Update in June 2024, post-purchase:There are still some minor repairs that remain to be addressed, so Ill update again when theres more to share, but Tammy Story, Matt Taylor, and the various repair people theyve sent (including Robert from Clayton Homes, Jamey the electrician, Kevin the plumber, McDonald Plumbing in Sandersville, etc.) have been AMAZING.Im going to offer this review, relative to 1) before purchase; 2) during purchase, and 3) following purchase.I worked with Matt Taylor throughout, and he was EXCELLENT.1. BeforeI actually intended to work with a different business. But they were slow to respond to emails, changed pricing information, etc. Honestly, they worked really hard to push me to take my business elsewhere. When I went to Custom Homes, everything was immediately easier. Communication was clear, honest, timely, and helpful. Matt was responsive to my requests, what I was looking for, etc. When I needed to change directions, Matt made that really simple, too. It was a dramatic difference from the other business interactions.2. DuringMatt was a lifeline throughout the entirety of this process. He kept me informed with updates, responded to my questions, helped with financial paperwork, permit paperwork, etc. The home is BEAUTIFUL, exactly as and beyond what Id requested. Im very pleased.3. AfterThis step is in-progress, and Ill update my review at its conclusion. Thus far, Matt has continued to be responsive, helpful, and generally wonderful. There are some (inevitable) areas that will need attention/repair, and the timeframe for providing that information is soon approaching, but given my experiences thus far, I expect that to be easy, too.

We looked all over Georgia for a good mobile home dealer and Custom Homes is the BEST of the BEST! Jessica and Sean are phenomenal. They are very professional, honest, dependable and we just got our new home delivered yesterday & could not be happier! We got the 5 bedroom 3 bathroom Clayton Snowcap model and for the quality, space and price, it cant be beat! Trust me, I researched mobile homes and dealers from all angles. From the beginning of this journey, up until now, this has been a wonderful experience. Look nowhere else, Custom Homes is the place to go! Thank you guys so much for everything!

We started this process November of 2023 and moved in May 2024! I had no clue it would be this quick of a process at all.. but with the awesome help of Matthew Taylor at the Dublin office he made it happen!! We had many questions because this was our first time buying a home but he responded back within the hour I contacted him! Anything we needed fixed or looked at he had them here within days of me telling him about things! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in buying a first home!!
