    I had my whole house backed up for three days, I had 2 other plumbing companies out prior with both giving me no solutions and completely overpriced estimates. I called the Plumbing Doctor and was beyond impressed with the service I received. The office person I spoke with to make my appointment was so helpful and reassuring that they could help. When my tech David arrived, he was very professional and hardworking, was determined to solve my issues. David was able to resolve my blockage within a few hours and my house was back to normal without breaking my bank account. I highly recommend this company. I am so grateful I found them.

    The 2 gentleman that came to fix the leaky water heater at a home that Im renting and they were very kind and introduced themselves and they let us know what was going on and how much everything was going to cost and what they were going to do before anything else happened. I was having a situation trying to get a hold of my landlord and they were so patient and so kind and just waited, they were funny and just made me feel very comfortable. They were able to fix the problem quicker than I thought they could and I am 100% satisfied with Dr Plummer and would highly recommend. If I ever have another problem they are my go-to place.

    Rosendo was very professional and punctual. He came to our house to install a relatively new water heater model, many other plumbers we called never installed one of these before, but he knows exactly what hes doing. He called over another team member to fix an unexpected issue without extra charge. Moreover, he fixed our garage sink along the work, only charged VERY REASONABLE amount for that! The price is super competitive, but the work quality is above and beyond! Permit passed smoothly. We will definitely call them again if there are more work to do. Highly recommended!     A friend who had a major plumbing problem recommended Pluming Drs. I called them for a simple repair that I could not do myself. They scheduled me promptly and gave an estimate for a diagnosis. When their person Jered arrived he thought he could complete the work within the agreed amount for the estimate only. As things will want to happen, the item they were fixing had bigger issues than what I called upon them to fix. Jered honored his initial quote to fix the problem within the call-out/diagnose charge. The effort took him several hours. The whole experience was what you want from professionals. Good consultation, clear status reports on their work and living up to their word. This exceptional experience led me to hire Plumbing Drs for a second larger project. Again that project was also done on time and in budget and done well. Im extremely pleased with the Plumbing Doctor firm and their technician Jared and highly recommend them both.

    I was looking for a plumber to install a kitchen faucet and under-the-sink water filter that I had previously purchased. I emailed the Plumbing Doctor over the weekend, and received a prompt phone call Monday morning. That afternoon, Their tech (David) came. He carefully checked my purchased items to make sure all the parts were included and that they would work in my kitchen. I was given an estimate for the installation cost (which was a fraction of the amount another plumbing company had quoted me for the same work). David completed the job yesterday. He was courteous and professional and he did an excellent job. I will definitely call Plumbing Doctor.

    David did an exceptional job, he unclogged the blockage and then had time to install a garbage disposal. His manerism was clear and it was not a high pressure sale.     Our main sewer line plugged up on Friday eve. Plumbing Doctor had a tech working on the problem by 10:30 and it was cleared by noon. David Garcia was very careful, detailed and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew what we were up against and explained the options. In the meantime he got the pipe running while we evaluate our options.

    Called for a kitchen sink faucet replacement and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. Jared came to do the install and was very professional and explained all of the options and price points in detail. He wasnt pushy and allowed me to make the choice of what was right for me.     I had a problem with our main kitchen sink, and had a service call that was very timely. it required a lot of work to hydro snake out the issue, and I appreciate the quality of the work, they checked to make sure it was working, and when it was not perfect he went back in a third time just to make sure. He was very clean and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend this firm and would use them again in a second.

    Jorge was on-time, very professional, and we believe performed the tasks we requested with knowledge and expertise. The work done was of excellent quality. Jorge was communicative and patient with us and gave us good explanations of what was needed and how much it would cost. We did not feel pressure to accept any of his recommendations. He was very tidy and left the areas clean after the work. He cleaned out from under two sinks where he needed to work and returned all of the items carefully and neatly. His attention to detail was excellent. The jobs we requested were done and exceeded our satisfaction. Looking at the areas in which he worked it was as if he had never been here, except for the fact that we had a beautiful newly installed kitchen faucet and two working bathroom faucets. We really appreciate how quietly and quickly he worked, how clean the areas were post repairs, and how the repairs were completed. Jorge was also very patient with our tirelessly barking puppy. The quickness in which we had an appointment was incredible. We called on Monday and Jorge came on Tuesday. The dispatcher, Oliver was very helpful when I made the appointment. We could not be happier with Jorge, the jobs performed, and with Plumbing Doctor.

    I had a great experience with Plumbing Doctor. Our old water heater (located outside) bottomed out while we were out of town, but I was able to work with Jared to organize delivery, installation and payment, all over the phone! It was great to return home to hot water and to have a team I could trust to take care of this. Hopefully I wont have need of more plumbing work in the near future, but if I do Ill go with Plumbing Doctor.

    August 31, 2023Dillon is the very best plumber around. We had a toilet go bad after hours. Called Plumbing Doctor, and Dillon came. He has always helped us. And tonight was no exception. Fixed the toilet and even went the extra mile to replace the supply line. Can’t live without Dillon and plumbing Doctor!Best ever. We’ve been with them for years and simply love them.     It was an example of the ideal service imaginable - it was scheduled the same day, it was scheduled the hours I asked, the technician came exactly in time and he fixed our problem in about 3 minutes.     I have had 4 occasions to call Plumbing Doctor for water leaks, Several years ago REZ helped me twice, to repair water leaks under my driveway. The first time he turned the water at the meter off then on and said the leak was in the center of the driveway, a 3 X 3 hole was cut into the cement and the leak was exactly where he stated. The second time the PVC water main broke again from tree roots about 10 feet from the previous leak, this time we replaced the PVC with Copper line. Both times I was very satisfied with the work and time to completion. I then worked with Lucas, the bathroom in our garage was backed up, After trying to clean up the mess from the toilet (which did not stop for 6 hours) Lucas stopped at 5:30 and stated that the pipe was clogged 75 feet from the house and he would have to return in the AM with a jet blaster, Lucas then suggested that I call the city of Davis (which he actually did for me) then he had to depart to take his girlfriend to the airport. The city of Davis came out within the hour and jet blasted the city line ( which was clogged causing the sewage to come out at my house, lowest point) solving the problem Then to my amazement Lucas returned after dropping his girlfriend at the airport to check on how I was doing. This was on his own time!! The last time I called Jario was my technician, the Kitchen sink was clogged and required snaking, he was on site within ten minutes and had the job completed within the hour. I would highly recommend Plumbing Doctor to anyone requiring a well trained, courteous, and efficient plumber.

    Last month, we decided to do a whole house re-pipe because of multiple under-the-slab leaks in our hot water line. Jared Grensted and his team from Plumbing Doctor did an excellent job from beginning to end. Jared is a great problem solver who gets every detail right and manages his team well. The crew was always on time, worked incredibly hard, and were pleasant to have around (which matters with such a big project). We were very pleased to have them work in our home and would definitely call them first if we have other plumbing issues.     My main sewer line was clogged and I couldnt use any toilet or shower! I called them in the morning at 8am when they opened and they showed up on the earlier end of the 2 hour time frame. Mason was the plumber who arrived at our house and he was kind and professional from the beginning to end of the appointment. Mason was kind, patient and helpful when explaining what needed to be done. We will use Pumbing Doctor from now on because of how down to earth, efficient and understanding Mason was during our plumbing crisis. He was able to fix the clogged up main line and I had usable plumbing by noon!! I was impressed with the reasonable and affordable prices Plumbing Doctor offers as well.     Rosendo and Dave were quick to respond, professional, respectful of the property and were experienced plumbers. It was for a corroded, leaking, 23 year old outdoor hose faucet notorious for leaking as it is out in the elements, gunked up with excess stucco splatter and I am sure really stuck onto the pipe going into the wall. (we had to replace same in our last home in Concord). I knew the last thing we wanted was a DIY emergency if we attempted to fix it ourselves. Thank you Rosendo and Dave! We will have 2 more jobs for them as soon as they send me the estimate (bathroom bidet and replace/fix kitchen sink faucet).

    Dillon C. great to work with. Explains everything clearly, stops & asks if I have any questions & is very professional. He replaced 2 shower heads & 2 faucets in my bathroom. Replaced bathtub diverter & shower head for another bathroom. I dont have much experience hiring plumbers so I dont know prices. Happy with the outcome!

    Jared Grensted was the technician who helped us determine we had a water leak in our slab. We got 3 companies to give us bids for Re-piping the whole house. Plumbing Doctor won the job even though the bids were very similar. Because of Jared’s thorough explanation of the process and his timely scheduling, we started the job the next day and was finished with the job on the second day. The house has only one bathroom so Jared removed and reset the toilet each day so there was always a working john. I cannot recommend Jared Grensted highly enough and appreciate the work received by him at the Plumbing Doctor.

    I put in a call to P.D. at 12:30 and Jairo, the plumber arrived at about 3:15; earlier than I expected. He analyzed a drip problem with the angle stop in the master bathroom and corrected the problem quickly, providing suggestions for improving the overall performance of the faucet and sink. In addition, was able to provide what seemed to be a fair estimate his suggestions. Thereafter he did a hydrojet of the line from the kitchen sink to the street. One side of the sink has not drained well for years; it is now.Jairo completed his work quickly and efficiently, and was both professional and polite, and Im very pleased with the service he provided. Further, while I never like paying for plumbing repairs, the price paid was fair.As with all repairs, the time will tell. For now Im rating this experience a 5, and hope that in the next few weeks and months I can say the same.

    My double kitchen sink was stopped up. When I called they returned my call almost immediately. A schedule was set but then a cancelation occurred so the plumber were able to come sooner. The job was properly estimated at a rather shocking number but after explaining the likely work to be done we realized it would be a lot more than expected... a lot more. The two men who came were thorough, friendly, kept me abreast of likely possibilities and finally after much reconstrution, the situation was saved. We had a friendly chat afterwards and although Im a lot poorer than originally expected, Im confident I made a good choice by hiring the Plumbing Doctor. I had removed a lot of things from under the sink so the guys would have room to work; when they finished they put everything back without my asking and left the area clean as a whistle, no evidence of their presence except for things working correctly.

    I live in an old home that was built before indoor plumbing. I recently had an occasional leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called the plumbing doctor and they were able to come out and quickly diagnose the problem, and set up a time to come repair the leak at a time that worked for my schedule. They were able to reschedule due to illness in my family without any problems. The work was completed quickly and properly. This was about 2 weeks ago and I havent had any more leaks.

    Andrew and Raul did a wonderful job! Replaced a cracked sink and installed a new bathroom faucet and taps. Also removed and hauled away a disused water softener unit from the garage, and capped off a disused backyard faucet. Expert workmanship! These guys care about doing things right!     We called the Plumbing Doctor and they gave us a time they would be out. They showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. The plumber was professional and took his time to explain the problem and what he would be doing to fix the issue. It is obvious these guys have experience and know what they are doing. They didn’t make a mess and cleaned up like they were never here. I don’t mind paying for quality work. They guarantee it but I doubt I will have any issues with the fix. I know who to call from now on.
