    I manage an RV park in Palm Harbor, FL and Buell did a couple summer projects for us. One project was major and one smaller. After hurricane Helene we had four RV pedestals that needed replaced. Even though it was a small job James from Buell got me an estimate and then a week later sent Ryan out to complete the job. They are professional, knowledgeable and willing to work with you to get things done. Ryan did fantastic and had the job knocked out in half a day with the help of another co worker. They are great to work with and I look forward to continuing our relationship.

    The folks at Buell Electric are awesome, weve been using them for various things for several years and theyve always done a stellar job. We recently were hit with flood damage from Hurricane Helene, as were hundreds of other people in our area. Even though they were beyond swamped due to the volume of calls, Buell made time to come out quick and do an assessment so we didnt electrocute ourselves, as well as run us some emergency outlets to ensure that we had safe power to help operate drying equipment, etc. We really appreciate the caring attitude the folks at Buell had at this time of need. Highly recommend!

    We used Buell Electric to do the electrical wiring for our boat lift a few years ago. It did an excellent job. During Hurricane Helene , we had historic high surges that submerged the electrical boxes for the lift -- exposing the electrical components to saltwater. We were able to schedule Buell to make repairs (relatively promptly considering the extensive demand it had for service following the hurricane), which were made expertly. Buell also examined all the lines and discouraged us from making unnecessary repairs. Buell remains our go to for marine electrical.

    I have referred my clients to Buell Electric for over 15 years and this review is LONG overdue! I do not often write reviews so when I do, they are well deserved. Shaun and the team are professional, timely, and provide quality work without fail. In addition, they are dependable, affordable, and honest. As a Real Estate professional, it is crucial in my business to have a list of preferred service professionals and Buell Electric is at the top of my list. Over the years I have contacted them for small and large jobs including a complete “rewire of a 1925 residence” in Clearwater whereby the city inspections passed first round. And recently Nick and Kenny worked for my client on a luxury residential property in Dunedin, and they did an outstanding job, and they always clean up their jobsite.     Buell Electric was fantastic to work with when they installed all of the power for my new dock. But what really impressed me was when after these hurricanes knocked power out and I couldn’t fix the boat or the pool or anything else outside Buell came to the rescue providing me with that same wonderful service but promptly when I was in a time of need. I will continue to use for all electric needs in the future fantastic group of people.

    Yall... when the power came back on after hurricane Milton, my fridge/dishwasher/disposal did not. Looked like the breaker was tripped, but it wouldnt stay on. In the midst of craziness for all brilliantly skilled electricians, I called Buell today (10/16) and got an appointment for 10/23. Not two hours later did Jessica call and tell me she had an electrician available and ready to go to my house. I left my church office and met him at my house. Not an hour later and he had the breaker replaced. I am beyond thankful and impressed with their customer service and skills! Underpromise and over deliver... they did that in spades. THANK YOU!!!!

    Shaun and Jessica came by in an emergency situation to help us board our house for the hurricane! They were super efficient and were able to complete a project that me and my husband were working at for hours, including giving us longer screws for the install. Highly recommend!

    These guys really saved me. I recently had a dock installed, which was delayed due to weather, and at the time, the company I had contracted with to wire the lift was suddenly a month out. Buell stepped in and expertly handled the work almost immediately, as they are marine specialists as well. From start to finish, the crew led by Kyle H. was as polite and courteous as could be. Even better, the job was done efficiently and without drama. The wiring and accessories look polished and professional, and work just as they should. They even set the lift to the proper heights so I wouldn’t have to worry about doing it myself. If you’re looking for electrical work done by real pros, I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

    I needed a pool pump timer replaced. Shaun showed up on time, and the timer he had with him was a different brand from what was installed. He figured out how to wire the unit properly and had it done very quickly. It is working perfectly, and I am quite happy.     Buell was recommended by a friend. I had to have the panel box in my house replaced. They came to the house to do the work. and at the time we had agreed on. What is the time in a timely fashion, when they cleaned up you never know anyone was here, and they did a beautiful job. I, the final inspection was done yesterday, and even the inspector commented on what a good job, it was. I will definitely them to anyone.

    Recently upgraded my electrical panel box, a project that I had been putting off because I thought it would such a difficult process. The team at Buell made it very easy. Jade was responsive and very easy to get in touch with throughout the scheduling and estimate process. When Sean came bright and early to do the project, he was very professional but also made you feel welcome. He kept you informed on everything they were doing and was encouraging to any questions we had. The entire project was quicker than I thought it would be, maybe 2.5 hours, but the quality is great. Shaun actually went through our roof to minimize the damage to the drywall. Great guys, great work.

    Wow, what an amazing company! We had a small electrical fire in of our outlets. Which then turned into no power on one side of my house. Called Buell and spoke with Jade the residential service manager. Who was very professional and kind. Within a few hours he had his technicians Mike and Travis to our house. When the arrived they were dressed professional and educated us on what the issue was. They repaired the issue and BAM we have power again. Excellent Service!! The quality of work was top notch!     FIVE STARS again to Buell Electricians! We had a few routine installations to take care of but, to make it worth their time, we asked also for an evaluation of our overall situation and recommendations.We added new, interactive smoke detectors (fire in one part of the house sets off all units), and an overdue whole-house surge protector. Weve dodged several bullets over the years in the Lightning Capital of the World, but some neighbors werent as lucky. Buells unit is economical, easy to install, and has a great warranty for anything damaged in the house from any source of electrical surge.We scheduled the evaluation/recommendation/estimate which took just a couple of days, and the install today was just as convenient. Shaun was on time, personable/competent/professional, and in and out in record time.

    Jade came out to do a consultation for what we wanted installed. Mike Hassett and Jordan Renk went above and beyond when they did the amazing job they did at our home! With an older home, we wanted upgrades with our outlets and chose their USB combination outlets for the bedroom and LOVE them. They had to go through a concrete wall to make this happen in addition to installing new fans, light fixtures and even a hallway outlet/nightlight for us. The price and service that Buell Electric offers is why we have used them for multiple projects in our home. Two hours of pouring rain did not deter the crew. A projected 2 day installation was completed in one day.     This past weekend a tropical storm blew thru central Florida, at about 2:30 Saturday morning, it knocked down a very thick branch into my backyard missing my house by inches. It did however land right on the electrical service drop to my home. It tore the electrical meter off the side of the house leaving the service mast bent at an angle and the service wire stretched and ripped out at the pole. And of course, knocking out power to my home.Later that morning I started making calls to contractors to try to get my life back. The first company I called was Buell Electric, I have used them before and had been happy with the results. So it’s the weekend, I figured I’d leave a voice mail early and be high on the list for a Monday callback and maybe get them out Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, within a half hour Jade (from Buell), was calling me back. He knew exactly how to proceed in this situation, he started working on an emergency permit and his top foreman, Shaun was at my house just after lunch to appraise the situation and go over my options and the process.They made some schedule accommodations and set me up for Monday morning. Sure enough by 9am they had been to the supply house and were at my door ready to work. I can’t over state how professional, hard working and friendly everyone I’ve meet at Buell is. Shaun explained everything they were going to, about how long it would take and promised to have the work done the same day. Come 3pm the job site, (my laundry room!), was cleaned up, appliances back in place and their truck loaded. Shaun had called for a city inspection and notified the power company.I’m older and have worked with many contractors from multiple trades and this is about the best experience I’ve ever had. The guys from Buell were beyond timely, very knowledgable, and able to explain what they were doing in an understandable way. I recommend Jade, Shaun and the whole crew enthusiastically for any electrical issues. This was a 5 star experience which so helped dealing with the mess this storm left behind, you can’t go wrong if you hire Buell Electric.

    These guys were great. I needed to install a new electric tankless water heater but needed to install new wiring at the house to accept the increased load. It involved having them come out to prep the electric and then come back out when the plumber had installed the unit.     We had Shaun for Beull Electric install a transfer switch for a gas generator and he gave really good suggestions on how to install it properly rpiro to the work. We also just called him back because of a strobing light issue in the house. After a carefully diagnosis he recommended, due to the age of the wire, to replace the original wires going into the breaker box,..then he would address the strobing after if needed. Well, his initial suggestion solved our problem, as well as making our house much more safe against wire failure and possible fire. Great job Shaun, and thanks !!!

    They quickly diagnosed and repaired an ongoing outlet problem weve been dealing with for almost 3 years. Multiple electricians failed to find the problem previously.Shaun also diagnosed an ongoing problem with our pool electronics that Hayward and Landmark Pools have failed to identify, much less fix, since the pool was built less than 3 years ago. Shaun even left his direct phone number so the pool service tech could call him for help with the repairs.So happy to have found electricians who are so knowledgeable, professional and efficient.     When I contacted this company about the lights surging and dimming in my house, it was recommended that I first contact TECO to check the wiring before he came out to replace the fuse/breaker box. I called TECO and they found that the smart meter was probably defective.
