    Derek and his crew replaced our mailbox. The old one had an unfortunate acini dent and had been hit.His crew removed the old one and replaced it with the new granite post mailbox. They Carter away the old mailbox and cleaned the site up like they’d never been there. Got many compliments from the neighbors. I would definitely work with them again.

    Highly recommend Santos and Sons!! We completely redid our backyard. We tore down our deck and they installed a brand new amazing patio and granite stairs! We also got all new fencing around the perimeter of our yard. Derek was always available if I had questions. He was patient with us as we changed our original design/plan, and always kept us in the loop. They also took out a large rock we had in our backyard. We have hated our backyard for years and we can finally enjoy it! Our patio has plenty of room for cookouts and seating. Everything looks amazing and we are so thankful for them!!

    We hired Santos and sons to do our fence in Nashua NH and was very happy with the finished product. Derek and his team were awesome, great communication, polite, showed up on time, left property clean. The project from start to finish was a great experience. His pricing was great he took care of everything from calling dig safe to providing me with proper insurance. This project was done on my personal property and Im a general contractor and would be very happy to send more work his way. I only higher the best and the best is what i got.Thanks so muchKris

    I had 4 companies come out to look at what I thought was an easy task at first. I needed a retaining wall and a slope graded with some drainage added for gutter and run off. The first companies took the time to tell me why it was difficult and described why it was a difficult ask. I called Santos and sons based on a friends referral and man am I glad I did! They went over and above what I thought could be done! They cleaned up after themselves and then even raked out the tracks from the machine. Im even happier after the first rain storm! I’m very happy the work was completed in a timely manner And they were extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend Derek a his team at Santos & Sons!

    I had Santos and Sons put in a fence around my back and side yard in Dracut Ma. Derek and his team took their time and did a great job. My yard is very rocky but they had the equipment to get through it. Derek was very helpful and gives great advise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed.     Derek installed almost 400’ of mixed fence, 5’ chain link and some 6’ privacy vinyl fence for me. Very challenging terrain uphill and into the woods. He and his crew handled every step of the job with the utmost professionalism, from design and order, to install.     Awesome experience with Derek and his crew. We contacted him in early spring to install a new fence for our home. He was always responsive, and beat the other estimates by thousands! During the two day install his crew was super polite, they were super clean and numerous neighbors have complimented the fence. I’m hoping I don’t need a fence for a long time, but if/when I do I’ll make sure to call Derek first.

    We used Santos & Sons to add fencing in the area behind our church so that preschool-aged children could safely play in an enclosed area. It was a real pleasure working with Derek and his team. More than simply installing fencing, Derek was very engaged and genuinely interested that the finished product truly met our needs. He had helpful suggestions that improved on our original thoughts regarding requirements for fencing and child safety.     I used Santos and Sons for property maintenance for two years now and i couldnt be happier. The whole team is professional and very flexible to your specific home needs. I recently had my yard fenced by this company and it looks incredible, my two rescue dogs now have an area to play and let out some energy. The quality of the fence was also top notch I now have full privacy and there is no price tag for that. Very personable company and would recommend to family, friends or strangers.

    Got 200 feet of plastic privacy fencing and it came out amazing and gave me a great price. Definitely going to have Santos and son property maintenance back to do more fencing and some gates. They gave me a start and finish date and we right on schedule and actually finish a day Early.     Phenomenal job! We used Santos and Sons for some landscaping work and fencing in our backyard, to say we love the results doesn’t even begin to describe how great of a job they did!     Sorry for the long review 😬 - its WELL DESERVED!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!I have had A LOT of issues with my property and my abutting neighbors. To the point that I needed a fence to keep them off my property or away from my family, when I was not at home due to work.The issues caused multiple contractors to decline our business, our (1st) fence contractors that we hired, cancelled our contract and refunded our deposit for the fence due to one of my abutting neighbors harassing him.The same came to Santos and Sons (S&S). However, Derek stayed and came through in spades!!He helped me with my rock/boulder removal 20 - 30 extremely large landscaping bouldersA new rock wall, made from repurposed rocks from my yardAndMy fence installationThis was a 3 week project that turned into a year of work, permitting, surveys, conservation meetings, and court hearings. Anyone else would have jumped ship. (The 1st guys did) - but S&S kept it professional, courteous, and on schedule. Even after one neighbor sent his 3 dogs after him. I cant say enough to him and his team for standing by us and helping us in such a stressful environment.My fence is OUTSTANDINGMy stone wall is AMAZINGAnd he didnt break my bank account open for the work. ~. FREAKING OUTSTANDING!!!Thank you S&S, if I could give you a 15 ⭐ rating - I would.

    These guys replaced our old wooden with a 6 vinyl fence and my wife and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. This fence has given our house so much curb appeal and character. I never thought I could be this excited about a fence but seeing the final product its just beautiful. Our yard was given a huge face-lift and upgrade. These guys went above and beyond for us. They even installed an extension to make sure the bottom of the fence was sealed so our little dog couldnt escape through the gap. They brought in a bunch of loom and filled holes around the fence to make sure it was all level. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would. We are bringing them back to remove old tree stumps as well. My mother and neighbor liked the fence so much they are getting quotes for their own projects. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely be using them again for any projects we have.

    We recently needed a a fence put up quick with the recent quarantine the kids has been outside more often. Derek and one other person were here on time and maintained social distancing. They had 5 fence panels up in 2 hours. The kids were able to be outside playing in a matter of hours without worrying about being in neighbors yards.
