From the Generator sales process, through the installation, Anderson Power Services did a fantastic job sizing, procuring, and installing our generator. Our salesperson Steven, explained everything in great detail, and is the nicest guy you will ever meet. The installation team lead, Tyler, did a great job, including answering my many questions. He did a very thorough walk through after installation as well. the outside of our home was perfect when they left, as well. If all experiences went as well as this one did, the world would definitely be a better place!

He was friendly & very patient w me. We moved up my service appt & he was out in less than a week. Very nice young man & he told me they were just a phone call away if I have any concerns. I have a 2X a year maintenance contract with Anderson Power Services for my 24kW Generac whole house generator. They always schedule on time and text/email at least 2 days in advance to remind me that they are coming to perform service and additionally text/email on the day of service. Today, the service technician was Puncho. He performed the semi-annual service in a professional manner and also replaced the starter battery since it was 3 years old. There was no pressure to replace the battery-he left that decision up to me. He did a great job, very friendly. I’ve had the same results with all technicians from Anderson. A great company to work with and competent people to keep your generator system in top shape!

My wife and I were visited by Andrsons technician, Gene, for a periodic maintenance check. Approximately 6 months after installation, I wanted to learn a bit more about the operating and maintenance characteristics of our generator, and how to handle various scenarios.Upon learning about my interest, Gene and I proceeded to have a conversation on the generator/utlility systems and their integration. In short, he gave me as much information as I could wish for. Only when he was sure that I had no more questions did the scheduled maintenance begin.From our first contact with Anderson, we both have been impressed by a continuing competence and conscientious service; both generally from the company and particularly from our personal encounters with technicians such as Gene.I usually do not fill out requests for product or service reviews; I believe that there is a certain level of competence which should be expected. In this case though, both my wife and I think special recognition for services above and beyond is more than warranted.I look forward to a long and profitable relationship with them.PJK

During Hurricane Helene my Generac stopped. I thought I was out of propane. Once tank was full Propane Serviceman and I could not get my generator to run. I googled and found Anderson Power Services. I finally reached Eric Childers in the Atlanta Office. He face timed me to help me troubleshoot the issue. Once we could not get it started he recommend that I may need a new battery. I paid for the service and the service person showed up 36 hours later which was excellent given we were still in hurricane recovery mode. The service guy troubleshooted and replaced my battery and taught me how to maintain if it had to run for continuous days. I had a question about his instructions and called Eric again. He was busy but called back within 10 minutes. I will never be without this service contract again. They answer your calls and give real help and advice. Thank you Eric and Anderson!!!! By the way, I am still on day 12 without full power but my Generac is working !!!!

It was due for Service and the timing worked out perfectly because a few days prior the unit failed to turn on during a power outage. It was then that I discovered the unit had an oil leak. It didn’t take you long to find where it was leaking from and you were able to repair it. You even went the extra step of doing a thorough clean up of all the oil that was splattered all over the unit. We are extremely happy with the exceptional service you provided. I was unable to meet with him at length because of a urgent matter I needed to handle, but he informed me of what services he would perform and that he would notify me with a copy of his report. The report was deliver shortly after he completed his work and provided a completed checklist and report via email when he was done. I appreciated his service focus and the freedom to have the time to deal with my urgent matter. My experience with Anderson Power Systems in the years we have had there service has been excellent, and I continue to highly recommend their services.

The compnay is great at what they do, their technicians are always on point. Nate Morris came to my house today and stayed several hours revitalizing my generator system and making sure it all worked properly before he left. The only complaint I have with Anderson Power is scheduling. After I paid for this service, it took several weeks if not months before Nate showed up. However, that only happened once over the course of years, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time. Overall, Im very pleased with the competence and knowledge of the technicians, but the scheduling department could use some improvement.

The installation crew of Jacob and Andy were here all day yesterday installing our 22KVA system. We recently had a loss of oil pressure on our 22K Generac which cause it to be inoperable. After checking we realized that oil had spread over the engine area within the enclosure. At the same time we were due a semi-annual service. Even with their technicians spread thin due to the recent hurricanes, Anderson scheduled our repair/service as soon as possible. Russell, the technician sent to resolve the issue, was able to identify the defective part, fix the problem, and complete the service as well. I was also fortunate to have Chelsa Vega as my contact at Anderson. Whenever I encountered an issue (ie. needed warranty time frame correction and Costco rebate tracking, installation schedule) she always followed up in a timely manner and resolved the issue. While I haven’t had a power outage yet, I’m confident my Anderson installed Generac is up to the challenge.

I had a major problem with a generator installed by another company who threw their hands up and told me to call Briggs & Stratton Warranty Service. I did and they referred me to Anderson Power. My generator had not run on its own for over six months. The technicians from Anderson Power worked on the generator which kept failing. It was installed and put into operation by Anderson Power and now works exactly as it should. If I am not mistaken, I also want to thank Ken Howard for following up to complete the surge protector install and the generator set-up/run-up test. During the install, Michael made me aware of any superficial damage that existed on the unit before completing the install and I do thank him for his transparency. Based on the work, I give the Team 5 Stars, but I am rating the company lower because I feel they should do a better job inspecting the product upon receiving and before delivery to the customer. Regardless of the slight damaged, without hesitating Anderson Power did say they would replace it. Bottom line: even though it was just installed and I have not had to use it yet, I would recommend Anderson Power and his Team of professionals with installing your backup generator.

I called this company in 2017 after Hurricane Irma knocked out our power for a week, got an estimate, then dragged my feet and didnt get it. Fast forward to 2020 and the Corona Apocalypse...the power went out for a whole day in March without a single raindrop in sight!🙄 Well needless to say, I was on the phone calling companies the next day. Several companies came to give me an estimate and quoted $3-4k more than Anderson. Ironically, Dustin was the sales representative that came out in 2017. Dustin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed my needs, evaluated my home, and discussed the best size option for my home to support all areas that I want to operate. Eric, Aaron and Eli installed my generator today and I am more than impressed. Eric is the lead technician and he was awesom! Eric explained everything they would be doing for the installation. After installation he went into detail about the unit, the parts, and did a demonstration. They were neat and meticulous with the placement of the unit and box. Faith (account rep) has been so patient with me...cause I have been calling just about every other week making sure the generator had been shipped and ready for install. Everybody that has answered that phone when I call have been more than pleasant and professional. This company has been nothing less than professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our technician, Russell, was punctual and called me several times to update me on his arrival. He then reviewed my entire set up and in doing so detected an area of concern which he addressed and corrected all in the same visit. He was also very informative about the system, and reviewed the operation and functions of the generator, as well as answered all of my questions.
