    Iā€™m impressed with their quick turnaround. Mike came to assess the furnace and provided a few options. I decided to replace the entire system. That same day, Shane arrived to discuss installation options. The next day, they returned to disassemble the old system and install the new one in record time.

    Steve and Joe did a great job at ours! When several plumbers (other companies) failed to diagnose the source of the leaking issue we had with our boiler and changed the wrong parts, provided extortionate quotes for others, Steve took the time to diagnose the issue, provided a sensible explanation and proceeded to change the correct parts at a reasonable price. The service was courteous and helpful. Weā€™ll use them again and very much recommend Steve and Joe at New Era.Thank you!

    Danny & Joe are truly amazing. My sisters heat went out, of course on a Sunday. They responded immediately with a call and Visit. They were very knowledgeable and provided her with 4 options. They explained all the options, all the pros and cons with each one. She completely understand , as she chose the best option for herself. They were able to rearrange and make her plight a priority. They were punctual, efficient, clean, respectful, explained all the new buttons and very humorous as well. They were so kind to carry in wood bricks for her stove and she gave them Candy Cane for family members.We here at 156 Woodland Street, Thank you .We will recommend to all our family and friends, Danny & Joe from New Era Plumbing & HVAC.

    New Era has now provided fantastic service twice for my family. Last year, they fixed a longstanding issue with our basement sub pump. We had contracted another company, Simmons, to fix the issue three separate times before we contracted New Era. Our sub pump was not draining water and was overflowing, in addition to spraying water nearly 10 feet away because of a pressure issue. New Era quickly troubleshot, diagnosed, and replaced the pump after talking to them about the issue. Zero problems since, even in major snowstorms and downpours over the 2024 winter and summer respectively; the pump didnt even struggle with pumping water out.Next, we contracted Simmons to fix our boiler, which was leaking water out of a relief valve in the aft section of the boiler. Once again, they came three separate times; the first time they replaced a bunch of parts on the boiler, and the issue stopped for about a half a year before water started leaking out again. The second time they came out, they determined they needed to replace the same parts again, but that they were concerned that there was back pressure causing everything to fail. When inevitably it once again failed and started to leak water again, the tech from Simmons determined that they whole system might be completely DOA.So, to get a second opinion, we looked up the company we used to fix our sub pump issue. Dan and Joe from New Era came out, listened to my explanation of issues, and tested the system before determining that the system indeed had issues. They provided us with a few options, ranging from a new boiler, parts replacement, and a condenser combination boiler. We loved the idea of the combi boiler, so we went with that. I should note that we contacted Simmons for a quote and solution as well; they never even got back to us, so it was a no-brainer to take our business to someone who was responsive.The combi system was installed in two days, with Joe and a couple of other techs setting up a good portion of the system on the first day. The second day, Dan and Joe came out and finished the job. My office is in the basement, so I occasionally turned to watch them for a little while before leaving the area so I wasnt in their way, and when I returned a couple of hours later I was impressed with the complexity of the system, and was doubly impressed with how quickly it heated both our water and the house, not to mention how much space it saved.I cant recommend New Era enough. My family is already planning some bathroom overhauls amongst other things, and they are the only company under consideration for our continued business.

    Our hot water heater broke this past summer and we needed a new one. Billy and Steve came out and took the old one out, and installed the new one that same day! They were very informative and patient (I ask a lot of questions), and were able to provide a quote and how I could apply for financing. Something that was so stressful for me they took care of in such an efficient manner and I appreciated that. I highly recommend New Era!

    The New Era Plumbing & HVAC team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Our Gas boiler was broken and we had no heat. We contacted the New Era team and everyone we worked with were super helpful. Danny gave us some good options and estimates for the gas boiler and water heater replacement. He was very diligent and responded in a timely manner to get the work scheduled quickly. The team (Joe, Charlie, Modesto, Billy) were very efficient and did a great job replacing the gas boiler and the water heater. They also helped us fix two water leaks - one in the basement and the other caused by a shower drain. They were very polite and left the space clean after the work was completed. Shay from the team also helped coordinate the schedule. Overall, we are very happy with the service the team provided us! Would definitely recommend them!

    We purchased a new house and had New Era come and service the heating and air conditioning system. They were responsive and came as promised. Since I wasnā€™t familiar with the system, Michael, the service tech took the time to help familiarize myself with system and the basic maintenance. He also identified a couple of issues which he was able to resolve and get the system working properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them.

    Marvin and Steven did great job fixing my broken pipe at a hard-to-reach location. They are tech savvy and caring. They rearranged pipes to made them easy to access, and added easy to handle valve to make up the skipped valve due to the rearranging.They came fast when I told them I have to keep the whole house water valve shut before the pipe fixed.They put on shoes cover when they come in to house.

    I would give New Era, Steve and Marvin 6 stars if I could! I called from out of state on Monday evening requesting ASAP assistance and the installation of a new toilet at my brothers home in Atkinson. By midafternoon Tuesday, everything was done, (including a couple other minor issues they noticed on their own), they did a great job, and kept me informed each step of the way. Its difficult looking after someone from afar and Im thrilled to have NewEra on my team! Many, many thanks!

    We had Steve come out today to help with our tankless water heater, which has had issues with low output for a while. It had been serviced previously by another plumbing company with little change. While the unit is likely nearing the end of its lifespan, Steve provided all of the options. Ultimately, we decided to try flushing it to see if we could get it working better. It took a good amount of work but ultimately he was able to get it functioning much better. While he was here, we also had him replace the kitchen faucet and he did an excellent job with that as well. If youā€™re looking for professional and honest work, you canā€™t go wrong with Steve and New Era. The experience convinced me to sign up for their annual service program so we look forward to having them back soon to service our furnace.

    Steven came yesterday for the rescue. I have leaking but unsure the source was, he immediately able to find the root cause and fix is with no time to waste, which I love it. He work very professionally; thorough and pay attention to details, and he has own standard maintaining the area around him clean during the work and after. I will strongly use him again and I also strongly recommended if anyone is looking for plumber.Naomi who called me to set schedule was very nice and able to find the time to have their plumber to come within hours from request.

    My old furnace was from 1965 and we couldnt get parts anymore. They gave us a reasonable offer on a new one and offered to give us some space heaters til it was installed. They were on time, very courteous and professional. My carbon monoxide detector went off the first night before they were finished installing and they came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. It was all done in less than 48 hours and they double checked every detail. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I cannot say enough good things about all the people we dealt with at New Era - Mike who came out to fix our a/c first was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Danny the project manager was able to lay out all our options for our system and answer any questions we had, he showed up on the first day of our furnace install to check on everything and make sure we didnā€™t have any concerns. But especially Joe and his team who spent two days installing our new HVAC system and did an impeccable job.     My condenser finally gave up the ghost after 40 years of diligent service, so I gave New Era a call after finding out my previous HVAC person had retired.I knew that my furnace should also be replaced since it too was 40 years old and original to the homes construction. If the condenser died, then that furnace was sure to follow soon.From the first phone call placed to Joe, Sarin, and Mo coming to my home to perform the work, everyone I dealt with at New Era was polite, professional, and responsive. So much so that I was happy to sign on as a new customer.Lets face it - the cost of replacing your entire HVAC system is daunting (and expensive). New Era walked me through the process and explained everything. They took their time and were not afraid to answer my questions.The work was scheduled quickly, and was completed on time. All of the guys were very respectful of the property and took care to tidy up after themselves.I was very impressed with the level of service. I think you will be too.

    I WOKE UP FRIDAY MORNING TO A VERY COLD HOUSE. THE GAS FURNACE WASNT WORKING. I CALLED AT LEAST 10 DIFFERENT COMPANIES NO ONE COULD HELP ME. NEW ERA SENT OVER 2 TEC AT 3PM BY 5PM IT UP AND RUNNING. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE AND THANKFUL THAT I HAD IT FIXED BEFORE THE WEEKEND. THEY FOUND A GAS LEAK AND SWITCHES THAT NEED REPAIR AND FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS.. IM GOING TO SIGN UP FOR THE MAINTANCE PROGRAM SO ILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY AGAIN. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.     As part of New Era Plumbing White glove treatment, I was able to have my air conditioner and furnace service both at the same time. This morning Charlie and his partner MoMo, arrived with a smile. Charlie was very engaging, friendly and put me right at ease. He explained how both him and his partner would work together to get both of our system serviced as quickly and efficiently as he could. Initially I was told that it would be at least a 4-hour job but Charlie assured me that working together it would not take that long. They both went right to work and finished the job pretty quickly. Once it was completed Charlie explain to me what he had done and made recommendations for any future services. Upon entering the house they immediately put shoe coverings on which I had said wasnt really necessary but they insisted stating and it was company policy, which I respected and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have. They were very responsive friendly and efficient.This review was about a year ago. For some reason I couldnt add a new review without deleting this one, but didnt want to delete it because it showed how happy I still am with their service. My husband initially called when the office was closed but didnt leave a message as it wasnt urgent. The very next business day New Era called to see if everything was alright, notcing that we had called. A few days later, Steve L came out to service our water heater. He was very friendly, engaging and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. He also offered options to help improve our system. Steve was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with this experience. Thank you!

    Danny and his team are great. Replaced a furnace for me and very pleased with their work. They are very responsive to phone calls (answer 24/7) and schedule and complete work quickly.     Ryan and Joe were great! Our experience was excellent - we made an emergency call on a Sunday night. The operator was very friendly, informative, and sympathetic to our issue.     Steve came to our house 5/9 to start our Rheem hot water heater. He found that the igniter was not working. He did not have the part in his truck. Since it was late in the afternoon, he said that he would return in the morning. As he was leaving, we discussed the need for a new toilet. He gave us a quote and we thought about it overnight and told him in the morning that we wanted the toilet. He and MoMo showed up with the part for the water heater and the new flush. The part was not the correct one, so Steve contacted Rheem and they are sending the new part out. They installed the new toilet and temporarily lit the water heater.     Sometimes itā€™s hard not to be cynical when using a new company especially a plumbing company but New Era proved me wrong. We needed a gas line set up for our stackable dryer reconfigured. I called on a Sunday afternoon. Steven and Aleks were here Monday morning. They actually called and asked if it was ok if they arrive 30 mins early. They arrived entered with foot protection so mud wasnā€™t tracked in and looked at the job. They Explained what was needed and then produced a price. Very reasonable. They hooked all of the equipment up and tested both machines to ensure everything worked properly. Would use again and highly recommend. Also should add I spent 25 years in commercial property management and have very high standardā€™s especially when it comes to our home. Well done team!

    In a time where finding someone to do quality work with good pricing and excellent communication is so hard, I was pleasantly surprised by New Era Plumbing.Adriano and Ryan were on time, friendly, and professional. The company sent a text in the morning with my appointment time, and I received another text when Adriano was on his way to my house. He and Ryan did a great job and I am very pleased with the work that was done. They cleaned up after they were done, and explained everything so that I could understand exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it.     My experience with New Era has been extremely positive from the initial call when my water heater was leaking, to the inspection after my new one was installed. Shane was great explaining everything in detail and laying out all of the options and working with my schedule and making sure everything was handled with the permit and my HOA.     Steve and Joe came out to fix an issue with my garbage disposal. Both guys were awesome, professional, and fast. They fixed my issue within a few minutes and took their time to clean up afterwards.     The team was great, Shane, Eshan and Danny showed up on time and got right to work. It was a big job and we needed it done in 1 day to make sure we experienced no downtime with an A/C unit.They worked a 12 hour day just make sure we were happy and everything was 100% before leaving.Highly recommend if you want someone to do it right these are the guys for you.

    I have to say, Ryan and Shane were amazing. We had an oil steam heating system that died out and needed replacing. We at this point converted to gas and they made it as seamless as possible.     The 2 technicians Adriano and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful giving us many different options to choose from and we felt like they actually cared about what services they were providing and giving us the best options not pushy at all.     Shane came to inspect the water heater which we already knew was beyond repair. He agreed it needed to be replaced and gave us 4 different options to think about. He was very professional and explained each of the options and budgets. He didnā€™t pressure us and encouraged us to think it over and decide which option was best for us. After choosing the best option for us the install included removing the old tank, replacing with a new one and an electrician to finish the hook up process. During the install a window shattered and the company sent someone to replace the glass the same day actually less than an hour later. The whole install included window replacement was approx 4 hours. Very happy with NewEras service and professionalism!

    We had a shower drain that had a slow leak from upstairs to the ceiling of our kitchen. Adriano and Ryan (I think that was him, since others mention him with Adriano) came out to take a look. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions.They started at the shower end, instead of just simply cutting the ceiling drywall, and determined it was most likely a not properly sealed connection from construction that got loose when the house settled and from us just using the shower (floor flexing) over time. They resealed the connection and also the grate on top. Also resealed the outside shower edge with the floor just for good measure.New Era sends plenty of electronic notices of the appointment, along with a profile of the technician visiting. Youll also get a call when the technicians on their way with an ETA. Definitely would recommend them, based on my experience.I also got a follow-up call to make sure that everything went as-expected.

    We lost our heat due to a tree falling on our wires and creating a power surge. We tried two other HVAC companies who would not consider coming for an emergency. We found New Era on Angis list and they came right out. Shane examined the damage and offered solutions. We decided to go with a new furnace and add central air. We were back in action within a week. They even provided us with space heaters until the weather warmed up!We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend them.
