance and upgrade needs. They have installed a whole-house generator, installed a new hot water heater, and installed a new kitchen exhaust fan. Additionally they have repaired a gas leak, an infrared garage heater, and blocked plumbing exhaust pipes, and a bad thermostat. All of the work is impeccable and the prices are fair. I recommend K&M Services for your home maintenance, repair, and upgrade.

    Last year our water heater broke and we had water gushing into the basement, he came out right away and assessed the issue. He installed a brand new water heater and lines installed the next day!     We have been dealing with K and M for several years now. We live out of state and needed someone reliable to not only take care of opening and closing our home in Eagle River but to service our air conditioning and heating units and other small problems around the house. It is a pleasure to say that they are extremely reliable and very professional. It is hard to find folks in the area that do what they say will do and then do it on time. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. I have spent over 40 years as a subcontractor in a major metropolitan area and appreciate the effort it takes to do any job well each time. If I were a betting man Id put my money K and M every time.
