    Scot is my go to on all things plumbing. He installed all my toilets, fixes all the pipes, installed my garbage disposal. My biggest problem was my basement was flooding due to poor drainage in my backyard. Scot suggested a channel drain to alleviate the problem. Hurricane Ida was heading our way and I was worried My basement would flood again and Scot came and installed the channel drain in the middle of the storm so I wouldn’t flood. You can see in the picture his superior craftsmanship. And he did it at a third of the price of his competitors. I highly recommend All Total Service Plumbing.

    My experience with All Total Service Plumbing was excellent. Called for a service and immediately gave me options upon which decide which way to go. The service provided by Scot has been very professional and even going beyond. He installed my new water heater tank and I am delighted with his service provided and the installation. He is very professional and focused on details and providing a high quality service. He provided me with all the support needed to make easy my problem at hand. Definitively will rely again in All Total Service Plumbing for my future needs.

    Ive had so many plumbers out to my home its ridiculous! Finally someone who knows what they are doing and does it well. Exceptional quality with a reasonable price. Not shy to take on big jobs and knock the problems out in a timely manner. Very hard worker with the knowledge needed to get the job done correctly. Highly recommend.

    Scott knew exactly what the problem with our leaking bathtub was the moment he saw it. I had received quotes from two companies and his quote was a fraction of the others. Not only that, I could tell he was honest and knew what he was doing, and I appreciate that he did not try to add any extra charges or fees to the job. He also fixed a dripping sink that needed tightening on the pipe. Definitely would call him again if we had any more plumbing issues and highly recommend.

    I had a bad toilet issue and more.   Some if you are reading this, you are in luck. Stop wasting your time looking for a plumber, I have done the market research and comparative analysis for you.The only plumber you need to call is “ALL TOTAL SERVICE PLUMBING”.   And guess what, he also picked up the phone immediately! Scott was a true professional, 100% customer orientated, and provided truly amazing service.  When I spoke to him, he immediately within a minute, knew the issue.He not only repaired the issue with the toilet, broken flange, but also fixed the broken water valve, did the installation and made sure everything was working.  I have to say, everything was working better than it was!Professionalism: 5 StarsCustomer Service: 5 StarsResponse Time: 5 Stars.     Due to the previous homeowner’s hiring shoddy services, my water heater started leaking out of nowhere. I called several companies and couldn’t get any service at 8PM at night for my emergency.Then I called All Total Service. Ray came out in about 25 minutes after me calling him. Ray fixed the water heater and the leak in about 10 minutes. Not only that, but he charged me almost nothing at all. I will be calling In Total Service in the future for everything. Couldn’t ask for better service.

    I had an emergency leak this morning. Called Scott around 6:30am and he was on site getting the job done by 7:00 and complete by 8:30, and he got the work done right the first time and very reasonable for his time. No upselling, He diagnosed the problem and put in the fix. Couldnt ask for better. If your in Montclair, call Scott.

    I am renting an older place. After a shower, the tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the sinks in the kitchen wouldn’t drain, and it was 5:40pm on a Saturday. I called In Total Service Plumbing & Scott was there in a matter of minutes. He came alone, tried his smaller snakes & realized he needed the beast to do the job… in the end, it was roots in the septic. Either way, he got it done!!     To be honest, I had a go to plumber in Manassas that I really liked. When I called to make a service appointment, I was informed they no longer service eastern PW county. O....K.... Kind of strange. So, I embarked on everyones favorite activity, cold calling plumbers. I contacted Scott and he was great to work with! He did a fantastic job for me at a reasonable rate. What I liked most, however, was that he communicates! The day of my appointment, he called to let me know that the job he was currently doing was taking longer than expected and could we re-schedule. That was fine and he showed up at the re-scheduled appointment on time. Too many times I have had service providers not show up or not communicate that they were going to be late. Scott stands out among his peers in doing this! Im am very glad to know I now have another go to plumber...and one that services eastern PW county!

After having 3 other technicians come out and quote ridiculous amounts for the repair instillation, I called All total services and he gave me a very fair upfront price. He was able to come with a new water heater within 30 min and install it. He was a knowledgeable and honest man, and super reliable.     Scott and his guys do an excellent job. I recently had a substantial leak, under my home, that left my crawl space filled with water. It was awful! They took care of it for me and gave me advice on another potential problem. I’ve no doubt that he saved me thousands! I’ll call them every time as well as recommend them!
