    I tell you what, Im very skeptical when it comes to using big companies to do stuff like, I always feel I will get screwed over in the end. Exact opposite, First had Ryan come out and do the initial walk through and quote for the job. What a very knowledgeable man and very passionate about what he does. I probably talked to him for an hour outside my home, what an extremely great person! I went ahead with the quote basing it off of Ryan. I trusted him to do the job.Install time, Tyler and Houston came out. We talked for a bit and they went right to work. Very nice gentleman, very respectful and knowledgeable as well. System is hooked up and looks absolutely beautiful! I cant thank them enough for doing this in a timely manner. What an amazing team and company. Kudos to you Waldrop as well as your amazing team members! Im certainly glad I went through yall. You made this Griswold very happy!Ryan, Houston and Tyler are amazing people! They deserve the most with how much they show pride in their company as well as their work.

    My water and electric bills kept going up. I contacted Waldrop Plumbing-Heating-Air. I ended up having several issues. Valve replaced, bath fixtures and HVAC line clogged. I also had them clean my HVAC ductwork. Jacob, Michael and Chase came on- time as scheduled. They kept me well informed throughout the duration of the time spent getting the job completed. Their professionalism and knowledge was top-shelf. I would highly recommend Waldrop for any of your Plumbing-Heating-Air problems. They discuss with you the issue and then present several options to fix with different financial pricing so you can stay within your budget Great bunch of guys who represent a great company.     Wonderful experience with Ryan and Michael who worked in our home installing a new faucet and garbage disposal.     Waldrop was fast and professional when my hot water heater broke. They accessed it and quoted a new one the same day. Tyler and Houston came the next day and got the new tank installed and even did some extra work to make sure the job was done!     Had maintenance check on my heat and air system. Technician Clark was on time for the appointment. Clark was very courteous, took his time in explaining everything to me about the system check, showed me pictures of what he saw and answered all my questions.     Jonathan at Waldrop Heating deserves 5 stars! He patiently explained the issue with my system and helped me find the best solution that fit my budget. As a widowed senior, I appreciated that he took the time to ensure I felt informed and never taken advantage of. He even called my son to include him in the decision-making process, which I found incredibly thoughtful. When the part arrived, Jonathan discovered a less expensive alternative and adjusted the bill accordinglyā€”charging me less than originally quoted.     Thankful for the service I recieved in replacing the hot water heater at my house. Noah did a great job of explaining everything to me and telling me what was needed.     Serviceman was very polite and thorough. The only change from OnTime is that OT always brought a replacement filter and changed it while doing the service. That was convenient, but not a deal breaker. I like that they wore covers over their shoes.

    We had a great experience with Noah. He came in and looked at our leaking water heater and confirmed that it did need to be replaced. He also found that our PRV needed to be replaced, which I had a suspicion it did. He created quotes for every option and throughly explained each one, helping us make the right choice. He did a great job guiding us through the process of setting up the install and financing. I would recommend Noah to anyone to assist them.

    Excellent service from Waldrop Plumbing, Heating and Air. Three techs came out, Ryan looked over the issue and gave estimates and Zach and Emmett did the work shortly thereafter.     I had a plumbing emergency. My tech from Waldrop plumbing came out and he was wonderful. Trevor checked all the obvious possibilities for obstruction. And at the end of his visit he said he felt like it was a soft plumbing clog. This meant that it had mostly take care of itself. He observed running water from all sources in the house and said it seemed good. I only paid the $120 yearly fee and if thereā€™s any more problems they will take care of it without a service charge since I signed up for the yearly plan. Iā€™ve had no more problems since then. Thank you Waldrop plumbing!!

    Phone call, email, and text from Waldrop that Anthony was on his way. Picture was included. He showed up in a Waldrop van. Very polite and ready to work. Listened when I had a request. Asked if it was okay to come inside, put on shoe covers even though I told him he didnt have to worry about. Explained how they are very thorough and document everything with photos. Anthony had some recommendations after the basic maintenance. Again asked if it was okay to come in and asked if we could sit somewhere so he could go over what he saw. Tablet was used to show the pictures he had taken unlike other companies that flip through them so quickly on their phone. I had to call but did receive the invoice and pictures (again something other companies dont do) in email.

    Waldrop has been really good to work with! We had some plumbing and heating concerns after Hurricane Helene. The two techs that came out for the separate issues, Stephen and Clark, were both great to work with and provided explanations throughout the process. Will definitely use Waldrop again!10/22/24 edit - Stephen came out again to check on an issue with the septic plumbing line. He was very professional and easy to work with on these issues. Tyler and Jayden came out for two separate repairs last week and both times they were phenomenal. I was very impressed with their work ethic and how they communicated with me throughout the whole process. 5 star service for sure!

    Nick did a great job. I got a call at 10 that theyd be here for my 12 to 5 window in 45 minutes, which I was happy to get. He explained each step of his process, gave me options, performed the PM, and fixed the issue. Sure, he did try to upsell, but I went with what I needed for now. We yanked briefly, and he did a good job establishing rapport making me feel like part of the family.

    Excellent service from start to finish. I was a new customer and called Waldrop to request service on a water circulating pump. They (Ryan) came out later that same day and reviewed the entire water system for our home. Ryan recognized that both the circulating pump and the expansion tank were undersized for the plumbing in our home. I knew the recirculating pump needed replacing as it has been replace 2 or 3 times in 7 years. (This is a new home built 7 years ago.) David and Tyler came out to repair and replace. David and Tyler (install team) both did a great job. David wanted to always make sure he was answering any questions that I may have. The installation team were very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, took our time with great respect. The total project took nearly 2 days. The job was done in a great professional manner. The finished job is perfect. Clean and neat solder joints on all pipes. The entire team demonstrated that they really know what they are doing. I would certainly call them again if the need arises. I would ask for Ryan and ask for David and Tyler always. They answered all my questions. The team was also able to install a smart home water sensor system by StreamLabs. Well worth the money to protect your home from unexpected water leak/damage.Call Ryan, David and Tyler. They will help you to.

    Our heat went out on Oct 17th and we contacted the company we normally use but the first available appointment they could give us was Nov 4th. We called Waldrop immediately and they had a technician out to our house before 5pm that same day. The technician explained what was going on and what needed to be done. The service team Matt, Sam and Chase arrived the next morning and our new heating unit was installed and running before the afternoon. Great customer service provided by everyone involved. Waldrop is definitely our go to company now for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Highly recommend them because of their quick service and great customer service.

    Michael showed up for my estimate and had to call in 2 others. Jayden and Jake. It was a complicated and time consuming estimate. Plus they got mosquito bit. Sewer pipe comes from house, over a creek and under a road. A tree fell on the iron pipe and broke it. They explained my options in a way that I could understand it. Very polite. Id give them 5 stars for their performance.

Some time before the appointment I was sent a notification from the company with picture of the person coming and the details of the appointment.     Despite some problems, Waldrop went above and beyond to make it right, including reducing our bill, covering ceiling damage, and giving us 5 years of free media filters. The Duct cleaning and AeroSeal process was smooth and gave us a very good result, which will hopefully show in lower energy bills.

    Emmett and James arrived early Friday morning and did not leave until after 4 pm. In that time they replaced two hot water heaters from our attic. One of the tanks would not drain so they moved it ever so gently down polished wooden stairs, without a nick or scrape. The new tanks are all code compliant, have individual shut offs for either hot or cold water and all pipes are heavily insulated. Very important to us as the attic is not heated.They also replaced the whole faucet set in a bathroom. Because the handle to the hot side has been leaking , it was all rusted and was a bear to remove. But they took it in stride and were competent and professional in all their work. A pleasure to have them work in our home.

    Tim was amazing at finding our issue we have been having with our AC. We had called a different company previously and they informed us nothing was wrong but Tim actually investigated the entire system and was so helpful into finding our issue.Update: Tim came out next day to preform our repair and did so in a timely manner. He was attentive and even showed me photos of the repair and issue so I could see it was repaired. He went above and beyond and was super kind even with a toddler running around under foot.

    Chase and Clark came out to look at our AC unit while we were running on generator during the Helene aftermath. The unit had been running off our generator, but suddenly stopped working. I was able to get a dispatch for the next day and they both showed up promptly within the scheduled window. They were both incredibly courteous and listened to all troubleshooting I had done before starting their investigation.They actually came out on consecutive days due to another issue we were having and were able to get things repaired in a timely manner. Given the number of power outages and damage to the area, we truly appreciate Chase, Clark and Waldrop as a whole for coming out so quickly and fixing our HVAC.

    Jonathan quickly defined that my thermostat was not the problem and did a thorough inspection of my hvac system and quickly establish that water from the severe storm that had just passed through had corrupted my system and would have to be replaced. He then suggested several options in order to keep the cost down. He was extremely competent, thorough and arranged for a supervisor to come out the following day to discuss the way forward . He proved to be a first class technician who spent a total of nearly 4hrs on the inspection,, and explained his findings in detail. I would have him problem solve unhesitatingly.

    I canā€™t say enough about Waldrop! This is the second visit weā€™ve had in 7.5 years! They were quick to respond to our broken AC unit. Holden arrived on time, clearly explained what was going on and gave me all the options for how to get our AC up and running! He worked in the torrential rain to get the house cooled off! He clearly explained the SMART Wally Plan, which I went with because of the maintenance benefits. (On a side note, Holden was really good with our resident pup, who was super excited to greet him!)     We had both of our furnaces go out this weekend and called waldrop, they had someone out on a busy weekend within 5 hours. Jonathon was awesome, was able to get the more important furnace running for us so we dont freeze to death, and is looking into parts for the other which is almost 30 years old even though that company went bankrupt due to poor manufacturing practices. Awesome experience and Jonathan was beyond helpful.

    I am late in submitting this review, but I wanted to be sure and thank Tyler and Jayden for their work and customer service before the years end. My elderly parents had an emergency situation with their hot water heater. Waldrops had a crew at their house the same day. The damage was worsened because my parents missed signs of problems for several weeks. The repair work required multiple followup visits. Tyler came for several of these. He was consistently professional and seemed to genuinely care about helping my parents and making sure the repairs were well done. Jayden was the same way during his visit. Their service involved everything from doing extra cleanup work, to making multiple trips to get correct parts, to working late, to being very kind and patient with fragile and forgetful elderly people. The excellent customer service was in addition to top quality workmanship.I cannot thank them enough. Waldrops, Tyler and Jayden are fantastic ambassadors for your company

The cost for the service was clearly explained before the work began; though it seemed expensive, the work was performed quickly and efficiently and solved the immediate problem (removing a non- functional disposal to clear a block in a kitchen sink drain and reconnect a dishwasher drain line to the same drain).     The techs that have serviced my homes over the years have all been fantastic. I have no complaints about past services. Within the last two years, however, I have seen a very significant and in my mind, unjustifiable increase in service cost. I once got a ā€œrecommendation listā€ during an annual service-contract call that was absolutely ridiculous. I believe I recall a $1400 estimate for a job that would have required less than $200 in parts and no more than one hour work for a skill technician. As a residential contractor myself, I understand an increase in the cost of goods and services, but they should be proportional with all other economy factors. I canā€™t just tell someone that this bathroom remodel is going to cost them $50,000 when the bathroom that I did for them last year was only $25,000 and the actual cost of materials and doing business have only risen 15%.

    Hired them to replace the thermostate, comfort sync system. Jonathan is very friendly and super professional. The company has a good supporting system, one guy onsite and one guy available on the phone as director or double check. Over all everything is very good. If your Lenoxx/Armstrong thermostate or Allied AC fail, they fix it. And also they keep the thermostate in stock. Although the price might be high, but they solve your problem that most of others couldnt.

    Had a GREAT experience with Waldrop today. The hot water heater in my in-laws house failed and we called Waldrop based on good reviews. Romo and Mike arrived in less than a couple of hours! They lined up a new hot water heater to be installed the same day as well as diagnosed a bad pressure regulator.
