    These guys did a Fantastic job!!The price was very reasonable…Especially for quality of workmanship.Great bunch of hard workers.Did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day.They updated my front steps.(No easy task)And as an add on ….added a new cobblestone border to my front garden.Not only did they do a great job installing the cobblestones but they cleaned the garden and added mulch for free😊They made my house look like a whole new house.In less than 2 1/2 daysI wouldn’t hesitate to hire these guy again👍🏻👍🏻😀P.s.It’s granddaughter approved 😀

    I don’t think there are enough words to describe how much we appreciate and value all the work that Kaike and his crew did. They created a backyard oasis for our family. We explained our vision and what we were wanting and Kaike understood and implemented our design. If he thought something wouldn’t look right he explained why and gave us other options that were always amazing! We have hired Kaike and his team summer 2023 and summer 2024 and we have one last project for him to complete in 2025! His craftsmanship and love for what he does shows in his work. You won’t disappointed in any work you hire them for!

    From the first request for a quote to the finished project K&B was professional, prompt and delivered a beautiful new walkway and new front porch. As you can see from the photos they left the entire area cleaner than the way they found it. I highly recommend them. Bonus is they did this in just a few days. The granite is still a little wet but it is a beautiful light gray on the porch.

    The guys did a great job on our 15’x16’ patio. They were able to get the entire project done in 1 day. We were impressed with their attention to detail. They were very polite and carefully went over each decision on placement of patio, footings underneath for a gazebo along with different ideas for leveling and then grading the surrounding area.

    Kaike replaced our wooden front porch steps with granite, installed a blue stone walk way, and reset granite steps that heaved 3 years after install by someone else. The front of our house looks so nice now!He is very pleasant and uncomplicated to do business with. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would. Finished ahead of schedule. Very happy. Will call again.Update, 2024. We did call Kaike again. See these photos for how he transformed an awkward area into something totally beautiful that we are enjoying more than we thought we would. On time on budget and pleasant to work with.

    This is an amazing business. We got our garage doors, front doors painted, as well as stone work done on the entire garage, the stairs, the walkway, and on our home. They worked incredibly fast and the quality was amazing. They were extremely professional, timely, and they exceeded our expectations at an amazing price. They brought creativity to our requests, giving us suggestions that made our home look a million times better than what we previously imagined.     We hired K & B construction to pour two rebar pads for us. They did a great job of getting the work done in a timely matter. They were interrupted by rain, so they poured one, threw a tarp over it, and came back the next day to do the other. A couple of days after they had time to cure, they came back, pulled off the frame and put fresh loam down where the grass had been disturbed. They’re awesome. Highly recommend.

    We recently engaged K&B to install a paver patio in our backyard. Kaike was prompt, professional and clear about the work and the estimate as well as the timing of the work. They did an excellent job on our patio - it turned out beautifully!As part of the project we also wanted some changes made to our deck which abuts the new patio. K&B coordinated bringing in a carpenter to take care of that portion of the work. All coordinated and billed through K&B so that we wouldnt have to search for and engage with an additional contractor. K&B made it a nice and easy engagement all around.Highly recommend!

    Kaike came recommended to us for a stonewall project and we are very happy with his work. He responded immediately, came to our house for a free estimate and scheduled us sooner than any other contractors could have. He completed the project quickly and professionally.     We just had our patio, front porch and front porch landing done with K&B construction and couldnt be happier with the result. We worked with Kaike, and from the beginning, he and his team exhibited the utmost professionalism.We were introduced to K&B through our neighbor who also had lovely work done on their home. Kaike was happy to meet us and understood exactly what were were looking for. After taking the appropriate measurements, he created professional 3D digital renderings of the project, which helped us visualize what the end result would look like (all of this before putting any money down).Kaike was also very responsive, communicating quickly through text message. The speed with which they worked was also impressive. When he told us that we were slated for the second week of April for work to begin, we didnt think they would be finished in TWO days, but soon realized that the team was made up of efficient and very hard workers. Even though they worked quickly, Id like to note that they did not sacrifice quality. They were very meticulous, and you could tell they took much pride in their work.Kaike also went above and beyond what he was technically contracted to do. For example, once they had begun working, Kaike offered to fix up our front lawn for a reasonable price (which was recently dug up by the city who had to repair the sidewalk in front of our property), suggesting a cobblestone edge to make it look nicer. He also dug up and replanted a small tree that we had in front of our porch that was displaced when we extended the width of our steps.Speaking of prices, K&Bs prices were very reasonable, and the result is absolutely worth the cost. I could go on saying great things about K&B construction, but in summary, do yourself a favor and book this company if you are looking for an outdoor patio or any other masonry or fencing outdoor work. We will definitely be contacting them again if we need any similar work done in the future!

    Kaike and his coworkers were very professional! They showed up when they said they would and more importantly did a beautiful job. We had a walkway as well as retainer wall (a few other small things) done. When they were done they even planted grass seed at the area that there was dirt left! Very polite and honest!     K&B built an amazing patio in my backyard. The entire job was great, K&B was the fastest to come look at the job, communicated well throughout the project, and worked extremely hard long days in 95+ degree heat. Kaiquie made some great design suggestions that I am glad I took as the end result is even better than what I drew up! Kaiquie even suggested some additional work for my foundation and bulkhead which I hadnt thought of and it made a world of difference, take his advice! Working from home allowed me the opportunity to watch them work and it is clear they take pride in what they do and in getting the details right. Despite working hard and fast, they werent rushing through the job just for the sake of getting it done. I will definitely hire them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mason.

After a long period of time calling other masonry companies and receiving no calls back, no-shows for quotes, or outrageous pricing, we gave it another shot and called Kaique at K&B.     I hired K&B to replace an old deck in the back of my house with a 30 x 10 bluestone patio and to replace my front walkway and driveway. The work was done quickly, efficiently and came out looking better than I could have imagined. It totally transformed both the front and back of my yard.     KaiKe did a great job building decorative stone wall (about 1.5 ft high) for a raised flower bed. He was very prompt in responding, started the work the very next day and was done within 3 days.
