    A fantastic experience from the start to finish. The team (Mike Mastowski, Sales, Ismael Castrejon, Superintendent/ Chris Hembree, Permitting, Christine Edwards, Project Coordinator) was outstanding. I was always updated (good communication!) on where we are and what the next step will be. The workers in our project are skilled and take the job seriously which reflects in the quality of the finished product. The finished deck looks amazing and we are very happy! 5 star service all around and definitely worth the price. The Trust Dale “$10,000 make it right” guarantee is a free bonus to really take off any worries that naturally come with any construction job, just not with Ben Hills Renovations.     Had Ben Hill redo our home built in 1928 with Hardi. The end to end process was great including the communication and followup quality visit. Shawn manged the project and was extremely responsive to any of our requests, both up front and on the fly. Trent was great on the front end as well. Definitely have all bases covered and would consider them for future projects.

    We had our back deck replaced with the most amazing screened in porch with a side deck for grilling and we had our old front porch replaced with a new front porch. The work is outstanding and everything looks amazing. It was done so fast I am in awe of this company. They handled all the permitting which made me so happy. Our Lead Superintendent on the project, Daniel Cash, was always responsive if we had any questions or concerns. He even went to Sherwin Williams twice to make sure the paint color for the new siding perfectly matched my existing siding. Once the screened in porch was finished, I could not get over all the tiny details they added to make it absolutely beautiful. I love this porch! Ben Hill is the only company you should use for decks and porches.

    Highly recommend seeking Ben Hill for decks. We got several quotes from all the local companies via Trust Dale, and chose Ben Hill for the excellent professionalism of Trent Bass and ability to give us a general quote on the spot. Unfortunately due to county permitting, we were unable to get past the initial stage, but Ben Hill was willing to work with me on recouping some of the initial deposit money we made into the project which we greatly appreciated. When we a new vision for our deck that abides by county permits, we will most definitely proceed with Ben Hill. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and great portfolio of work to view to feel confident that they will do an excellent job for you.

    Great experience from first meeting to finishing today.Excellent workmanship and hardest workers I have ever seen that went the extra mile on several things.They cleaned up every scrap of debris and went over the area with a magnet to pick up nails and screws. Ours is a smaller deck than many others but we only had steps there before. I decided to add the lattice on a change order and to them, no problem.     We trusted Ben Hill Renovations to complete a patio extension with a roof cover, and we are more than pleased and thrilled with the completed project. Each person we interacted with throughout the project was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brooke and Robby made it easy to make design and financial decisions, and explained each step of the project thoroughly. Daniel was the project manager, and he and his crew made sure every part of the project was completed perfectly. Daniel even took extra time to install electrical wiring and a ceiling fan, which was not even part of the original project plan. After the project was complete and all paperwork signed, we noticed a couple issues with the concrete that was poured. Brooke and Daniel immediately contacted Larry, their concrete guy, who came out the very next day to fix the issues.     We just had a covered deck replacing an old non covered deck built by Ben Hill Renovations. The deck’s roof was a challenge to design and build because of the houses multiple and steeply pitched adjoining roofs. It turned out wonderful. It was a pleasurable experience working with Trent, Dan Cash and Tonya.

    In the spring of 2022, we decided it was time to replace our 25-year-old deck. The old deck, almost 500 square feet, had deteriorated to a point it was no longer safe for us to use. We reached out to several companies, both small and large, to come out and advise us on our options to replace the deck. Our experiences varied greatly between companies and not all of them good. After evaluating each company, it was an easy choice to select Ben Hill Renovations to build our new deck.Josh from Ben Hill came out to look at our deck and discuss design and material possibilities. He took the time to explain the options, code and permit requirements, and answer all our questions. Josh put together a proposal that was very competitive in today’s market. The proposal detailed materials, pricing, timeline, and included an architectural diagram which was key in getting our HOA approval.We had the opportunity to work with Tonya, our production coordinator and Daniel, our lead superintendent. Tonya and Daniel where phenomenal to work with and provided exceptional communication through the entire process. They handled all the required county and city permits, materials delivery, and ensured the project started on-time and stayed on budget. The price quoted in the beginning was the exact price at the end.The new deck is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Ben Hill Renovations for any of your home projects.

    I was really fortunate to find Ben Hill Rennovations. I contacted several companies that did open and screened in with roof decks. I received estimates from $78,000 - $46,000. I was considering the low bidder, but I decided to get one more estimate. That last estimate was from Ben Hill. I am so glad I did.They met all my wishes and the price was the best one received. Which was $8,000 less than the previous low bid.The work was done in approximately 10 days, and everything is perfect. The materials used are tip knoch, and the workmanship is excellent.If I decide to do another home improvement project, I wont waste time calling anyone else. Im calling Ben Hill!

    Just want say thanks to Josh Welch, Shawn Anderson, Tonya Jones and the installers that replaced my French Doors. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My install was not the easiest as there was not a lot of room in the rough framing to make adjustments to ensure the door was plumb and square, but they managed to get it done. My old doors would scrub when you opened and closed the door, but not the new doors. It is so nice to open the new doors and not have to jerk the doors open or force it shut. Once again thanks to everyone at Ben Hill.

    I made an appointment with Estimator, Trent Bass to get an estimate on replacing my rear deck and front step in late May.He was on time, actually early, as we both were available earlier; we kept in contact by texts. I was impressed by 1.) Trent’s knowledge of the construction industry, and 2.) him presenting me a copy of his company’s certificate of liability insurance at our 1st meeting. Just as important, he presented my wife and I with a timely estimate that I didn’t have to wait weeks to receive. I noticed Trent’s work from multiple neighbors in my Douglasville neighborhood. Nowadays, it is rare someone takes the time to explain what will be done, and advise on the best options, but that’s what Trent did. A wonderful experience.

    We had our 40-year-old solarium replaced with 3 new Pella windows and 2 skylights. It was a complex job, but renovation specialist Joshua Welch, superintendent Shawn Anderson and office administrator Tonya Jones handled the process with professionalism. Workers Daniel and Martin were great, as well, providing hands-on labor (cutting, building, measuring, staining, roofing, etc.) with precision. This was our second major window project with Ben Hill Renovations and hope to work with them again.

    I had Ben Hill replace my siding, my front and back porches completely in November 2019. I am incredibly impressed with the work, the communication, the reasonable pricing, and the quickness of the project once it started.I got quotes from several contractors and individuals, but BH was the only full service package. Their all-in-one price fell right in line with the estimates I received from the siding and decking specialists when combined.It was great to have one contact to tackle it all, and I really liked how professional they were. Jason was a friendly and great salesman who worked around my crazy schedule and made sure he got a great sense of what I was looking for.Daniel was a true professional project manager who was incredibly responsive, set great expectations, and made sure I was happy from start to finish. The workers were incredibly efficient, did solid work, were sweet with my dogs, and never left the site without getting the project to a good stopping point or picking up after themselves. They fixed rotted framing, added proper backer board and housewrap, correctly cut, installed, and sealed the siding, used quality materials and exceeded building code. All of it is gorgeous and Ive already noticed a savings on my energy bills. I have never been more pleased with an investment. Its never an easy or fun decision to shell out your hard earned money on large home maintenance projects, but this team made it as easy and painfree as possible. Highly recommend for sure.

    Ben Hill is awesome! We used them for or gutters and had a new roof installed yesterday. The work was awesome and the staff is fantastic. Robert Hamrick spent an hour with us discussing various shingles and colors. Our Superintendent for the job was Dwayne Sidwa. He stayed the entire day on the job site and has been easy to contact and return our calls. He also was here for our gutter install. The workers were respectful and even cleared a path for our dog to go out. This company is fantastic. Rhonda who is the Project Coordinator has been very professional. Awesome company!

    For the past year, my wife and I have been working on a remodeling project for our bathroom. As part of the design, we wanted to install two new windows to help modernize the room space. For months and months, we called various window companies to see if they would help us with this particular project but to no avail. The majority of these companies stated they would only help with the project if it included a minimum of six windows, while other companies did not respond to our inquiries. One day my wife was at Pike Nurseries looking for plants for the front yard when she bumped into Mike Mastowski, a salesman at Ben Hill Renovations. During their conversation, she spoke about our plight. After their discussion, Mike said he would be more than happy to help us. In the proceeding weeks, Mike visited our home to examine our bathroom to see how the company could help us with the renovation project. In short, Ben Hill Renovations was the only window company that was willing to take on our project that included one custom picture window over the bathtub and one replacement window. During this process, we were also communicating with Daniel Cash and Tonya Jones. Also, the gentleman who came out to measure the windows made sure the calculations were accurate before ordering. We do apologize for not remembering his name. We would like to include him with the other members of this team. From start to finish, this team of four was professional and willing to help us with all of our questions and concerns without any hesitation. They were extremely patient and understanding when coordinating installation dates that worked best for us.     I made an excellent choice when I picked Ben Hill Renovations to tear down my existing rotting deck that was about 30 years old and replace it with a much more secure and beautiful deck. During the process of having it done, I met several of the employees, and spoke with several different ones by phone. Each and every one was extremely nice and accomodating, as well as professional. The two gentlemen who did the work were on time every day and worked extremely hard all day each day.I would not hesitate to use Ben Hill Renovations again and would go so far as to say that I would recommend them to my family and friends.     We had a really good experience with Ben Hill renovations. They created to custom windows for us 7 feet wide by 10 inches tall. They cut into the side of our house framed it out and then start at the glass. It looks absolutely amazing! Exceeded our expectations. They did other work as well but this is my favorite. We will be calling them again for future projects. We also enjoyed superintendent Tonya for keeping our project on track during the installation. We will request Tonya in the future.     We had Ben Hill Renovations build us a covered, screened in deck. We decided to do the sun exposed area in timber tech, and the covered area in wood to keep the cost down.From start to finish they were wonderful to work with.Our 1st meeting was with Trent Bass. He listened to our needs and designed our deck. He made recommendations and had a great knowledge of the construction.Tanya Jones was our coordinator and a valuable asset to help get the project going and worked with us all along the way with scheduling.Daniel cash was our Superintendent.     When we started our new siding project I was impressed from beginning to end. We had a meeting with the salesman, he helped up select what was best for our house. From beginning to end this project was a breeze (except for noise, which was unavoidable). These guys worked on side of the house at a time. After they finished a side those guys worked so hard at cleaning us any mess in that part of the yard before moving on. Not to mention how nice the guys were to us. And the last day after all workers left and removed materials, here comes another man with a giant rolling magnet, and he walks the property to pick up an loose nails.     Had them replace my roof. Robert Hamrick came out for the initial inspection and he was very knowledgeable and printed the quote for me on-site within 15 - 20 minutes. It was in line with verbal I got from another company who never sent me a written quote. He kept me up to date on status, timing, etc. Dwayne Sidwa was the supervisor of the project and he, too, kept me informed on timing. Everything was done on time when promised. I also like the fact that they have a customer portal that you log in and can view progress via photos. Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant. I plan to contact them again in the spring when I get gutters for my house.

    My home is an older one, with 9 old wooden windows that I wanted to replace! I spoke to Chris, Salesman, he came out measured them; showed me a sample window and gave me an estimate. I told him, “let’s do it!” The Project Manager, Dewayne, came out, checked all the measurements, went over the job and ordered the windows. I got a call from the office saying the workers would be here on Monday for the installation. Monday, the three workers came, set up, worked efficiently and precisely taking out the old and replacing with the new VinylMax Radiance double hung, double pane windows. And, the windows were trimmed out with PVC aluminum coated cladding! This was completed in one day! I am completely satisfied with the professionalism shown by all at Ben Hill Renovations! My windows are beautiful and made a tremendous difference inside and out!

    Oh man. What a great and fun group to work with. Jeff McIntyre, head honcho, for our job was gracious and open, and easy going; but strong with his team. We had our roof done 8 years ago, which was excellent; now after 30 years of vinyl siding; we needed new. We chose Allura siding, which is a hardy plank cousin. The siding guys were great to work with and they helped us fix anything that was fixable below the surface. We had not had our house wrapped 30 years ago, so these guys had to also complete that first. All was completed with competency. We had probably 4 punch lists completed during the job. Just finalized the last punch list. We are pleased with the job completed. Now we are awaiting the pickup of the giant trash bin. All is good. Would tell others about this company easily.     I contacted this provider to inquire about repairing a leak in a metal roof. I spoke with Tangi and she was very friendly and professional. She set the appointment and explained very clearly what to expect and how much the repair would cost. Prior to the appointment, she contacted me to confirm and again, explained what to expect. On the day of the appointment, the repair crew called me to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived within the appointment window, were very professional and went right to work. When they had completed the repair, they explained what they had done and thanked me. The actual cost came in less than what was quoted and I was provided with a detailed receipt, along with digital photos of the work completed. Great experience. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

    My project was three-fold: (1) to replace my foyer picture window, (2) construct a new portico over the front stoop and (3) pressure wash the front stoop and refinish the solid oak front door. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the results of all three (3) phases of my project. All of the company’s workers that we were involved with were very professional and courteous.However, I cannot complement the company on their timeliness regarding my project. I initially contacted the office during the 1st or 2nd week of May to ask for an estimate for my project and I was contacted by a salesman within a day or two to set up an appointment. The day after the appointment, I received an email from the salesman with some preliminary numbers for my project.After settling on the work to be done and the costs, a “proposal or contract” dated 5/20/2020 was presented in writing and accepted by me, with down payment, on 5/22/2020. This document estimated a work plan of seven (7) to eight (8) weeks for the total project which would have put the completion date for the project sometime around July 17th at the latest.My project was finally finished and the completion certificate issued on November 6, 2020, with only one (1) week during this entire period (in late October) where I did not allow any work to take place due to being out of town.Lastly, I was disappointed regarding being updated regularly on whether or not company workers would be “showing up” to work on the project and, if so, what time to expect them. In many instances, we had to initiate the contact to gather this information.

    Im not an expert in this type of work but it seems the work was done well. The men were very detailed, professional, and friendly. I rated the company 4 stars instead of 5 because they were supposed to come at 9 a.m. but got here at about 3:30 p.m. I understand delays, etc., but it would have helped a lot if theyd called in advance to let me know. Since they could not finish before dark, they came back the next day. All of this caused me to miss appointments and classes. Businesses are in the habit of charging customers a late fee for missing appointments ( I suppose this is an up north thing transported to the south) so I think customers should get a discount when businesses are late. In any case, I would use Ben Hills services again and also recommend them to others.

Adam Bartlett showed up at the appointed time worked efficently cleaned the area and paid enough attention to detail to sweep the area with a magnet to catch any fastners he may have dropped. The quality of the work was higher than i expected.
