    Est8Solutions was recommended by our insurance company to make repairs to our home after a storm. Dexter responded immediately to our call and came out to inspect the damage.     When we bought our house 8 years ago we dreamed about extending the master suite. It was because of client reviews we decided to go with Estate Solutions. We drafted our design on paper and in less than 45 days we saw those dreams become a reality. From the estimate to completion, we had an extremely positive experience. We have no complaints with any of the work performed (room addition with bathroom, extended deck, carport, and extended driveway). Dexter was great to work with through the whole process and even though we know we weren’t the only job he had at the time, he and his team made us feel as if we were. Communication was great!Dexter was also informative and helped us through the entire process by working with all services people and the city on permits and inspections. We love our new master bedroom and bathroom, the tiled shower (8x4, yes 32 sq feet) is one of the best features of the new space. We now have enough room to park 3 cars in the covered carport and this doesn’t include the concrete that was extended to the back of the property line. All materials like the ductless mini split heating/ac, new windows, roofing and siding were quality choices. Finishing touches were up to us which was great and helped us keep our costs down!! We absolutely love our new master, carport, and deck. Many thanks to Dexter and the Estate Solutions Team.

    Dexter and his company are truly amazing. I had a huge enclosed deck that was destroyed by a falling tree, to include some damage to the roof and gutters; and Dexter came in and did an outstanding job, he did so in a quick timeframe which was very important for me due to being on a tight deadline to sale my property.     I had such an amazing experience not once, but twice with Estate Solutions. I had a house that the city required to be completely demolished after it was destroyed in a storm. It was a very emotional time for me because I wanted to rebuild. Dexter Williams, owner of Estate Solutions, was so patient and sensitive to what I was going through. He worked tirelessly with the city officials to try and salvage the property. In the end, we had to go through with the demolition. He managed the entire process while I was out of town because I truly could not stand the thought of the house being demolished. He communicated with me while in the process. I think the thing that stood out the most was his caring spirit. We talked about the Lord and how He gets us through hard times.A few months later, my husband and I decided to add on a a screened in patio to my master bedroom at my current home. We immediately decided we must contact Dexter. Once again, we had the same wonderful experience. We love our patio!

    I received storm damage in January on my home. I was referred to Estate Solutions LLC by Home Depot where I had visited to check on prices for Deck and Window pricing. Mr. Dexter Williams, the owner of Estate Solutions was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable about the process of dealing with my home insurance. He was very honest in his reporting and he did not take shortcuts. He pointed out other areas of concern caused by the storm that the adjuster failed to report and he provided the insurance company with the documentation. He found other areas of concern not caused by the storm, but he did not push for any additional repairs. Mr. Williams will be my go to person for any future repairs.

    A fortunate stroke of serendipity.If you believe in good luck...keep reading.For years, I have used handy men...some good...some not so good. I know I have had some bad luck as to finding someone that can actually do the job that they promised. It was always a problem; whether it was unexpected additional cost or they could not deliver as promised. At one point I just gave up. I have spent thousands of dollars on renovations that were not up to my expectations. Like most people, I needed a few minor repairs to my home before putting it on the market. I have been wanting to sell for years but could not find the general contractor I trusted.While driving on Hospital Drive in Douglasville stopped at a red light, I looked to the right lane. I see a truck with a sign that said Estate Solutions. My first thought was here we go again!! I decided to check the reviews anticipating negative feedback. To my surprise, Estate Solutions is a 5 star rated company.I decided to call. Dexter answered the phone. That was another surprise...someone ACTUALLY answered the phone. I explained to him what my goal was and he set up an appointment to see my home at 3pm. On the day of my appointment, he was not just on time but got to my home before I was there.He gave me his honest and professional opinion about what needed to be done and told me he would have an estimate for me the following Monday. And you guessed it...I GOT AN ESTIMATE ON MONDAY!I was so ready to get the ball rolling. At this point, I was ecstatic. If my memory serves me correct, he started the work 48 hours after execution of the contract.Now from my experience when a contractor tells you he will be at your home at 9am, that means 3 hours or maybe a day later. His men was parked at my mailbox at 8:51am. Me?...well I still had my pajamas on because I knew ...(well I thought I knew)..there was no way he was going to be at my house on time. Here again...I WAS WRONG.Lets talk about his employees. Nice, professional and detailed. They did not smoke on my property, they did the work and locked the door behind after they were done. Simple!I went on with my day to day routine with no worries.After the work was done, Dexter showed me the work and made sure I was satisfied. I am so pleased with the work...I think I might keep my newly renovated home!Dexter, I really appreciate your honesty and integrity. You have my business!

    I would highly recommend Dexter for your Realtor or Contractor needs. From our first conversation about repairing and upgrading my townhome to after the closing of my home, Dexter was professional, clearly communicated his progress updates with pictures and phone calls, asked for my approval before each step was completed, made sure I was completely happy with the high quality results, recommended repairs based on his inspector knowledge, and went over and beyond the standard requirements and expectations.I initially called Dexter to repair and upgrade my townhome, which was in complete disarray from a previous tenant and handy mans work. Dexter and his team was able to take on the project immediately AND repaired my townhome in less than the time he quoted. He over delivered as he originally stated the job would take 10 days but it only took 5 days! Once I saw what an immaculate job he did with my townhome, I decided to list my property with Dexter’s realty company. The level of professional and knowledge was impressive. Also since I was selling this property while I was living in another state, it was important for me to find a realty company that would make my experience as seamless as possible. Dexter and his realty team had the latest technology so I could easily see the showing appointments for my convenience and also made the signing of documents easy. Dexter made my entire process from renovating to selling my property seamless and transparent. To add to all my remarks, my house went under contract in 2 DAYS OF IT BEING ON THE MARKET!! My entire experience was delightful and I will be using Dexter realty and contractor services in the future.

    A month after closing on my new home we had a major plumbing leak. This team ensured me i would be ok and my home will look as amazing as it did prior.     Estate (Est8) Solutions The True Professionals. The company to call on when you need service, one and done.When a huge oak tree fell on my house, during a windstorm, back in November 2020, Estate Solutions, headed by general contractor, Mr Dexter Williams, came to my rescue. I put my case in the hands of Mr Williams and he single-handedly handled all of my needs, from the smallest of detail, to the biggest issues my house had suffered. He coordinated every detail with my insurance company and with each of the sub-contractors he deemed necessary, in order to restore my home back to how it was, before that old oak tree was shaken down. I pretty much got a whole house makeover, from a new roof that was installed, to steel beams that were set in my basement walls to stabilize the structure, and everything in between. His various teams reconstructed my kitchen and foyer where most of the internal damage had occurred. I got new ceilings, new floors, new walls and doors; new paint in these areas, but also painting and repairs in the living room, all bedrooms, hallway, guest bathroom, staircase, garage and basement walls. Dexters company and his high quality and experienced team of sub-contractors provided needs for all of the following services: roofing, gutter and soffit restoration, plumbing, electrical, brick laying and masonry work, painting, carpentry, fence repair and cleanup.During Dexters evaluation of my house, he deemed I needed a Structural Engineer to come out, and since so much extensive residue damage had occurred throughout the house, he determined it had to be evacuated, so he coordinated with my insurance company to have my entire house contents packed up and moved into storage. His initial estimate for full restoration of the house was 4-6 months, however, with his crews working from dusk to dawn and even on weekends, they were able to get everything restored and me moved back in, in less than 2 months.My home is now new, fresh and clean, and in a fully restored condition, as it was when I moved in 20+ years ago.So whenever you have a need for home restoration and you want a one call, thats all solution, then Estate Solutions LLC is your best bet, and you wont be disappointed!!!

    It was a pleasure working with Estate Solutions, on finishing our basement. We were impressed from day one on the pace they moved. The project completed early despite the set backs of Covid-19. They prepared early for the virus by buying the remaining materials for the project. The workers were great at practicing social distancing and watching local guidelines. Im grateful to have worked with a contractor that quickly responses to questions and concerns. When a concern did come up, they were addressed immediately. The general contractor consistently checked the work of subcontractors (throughout the day and periodically at the end of various workdays). Estate Solutions was very informative throughout the process and made very clear the pros and cons of our decisions, ensuring we were satisfied customers.
