A friend of mine referred me to the company, and all I can say is WOW what a nice human being Joe west is..We had to use him twice in 2 days for 2 separate issues, What an amazing excellent quality job he did at our place!! I am so pleased that I found Mike who has consistently been very professional and reliable in handling both my plumbing and gas heating needs. Mike always shows up when he arranges an appointment. As to his service, Mike always either discovers the problem and solves it or if it is out of his scope, of expertise, he recommends another qualified provider. Ideal is a wonderful company to work with. We have used them for over 20 years and wouldn’t even think of using anyone else. Joe is knowledgeable, trustworthy and is there when he says he is going to be. His repairs and installations are always top notch and they stand behind everything they do, although we have never had a problem with any of their work. Wonderful company and cannot recommend highly enough!!
