    Ryans crew was great! They were professional and efficient. Our poor fence had been broken by a fallen tree and after the tree was removed they were able to take out and replace the fence completely at break neck speed. The final product is really high quality and they made sure the gate had proper support. We love the way our gate opens so smoothly unlike before. To top it all off, they showed how thoughtful they were by leaving as few gaps as possible at the bottom of the fence due to our small dogs that might try to sneak out into the open. Thank you to Ryan and your whole team for a job well done!

    Ryan and his guys did an awesome job on removing my old rotten cedar fence and putting up a new vinyl fence and some chain link. Any problems that arose, Ryan had a solution for.     Ryan did an awesome job on our smallProject. We have been battling with vinyl gates breaking off in wind and we struggled to have anyone come out and give us a good solution. Ryan came out, gave us the best solution at the best price and the gate looks amazing. I feel confident that during storms, my door won’t blow off and put my dogs at danger of escaping the yard. I definitely recommend Ryan for anyone’s fence projects!

    I had Ryan’s Property Projects replace a rotted wooden stockade fence around my pool area with a solid vinyl fence last summer. I was so pleased with the work, quality of the product and skill of his crew that I had him come back out this year and install a new vinyl picket fence around the front of my property. Both times they removed and hauled away the old fencing and installed the new fencing efficiently and professionally and at a reasonable price. It has enhanced my curb appeal and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Ryan for all your fencing needs.

    Hired Ryans Property Projects to install a fencing around our property. We had no issues with the install, and Ryan and his employees were professional. They listened to what we wanted, and then gave suggestions that accomplished our goal, but saved us money in the long run. We were so happy with the end result of the fence we hired Ryans Property Projects to resurface our 2 story deck. It now looks better then I could have imaged, and is much safer for our kids to be on. I am looking forward to early spring when Ryan and company can complete the front porch repairs.

    Ryan quoted our fence replacement over the winter and started (and finished) right on time in April. Lines are straight, posts installed very securely, and the gates are great. The fence materials are top notch too.They took extra care to ensure our pup could use the yard when they left for the day & connected the deer fence that runs around the back of the yard. Ryan cares very much about getting it done right and answered all questions. Im glad we chose them for the project.

    Ive waited three years to update my 20+ year old deck. Handrails were wobbly, it was not level. Wiggled like jello. Ryan quoted a price in the fall - scheduled the work for the spring. He made several suggestions that were spot on. His crew is professional and respectful of my property and my shy dog. There were some hidden issues Ryan resolved on the fly with minimal impact to the estimate. They left my yard clean every day. I love this updated deck! I also updated my fence so it would be part of the deck - no wind tunnel for leaves to accumulate. I am very happy with the work, the price and the entire experience.     Excellent choice for my privacy vinyl fencing. For a year and a half I was getting the run around from other fencing companies that the job was going to get done. Finally, I had enough and reached out to Ryan. Ryan was very responsive and came out to my house quickly. He provided a professional quote and told me that he would get the job done by November.(approximately 1 month). I know there has been a shortage of material so I was very satisfied with that. When November came, Ryan reached out to start the job. Within two day the fence was done, and done right. It looks beautiful and really added to the privacy of my back yard. The laborers worked hard and didn’t leave a spec behind. Highly recommend this company. Ryan is extremely easy to work with and keeps you informed as to what is going on!

    Ryan is very professional and does quality work. He is upfront about all project costs and keeps his communication line open and provides a timeline for the project. The 1 contractor I haven’t had to call to ask where they are or when they are coming back. I was i formed on a daily basis. Plus having the best pricing around doesn’t hurt any either.

    Ryan has worked for me before when I first moved in replacing a chain link with vinyl. He did a great job then so I just hired him again with my neighbor to replace the fence between our yards. He was quick and efficient and once again I’m happy with the fence. He’s friendly and a hard worker.     My husband and I had a non privacy aluminum fence installed recently and we love it. We got a few quotes, but Ryans was the best for us. It was installed within a few days, however one part of the fencing needed to be completed a few weeks later due to supply, which was ok with us. We have received multiple comments from neighbors about how nice it looks. We recommend working with Ryan and his team!

    We recently had a fence installed by Ryan. We were not aware when we moved that we needed approval for the fence. We had to cancel about a week before it was scheduled to be installed. When we got approval he was here within a week to begin. He has been quick to respond with all questions we had. We are very happy with his work!

    I used RPP to install a 38 panel vinyl fence. When quoted, I had an existing fence up, and a rotting retaining wall. I’m between the job, I had 840 sq feet of wall replaced. Ryan was able to work the same quote and fence into the existing area. The crew was professional and worked hard during 95 degree heat. The job looks amazing, and I recommend them to anyone.

    My uncle needed someone to plow as he is unable to take care of his driveway and other things. Ryan took care of him and even did things such as bring his trash barrels in which is huge as my uncle has medical issues and I’d rather him not be outside for that in a snow storm. I’ve seen Ryan’s other work and knew he plowed also so I referred him to my uncle is very pleased. Must be cause I haven’t gotten the call 🤣. I’m sure he will hire Ryan for other things around the house now as I recommended him for that as well. He also installed my parent-in-laws fence and it came out real nice.

I have used his services twice. He installed vinyl fencing which I was very pleased with. Then I had him back to do some land clearing, spread loam and seed.     Incredible service! The owner did not approve of the first fence his crew installed, therefore, took it down and reinstalled.
