    TJ came out to our home that we had just bought and were moving in to perform a maintenance check. We didn’t have a working heat and air unit. TJ quickly diagnosed the problem and returned later in the same day fixing our heat and air unit.I have already purchased a maintenance plan for next year and would recommend Bollinger.

    Great service from Mike Summers at Bollinger’s in Kennett, Mo. Brand new AC unit was making an unusual sound when shutting off. Sounded like the blades were hitting something. Mike came out checked everything and determined it was from the compressor. New one installed this morning. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable young man.Thank you Mike.

    Jim Billinger & Son installed TWO heat pump systems in my home about 2.5 years ago. My electric bill went from upwards of $500 down to a predictable $125. Today, the blower motor on one of the units decided to retire itself so I called and they sent two men right out. They have ordered the new motor and will be replacing it when it comes in. The quickness of their response was what I was most impressed with. The 10 year manufacturer warranty covers the cost of the motor too!Great work guys.

    I was charged for 1 1/2 hours when the repairman was here 45 minutes, then I was charged $28.59 for shop materials, when he used nothing from his shop to repair a drain that was stopped up. Talk about overkill. I don’t think I will ever call them or recommend them to anyone.UPDATE: just received a call and all charges were explained to me very politely and with my complete understanding. The service tech was very polite and let me watch everything he was doing and some nice explaining on his part.

    I am usually the type to do a plumbing fix myself with the assistance of family, but had to swallow my pride and call a plumber. Ron, Will, and Brayden did a great job on my crushed pipes. They got out there quick and didn’t mind me out there looking over their shoulders and chatting with them. Down to earth folks and they know what they are doing.     I told the technician my issue. Told him what I thought it might be. I was having only part of my house cooling, and would never reach set point. I had 3 registers that were blowing out 10 degree warmer air then the rest of the house. Within 5 minutes of me explaining what was going on he would a bad relay to a heat strip. I had already had the former owner air tech heating and cooling out, and told him the same symptoms, he then tried to make feel stupid for dismissing me. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my suggestions, and what I had notices different about my hvac.
