    We recently had the pleasure of working with Hayley Mechanical to redo all of our HVAC and plumbing, and we couldnt be happier with the results. The owner, Henry Hayley, is deeply involved in the community and various fundraisers, and his positive reputation among his employees translates into a team that is genuinely invested in delivering excellent work.Noah and Austin spent two weeks replacing all of our PVC piping with L-type copper, which required cutting into many walls throughout the house. Both were incredibly trustworthy and professional. Austin, in particular, provided invaluable advice and innovative ideas whenever a difficult situation arose. His clever engineering work significantly increased our shower pressure; one of many feats that showcased his thorough knowledge and skills.Despite the challenging nature of the job, including Noah looking like the abominable snowman while cutting drywall in tightly packed plastic sheeting, they remained cheerful and focused on completing the work efficiently and on time. This was a massive undertaking that involved cutting numerous holes into walls and ceilings in every room where there was a water pipe, but their meticulous preparation and containment efforts kept the mess to a minimum.Throughout the project, Austin and Noah were not only professional but also personable, making the entire experience much more pleasant. Austin consistently took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which we greatly appreciated. Their dedication to ensuring everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction was evident in every aspect of their work. Austin, a third-generation plumber, expertly handled a variety of tasks, including installing and balancing recirculation lines, adding a hose bib with hot/cold water, and identifying where lines were routed behind drywall.One memorable moment was when Austin, with his quick wit and humor, managed to turn a particularly challenging day into a more bearable one with his jokes and positive attitude. These little things made a big difference and demonstrated how much they cared about their work and their clients.If youre considering a project of this size, we highly recommend Hayley Mechanical and suggest asking for Austin and Noah. Their dedication, professionalism, and friendly demeanor are truly commendable. We feel fortunate to have had them work on our home and are extremely satisfied with the results.

    We prefer to support local business whenever possible, so when I found a leak coming from our garbage disposal early this morning, I gave Haley a call. They didnā€™t disappoint. Jonathan, the plumbing tech, made our day. He came out same day. We were so impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. In conversation, I mentioned a few other things that were happening around the house and he offered to complete two additional items on our to do list, outside the garbage disposal, simply because he was already there. He communicated the progress of the projects well as he was working on them. He answered all of our questions. He was very polite and considerate of our space as well. We already know weā€™ll be calling Haley for the remaining plumbing items we have because Jonathan was so thorough.

    I just bought a house...totally excited but it wasnt long until I realized the sellers did not disclose a ton of problems...The washer/dryer came with the house..but I had my own..so I go to hook up the dryer and and notice 1 place on the outlet was black..not good. I go look at the old plug on the sellers dryer...one prong was completely black!!! I called Haley and they sent out Josh within 45 minutes he was here and working to fix the problems. Josh was polite but what I really appreciated was that he was knowledgeable..he knew exactly what he was doing..what a relief. He answered my questions and made sure I knew everything he had done..it was perfect... thank you so much..1 less headache...

    I had an emergency situation wherein water go into my electrical panel in the middle of winter. Haley Mechanical sent over their techs who quickly provided an estimate and subsequently got to work fixing replacing the panel. The lead tech, Kevin Meier, in particular did an outstanding job in ensuring that the water problem would not be repeated while working well into the evening to make sure we had power to carry us through the night. His work ethic in particular earns my heartfelt recommendation for Haley Mechanical.

    Our furnace went down in the middle of the night on a Friday. On Saturday, after a recommendation from a family member, we contacted Haley and requested an appointment for Monday morning, resigning ourselves to a cold weekend using space heaters. Instead, I received a phone call within an hour of sending the request on their website and they had a tech come to our house later that evening. A quick part replacement and we were back up and running. There is an extra fee for after hours, but it was completely reasonable, $50 extra. Definitely keeping them in our contact book!

    Jonathan came out for an annual plumbing inspection, which was a new service for us. We have our HVAC and water treatment systems inspected annually, but never had a plumbing checkup. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, inspected all the plumbing - in the basement , under the sinks, toilets, all water and drain connections - offered maintenance tips and discussed options for fixing problem areas. This service was valuable, really highlighting areas that needed attention that we may not have noticed until too late. Haleys employees have always been on time, respectful of my home, well trained, and we will be continuing to use them for this annual service and our other maintenance needs.

    Aaron was very personable, demonstrated technical knowledge of the equipment he was proposing and what would be required for installation. He listened to us (the customer) and didnā€™t try to upsell something we didnā€™t want or need. The communication and scheduling process with Haley has been the best experience with contractors so far.

    Keith from Haley is the best. Weve had him out here twice and have appreciated him both times. He is very clear when he explains what is happening with our hardware, and both times went out of the way to show us where a little bit of home maintenance could prolong the life of our furnace or AC. Hopefully we dont need Hayleys help again for a long while, but if we do well certainly feel confident in the work if Keith is the tech. Thanks, team!

    Haley Electrical recently replaced ann electric breaker box in my condo. They did a super job! Two electricians here for quite a few hours, i barely knew they were here. Cleaned up well when the job was completed! Communicating with the Haley office was excellent. They kept me well informed ahead of time when someone was coming. A really good, dependable company!Five stars ā€¦ if thatā€™s what theyā€™re giving.. or, maybe TEN stars.

    David and the crew came out and spent the past three days replacing my ancient fuel oil baseboard boiler with a brand new propane-fired system. I really had no idea it was as involved a mechanical process as it is. These guys not only tackled the spaghetti mess that I had with confidence, but took the time to actually make the complex replacement copper piping look good.Is it weird that I want to show people how nice my brand new plumbing is?

There was a small issue with the new AC being larger than the old and the slab bumped into our paver walkway. They did a great job creating a solution that works and looks terrific!     The initial phone person did not explain and twice told me a repairmen would be contacting me for the emergency service I needed. I subsequently found out I had been placed on the schedule for tomorrow. But, when I was finally scheduled correctly, Jonathan was my technician. He called promptly, asked all the right questions and explained when to expect him . He was wonderful. Explained all of the options for repair and costs. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this tech anytime. The second phone service rep also did a great job. Haley has a great service and knowledgeable, polite well trained staff. Highly recommend.

    Called on a Saturday morning after a pipe broke. Call was answered by a friendly, helpful woman. Service was scheduled for later that day, and done quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable emergency service price. Plumber who came out was friendly, professional and had the job done quickly.     Haley is a good company - we have them come out to do check ups on our furnace and AC; we also had them come out once to fix our water heater. Generally anyone they have sent out has been really good at identifying issues and fixing them easily. I like them because they have fair pricing and donā€™t try to gouge/add on a bunch of stuff you donā€™t need. Nathan Graham was our tech this past visit to check the furnace. He worked quickly and was a clear communicator. Super nice person to work with. Thank you!

    Matt really knows his electrical wiring. He was quickly able to detect an open circuit (due to failed plastic connector) above the kitchen ceiling in one of six can lights and immediately resolved the issue. Kudos to Matt!!

    Very knowledgeable and able to explain problem well to my 94yo father and meThe new HVAC (Furnace & AC) installation along with a new water heater and upgraded breaker box to replace a 70 year old fuse box required two full days of work to complete in a dusty, crowded, spiderweb infested basement.The work was not spread over weeks or months that can happen with some companies.I was especially pleased with how the men interacted with my 94 year old father who managed to navigate the basement stairs for the first time in years--they helped him return upstairs unharmed.

    Fast, friendly, and very honest. Haley Mechanical came out within hours of my call to fix my boiler. The technician found that the main valve was not turned on all the way. He then waived the service fee since Haley was the last company to work on the boiler (for the previous homeowner) and so it could have been their fault. Highly recommended.

    What I like the best about my experience with Hayley mechanical is the technician keeping me updated on his arrival time? He respected my home. Some great troubleshooting and process of elimination to Isolate the problem. Grabbing the equipment needed in a timely fashion and completing my install for the replacement parts all-in-one afternoon. They were great to work with.

    David is professional and friendly. Our boiler was not working and out unit is not a typical residential unit. But David was very knowledgable. He thoroughly checked out our boiler and figured out the problem. I had to leave him alone at my home in the middle of it because I had head out to pickup the kids from school.     Joseph Kaboz, my HVAC mechanic, did an outstanding job. He patiently waited outside until my tenant opened the door, ensuring no inconvenience.     Kyle was amazing! After a 10 day trip to Japan, I returned home Saturday, jet lagged, to a flooded laundry room thanks to my hot water heater. By Monday, Kyle not only had a brand new hot water heater installed, he provided additional assistance on how to navigate getting rid of the moisture from the water leak and how to prepare in the future for extended trips away from home. He walked me through some troubleshooting and let me know hed be here in an hour or two.When he arrived he was polite and professional and was able to figure the problem out quickly.     12/5/23 John came to fix the faucet that they installed which was leaking onto the our new cabinet. He was pleasant, quick and informative. Months of working wit Haley, we are beginning to get good service. It has taken some time to get to this point, almost like we had to warm up to one another. Thanks Haley.Richard Partridge from Haley did a wonderful job moving and lifting up our plumbing pipes from the work that the original owner originally did. It was touch and go there when Richard arrived and asked us questions that to me he and Haley should have already worked out with our GC. Well after almost a full day of working on our job Richard proved that he knew what he was doing with little to no direction. He is a true professional. Too bad for Haley that today is Richards last day. They will loose him to be closer to his home. Shame, as talent like his should be paid a premium as well as kept on at all cost. I am glad that we got to have Richard on our delicate job today. It was really the job that we were most concerned that Haley would be able to do. They explained what they were going to do, they did it they clean up and then they left .They told me about four to six hours and it was closer to four and now my day is mine and we are on to the next phase in this project. Yay!!!! Great job so far Haley.We keep getting smashed by the scheduling. Our bathroom remodel project is being held up because Haley are unable to come to do the job sooner. We have a 10/11 date, nine days from today. Which means we sit and wait.On another note, I contacted Haley for a leaky air conditioner. They sent out a tech who diagnoised the issue in a way that seemed out of order. The problem was a clogged condensation tube. I called the company who put in the air conditioner. They came out and cleaned the tubing, advised me on ongoing care and did not charge me a dime. Haley called right after I responded to their tell us how our tech did and I said not good. They refunded me the service fee and all is well.

    We just had a furnace installed and it was a great experience. Our installers were very professional and for the job done in half a day. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Our salesman was great as well. Our furnace was old and he gave suggestions to fix it, but we decided to replace.     Lately I have noticed a trace amount of natural gas smell lingering around my house. I hired Haley Mechanical to find the source of the leak, and they initially diagnosed the problem as probably the furnace gas valve starting to fail. Because electronic gas valves can be quite expensive to replace, I wasnt comfortable spending a lot of money on a probably. When I raised my concern with the folks at Haley, they immediately scheduled me to have a different tech perform a diagnostic the next day, and they agreed to do so at no additional charge!Im so glad they sent out a second tech. This time, they pin-pointed exactly where the leak was coming from, and an additional small leak near my water heater. It turns out that my cold water inlet (copper) to my water heater had badly corroded at the shutoff valve. There was a fast stream of water coming out. I called Haley first, since Ive been a loyal customer for years, but they were unable to commit on such short notice, but kept my request open. We asked our General Contractor to use them as opposed to their regular mechanical contractor and they did a great job.     Haley techs worked diligently and carefully to diagnose and repair our 15 y.o. Daikin Mini Split A/C system, but ran into LOTS of failed components from an electrical surge. Eventually, they recommended replacing the major hardware, crediting us for most of the sunk cost in service calls and replaced components. We now have a NEW system, with 12 yr warranty, at 1/2 the cost of starting from scratch on a new A/C system. Very pleased with the outcome ... would have been 5 stars if the diagnosis would have been quicker (took 8 weeks total).
