Matt did the first year service on our Generac on October 30, 2024.He was right on time, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he wascontracted to do. He is now our provider for any and all service issues.

Matt installed our Generac in January 2023. We had 2 power outages in October 2023. In the first outage, when the power failed the Generac did start. I was able to manually activate the Generac. Even with my trouble call to Generac the first time, backup power was started in 10 minutes. Matt returned my call within the hour and suggested that he should visit - that the symptom was an easy fix. The next day the same problem occured and the Generac started automatically since I had activated the suggested workaround. Since it was no longer an emergency Matt and I found a convenient appointment time. Matt was onsite within 24 hours. Problem was with a loose wire in the transfer box as shipped from Generac. Matts visit took 15 minutes including a test of the system. Matt is very cordial and skilled in explaining use of the system and succinctly and has provided links to helpful Generac info as well. Cant say enough good things about Matt.
