    I left a message over the weekend about my AC not working. Laneys called this morning and Kevin was here this morning (Monday morning) at 10 am and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. I use Laneys for plumbing issues and bought my furnace and air conditioner from them. They do good work and are prompt and reliable.

    Laneys always shows up and efficiently solves whatever issue has arisen. Their employees were very professional from Skyler Jerame, or Abe on this home visits and service to Scott and their Secretary in their Detroit Lakes office. We were blessed once again by their great assistance. I highly recommend this company.

    Our furnace wasnt working one cold day this winter. Laneys was super responsive and got a service person out to us in an hour. He was fast and efficient and had us up and running in about 45 minutes. While our problem was relatively minor, we were pleased with the response time and the whole experience. Would highly recommend Laneys at the Lakes!

    AC went out! Called for service and they were able to get us in that day! The tech was amazing! He didnt make fun of me for not checking the fuse and he even took some time to show me some of the functions of the thermostats that we were not shown before. Exceptional, thank you!!

    Our furnace stopped working in sub zero weather after regular hours. Within 15 minutes of calling the after hours answering service a technician called us back and within the hour he arrived to make the repair. 90 minutes after initial call, heat is restored by courteous professional.
