    Jacob at Prolectric came highly recommended to us from our neighbors in our new community of Coastal Pointe. We needed a couple of electric outlets put in our kitchen island and a fan installed in our office. I have other fixtures that need to be installed but they haven’t arrived yet. He did a fantastic job and I can’t wait until he completes everything I need done. They are the best. They came back to install more fixtures. ❤️

    Awesome job done by Jacob and ProLectric! He made quick work of expertly hanging 3 60-inch ceiling fans and relocating another one. Expertly hung 2 pendants at the perfect height over our island, and advised us on the correct coach lights to order for the front of our new house!Without ANY hesitation or reservations we will be using ProLectric for all of our electrical needs.

    We’ve been calling ProLectric for our electrical work for years, with our most recent project being the installation of a porch light fixture. The electricians always do a great job. They’re very willing to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions about our projects. They respond quickly to our calls and are always polite and professional. Prices are very reasonable, and office staff are friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely continue calling ProLectric for all of our electrical needs.

    I had a large chandelier installed on a 20 foot ceiling, can lights replaced with LED lights, 3 island lights replaced, and an outdoor outlet replaced. These guys showed up on time, were very professional and did excellent work! Family run business that will not let you down.

    Third time with these folks.... 1st time was a new wiring, 2nd time was to fix another persons job (behind the wall), 3rd time was to run down a (fiendish) intermittent, also behind the wall.... All on an older remodeled home. These folks are fast, quick at trouble shooting, and come up with easy to implement solutions - And they keep safety in mind. Great service, value, & expertise...

    We had LED can lights that no longer worked in an 18 foot ceiling. I called ProLectric, and they came to my home the following day and replaced six lights. They were great to work with, I felt comfortable with them in my home, and I highly recommend their services.

    We have used ProLectric for years for our electrical work because this company is very professional, honest and reliable. The appointments are easy to make, and Kathy stays in contact so one knows ahead of time when to expect the electricians. Jimmy and Jacob provide excellent customer service and really know their profession. They know the latest technology on lighting equipment since it’s a changing field. I Google beforehand what the cost should be on certain jobs and ProLectric’s prices are very reasonable . They also give free estimates - which is harder to get from electricians now. Yes, I’ve had other electricians before in the past and none compare to ProLectric’s integrity and expertise. Integrity is important to me since we’ve been taken advantage of (financially) by bigger electrical companies (and plumbers) in the past. It is important to me that I can trust the electricians to do right by the customer, and you will get that here. One of the jobs I had done recently involved the guys having to come twice because I threw out something that they needed to complete the job. Surprisingly , ProLectric did not add a service charge for having to come out the second time. I have a lot of respect. I don’t usually write reviews, but I can say that I highly recommend this business for electrical needs.

    I have used Prolectric several times over the past few years. Each time, I am beyond impressed with their level of service, their courtesy, respectfulness, and their efficiency. Every job they have completed for me, has been done perfectly, without issue, and while they are incredibly efficient, I never feel that the jobs are rushed so that they can get to the next customer. They know what they are doing and their prices are fair and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Prolectric to anyone needing electrical services!

    I will definitely be using this business next time I need anything electrical done..beyond amazing experience. Fair price and beyond professionals. I had them run an 30 amp outdoor plug which was done neatly and the correct way without any hassle. (Other companies wanted to add a box or go through drywall requiring a fix after the fact) This company gave me a clear understanding of my best options and gave detailed reasons why it should be done the right way.This is the only electric company Id recommend in my area this is a company you can depend on and build a long term relationship with.

    Since my first post 10 months ago I have called on ProLectric several more times. One time we had a major storm that ripped the lanai off the back of our house. Wires were dangling everywhere. ProLectric to the rescue! They came immediately and made sure we were safe. Thank you Jacob and ProLectric! 5 stars again!We are on an extended vacation. Our house sitter lost power in part of the house. ProLectric to the rescue. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even sent to an electronic copy of the invoice for us to pay so the house sitter didnt have to worry about payment. Thank you Jimmy.

    As a business owner, on Wednesday Sept 18th We called around to 3-4 different companies at 9-10am and Prolectric was the only company that came out that day, and was reasonably priced just for the visit at $49.00, most companies wanted $125.00 just to come out. Jimmy came out and looked at my burnt out light switch, and even rewired 2 different areas that controls the same switch. Super friendly, very experienced and knowledgeable. Hands down I would recommend these guys to anyone. If the had a 6 stars they would get it.

    Jimmy and Jacob were wonderful. Ended up solving two issues and found a punched outlet that had shorted out and caught on fire inside the wall/receptacle. Scary stuff! Grateful they came out and spent the time trying to find and resolve the issue. Would recommend them to others.

    A tree damaged my power to my home, my weather head was damaged and the wires to my meter needed to be replaced before I could get hooked back up . I called Prolectric and the owner Jim Bankston came out gave me a estimate and did the repairs that same morning he also set up the city inspection which was done that day also. TNM wired me to the pole the next day. They were on time, professional and helpful. I will use them the next time I need electrical work done.

    Ive had ProLectric come out twice and both times they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly, were on time, professional, very nice and respectful, and got the work done very quickly. I had a number of small tasks that big companies wouldnt touch (not worth their time, I guess), but ProLectric had no problem going down my list and knocking everything out! Prices were very fair. Will absolutely use them again.

    Wow. Contact them on a Monday morning and the tech is at my door at 3 PM. He diagnosed the issue with my older circuit breaker. Muscled the cycling of the tripped circuit breakers and magic flowed to my stove, again. We talked new circuit breaker and the tech explained the Texas mandated circuit breaker issues/challenges.Amazing customer service and knowledgeable employees who are honest to home owners. Yes, places like this still exists if you support them.
