    Cool Today is hands down the best A/C company in Florida!! Having a Good and reliable AC company is the same as having your hairstylist or barber, Once you find a great one, you never leave them, but sometimes it takes a little time to find that gem.I had the worst experience ever with a brand new unit that a previous AC company had put in my condo. They installed it incorrectly, which caused constant repairs over a six-year period that cost me over $10,000 in repairs alone.I switched to Cool Today who was able to fix the unit within minuets but the damage to the unit and Compressor had already been done, not to mention the original AC company forgot to Install a few parts During the original installation so Even though it was fixed, it was a matter of time before it was going to completely go out and when you live in Florida, you cannot have Go out.Fast forward to Tuesday (I work from home) and The air-conditioning started acting up It had never done before and was short cycling nonstop so I just knew it was the end plus I had made up my mind I was done repairing a faulty machine. I called 4 A/C Companies over the course of two hours to get quotes on a new unit for the inside and outside of my condo which Included Cool Today.Cool Today did not only beat Every single AC companies pricees they had me on the books For my installation the next morning (Complete New AC installation 15 hours after I called them regarding prices, which is unheard of in Florida, you normally have to wait at least 3 to 4 days to get an opening but not with Cool Today)!Now the Most important part of my review! Trevor & Devin Where are my installers from Cool Today. Not only were they on time, but they were so professional, Courteous, And knowledgeable that it allowed me to work while they were Completing the install without any concerns. These guys were like the Dynamic duo, Working together, bouncing ideas off one another and tag teaming the installation to where it was so seamless I never even had to ask a question or have a concern. I have been with Cool Today now for 3 years and each time I’m blown away by every aspect of the company. The comfort I get from knowing that I have an air-conditioning company That will always comes through provides me The peace of mind I need because I can’t afford to have my AC out for even a few hours.Again, Thank you, Devon for doing such an amazing job With my new installation yesterday! You guys are Rockstars.Also thank you Cool Today for always being top notch, coming through with all my needs, no questions asked and for the professionalism that you have always provided me!P.S In a special thank you to Derrick who is the one who sold me the unit from Cool Today and gave me such an amazing price Also moved mountain on earth to make sure my unit was installed the next day.     We have been using Cool Today for maintenace and repairs on our AC system for several years now and have always had a great experience! This last week, our Tech, Chris Santiago, not only did an amazing job on the routine inspection, and a subsequent install of a safety switch, he was also truly exceptional at staying in touch, and communicating timeframes, surprisingly reasonable costs, and explaining how things worked. Impressively above and beyond! Thank you, Chris!

    Joe came out today and met with our tenant and inspected our a/c unit. The tenant commented on how friendly Joe was and easy to work with. Joe went over what was wrong, was easy to understand and easy to pay over the phone for the visit. This is the first time I’ve used Cool Today and I’m very happy with their services so far!

    Always a positive experience working with the folks from Cool Today and Kim made it another good experience. Working with Cool Today for the install and then follow ups has been a pleasure. I bought a home and even though fully inspected the AC units failed the first day meaning they were likely patched up for the inspection only. I quoted with three providers and they were not the cheapest but the best to work with for sure. They set their appointments and show up every time.They follow up quickly and always make it right. Each team member I have interacted with has been very professional, experienced and good to talk to about issues. I recommend them for any AC work for sure.

    I have been very satisfied with the Cool service. Unfortunately, it was a weekend, and they could not come until later in the evening of the same day I called. However, they did come and found the problem with the A/C immediately. They did not have the correct part, but managed to find a temporary replacement until the correct one was ordered and replaced after the weekend. Thank goodness as we were in the middle of extreme high, humid temperatures. I have had Cool for a number of years, and would feel confident recommending them to anyone. The service people are always pleasant and competent.

    Exceptional ServiceCalled in yesterday to schedule an appointment, Lynn was very accommodating. She found a time that worked for me, explained the costs and process.The technician Pedro Murillo was quick and to the point. There was not a single moment where this young man demonstrated any lack of confidence. He called ahead, arrived when he was expected to arrive, and got to work. Within 5 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed and a plan in place.He offered his professional opinion on several elements of my systems and made recommendations of what to be aware of or maintain.I couldnt be happier with the service call.Great Job Pedro and thank you Cool Today!!!

    Had plumbing issues in my laundry room, They sent a guy named Jamarcus, great guy! He was very professional and very helpful and answered all my questions without getting annoyed ( i had a lot of questions). The price was also not as bad as I was expecting! I will totally recommend this business to my family and friends any day! Its hard finding a trustworthy company! so Happy! Jamarcus thank you!

    Very impressed with Jeremys assessment of our air quality and flow. Found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Recently had an ac system installed...Jeremy was able to pin-point quickly where duct work was poorly installed and causing alot of airflow issues in our home. My husband and I really appreciate Cool TODAYS FREE 2nd opinion and assessment. I would highly recommend them and were seriously considering contracting with CT for our future ac needs.

    My AC drain needed flushing and cleaning. The technician was utmost professional, answered my questions, and also took the time to explain what he was doing. He also took the time to give me tips on what I can do to reduce the possibility of this happening again. Top notch service quality.

    I have been using Cool Today since Jim Heinzs company merged with them. Never a problem, purchased a new unit last year. These guys are great. Today, for a routine maintenance, the company sent Eno Cela. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty. Each step of his maintenance was explained to me , he was extremely accommodating dealing with my condominium board and offered several tips in keeping my AC running efficiently. Eno is exactly what you want when someone comes into your house; communniticave, polite, efficient and personable.

    I absolutely recommend Cool Today!!We are having French Drain issues and Cool Today was the first company to agree to come out and assess our issue. Reached out to 5 other companies to only be told they don’t do this type of work. Alex came out today and walked around with me and was very honest about what he feels could be going on.He is hoping we don’t have an expensive problem but in order to determine this he wants to go another route that is more affordable and we will go from there. I appreciated his honesty and also the fact that he came out!!!If I have any issues in the future I will be calling Cool Today!!!

    We have been using Cool Today for over 5 years now for our HVAC system maintenance and have found that to be very good. They installed a new VFD heat Pump about a year ago that we love and is working fantastic (so comfortable)! It has lowered our electric bill substantially.
