I wanted to purchase an electric vehicle and have the ability to charge it in my garage, however, I was a bit concerned because of the unique circumstances in which my garage is detached. Sean was awesome! He was able to walk me through my options, concerns, etc. and went above and beyond by consulting a friend to answer all of my questions during the in person consultation. After that I felt completely confident he could manage the job. I was even pleasantly surprised by the financing options given when I received my estimate. A branch fell on my powerline and pulled all the wiring, including the meter box from the house, needless to say we had no power! God sent me Angels that day ! Sean Roberts the owner of Icon Electrical was referred to me. He showed up and out, and did an outstanding job!My situation was a little tricky, due to the location of where the powerline attached to the house (24 feet above the meter box) and the ground is unleved so a ladder was unsafe and not an option. He had to bring his list. I liked that he has all the equipment to complete the job.Icon Electrical took care of everything and actualky what he did is better than the originally electrical connection. Greystone was able to reconnect my power the same day which doesn’t always happen but Angels disguised as humans were very present. Sean, went way beyond my expecttations, and his price was reasonsble given the scenario. I am super grateful for the wonderful customer service I received, and will definitely refer Robert with Icon Electrical to everyone!

Awesome! I have found my electrician for life. As long as I’m in the area I won’t work with anyone else for my electrical needs. Received my inspection report with a few “major” electrical findings and was frantic when I spoke with Sean. He assured me that he’d investigate and let me know how major they were. Apparently, they weren’t major findings and I didn’t spend a lot of money for repair. He even caught a few things that I missed in previous walkthroughs, like the doorbell not working. He repaired that, too! Sean is reliable, responsive and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. I’m certain you’ll have the same experience.

UPDATE on 10/16:I cannot say enough about Sean and his work. We had a fault outlet that resulted in us losing a whole circuit. Sean came right out the next day before starting a big job to make sure he took care of us quickly. He inspected our panel, outlets, did the necessary repairs and got it done quickly. He came out the day before but needed a different part; he did not charge me for the first visit, identified a way to complete the install the very next day which looks great! Additionally, he stayed until I had the charger was set up and I had tested, he could have asked for payment after the install and left— but he said that he wanted to be sure everything was perfect, and it was! From the very beginning, this company was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. Nadia in the office was very positive, informative and even contacted me after the fact to make sure everything thing was repaired to my satisfaction. I was getting some minor repair work done on a home i was selling, and Sean responded quickly. I messed up and was unable to get him into the property on the day of, but they graciously rescheduled me for the next day. The job was done clean and quick, and I appreciated that the invoice they sent me even included pictures of the repair. All-in-all, a great experience and I would definitely use these guys again.

Very courteous and helpful advice from a professional electrician. I tried to install some smart switches and wasnt able to get them to work. I thought it was me so I called a pro. He explained to me that I needed to rewire the two switches because the way it was done there was no neutral wire installed which was needed for the switch. My experience with Icon was absolutely superb! I am a first time home buyer, and needless to say I dont know much about electrical systems. Sean was very professional and walked me through everything that needs enhancements, adjustments and changes. Unfortunately, my situation is less than ideal. However, I know Im in good hands. The house is much older, 96 years old to be exact and upon initial inspection the electrical system was cause for concern. Sean has assured me that he is the man for the job and so far he has come through! I am really impressed with his services thus far and his prices are very fair. You cant find someone more knowledgeable in this business. In addition, he really cares about the safety of his clients and will do whatever is necessary to make sure the integrity of your home is his FIRST priority.

Sean was knowledgeable professional and courteous. Within minutes of explaining the problem he was able to isolate the issue and fix it. He also installed ground rods. The appointment was done very quickly and I would highly recommend this company. We are planning to have them come back to install pocket lights and ceiling fans. They are very easy to work with got an appointment next day and they are very trustworthy. Happy client!

The lady I spoke with when I called was polite, and, got me scheduled quickly!!!! The young man was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and, answered all my questions. He switched out two of my outside light fixtures, and, replaced a defective switch in my dining room!!! I felt the price was, fairly, reasonable for what was done!!!!!
