I recently had my second-story windows replaced by Lifetime and I couldnt be more impressed with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual and meticulous in their work. Justin the project manager, was friendly, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions. Alberto and his crew were highly skilled and took great care to ensure that everything was perfectly aligned and sealed. Great attention to detail and commitment to quality. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the results! I would highly recommend Lifetime to anyone in need of window installation.

We got our ancient wood siding replaced in November 2023. It was a really good experience. From estimation through several weeks of installation, everything went very smoothly. Our project manager, Marty Lutz, was on site frequently and was a great communicator. Our install crew were terrific - true craftsmen. They truly did a great job with a complex project. We would recommend Lifetime to other homeowners in the Denver area.

Mario and his crew, from Lifetime Windows, arrived on time, installed the windows (three of them) quickly and well, and even helped me move some big furniture pieces out of the way. They were pleasant, answered all my questions, and left the areas clean. In addition, Mario noticed a flaw in one of the frames, pointed it out (I would never have seen it), and said he would install that window now and come back and replace it when a new one came in from the factory, at no cost to me. And he did. At the end, their supervisor, Justin, came in and did a thorough walk-through, found a few zits that were quickly fixed. It was an all-around positive experience, and I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased to have chosen Lifetime Windows. Everyone that we worked with from Lifetime made the experience satisfying, from our salesman Shaun to our installers Alberto and his team to the project lead, Justin Freeman. The installers worked tirelessly from morning to night in cold weather to do a great job of installing our windows. Justin, the project lead was with us from the beginning of the install to answer any questions, to go room to room to check on the install and to fix anything that needed tending to. He facilitated our install and made sure that if there were minor glitches that they were resolved right away. He even went out of his way to clean our windows that had glue on them from the factory. Justin was kind, professional and very easy to work with and kept everything on track. He is an asset to the Lifetime team.

We replaced 36 worn out vinyl windows and 3 exterior doors. Everything from start to finish was well executed and professional. Juan and his team were efficient, respectful, and clean. When they left for the day, it looked like no one had been working. These installers are, by far, some of the best I’ve worked with and I have done quite a few renovations. James, our project manager, came by daily to ensure all was running smoothly and to answer any questions. Our doors and windows are stunning and the project was seamless. To top it off, they even got things wrapped up ahead of schedule!

The Sales Representative, Lacie, was a joy to work with. The installers, Arturo L. and Eddie G. were awesome. They called 30 minutes prior as was stated they would, arrived on time, got to working very quickly and most of all, they cleaned up each day after the work was finished. These two young men were very courteous and professional and respectful. They explained the process from beginning to the end. Also, Frank, the supervisor, was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions I had. Thank you, LIFETIME employees!

I had lifetime install new Infinity from Marvin windows and they are beautiful! I needed a small adjustment with my patio doors and called for service. Clark was great in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The service tech, Darian, called me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he was able to make the adjustment very quickly. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.** Update-Couldnt be happier. The amount of heat that comes through my west facing windows has noticeably decreased. Updating my mid 90s wood windows made such a difference.

We purchased two sliding doors through Costco and have been very happy with the doors. When one door was delivered, the glass shattered at installation so another door had to be ordered. Luckily, the door was still usable so no real inconvenience. Brent Barrett delivered the new door and not only did a great job installing the door but was extremely helpful in explaining all information to my wife who had a lot of questions. Very high quality products and while I don’t really want to buy more windows and doors, I can tell you I wouldn’t hesitate to go right back to Lifetime for my next purchase. The new doors work so much better than our other doors, it really highlights how nice they are and makes me look forward to someday replacing them all. Thanks Brent!

Just got my new windows installed last week. The entire process with Lifetime was smooth, quick, efficient, and easy from meeting with Dan (Sales), working with people internally for scheduling, payment, HOA items, misc. questions, etc. (Ashley, Sam, Blake, Connie, Rebecca, Stephanie), getting the final measure (Jamie), the amazing install (Frank and Alan), to Justin who was the Project Manager.Total care and respect of my home was taken in every aspect - from shoe removal or shoe guards used every time someone entered my home, floor coverings and draping of furniture during the install, and entire clean up of the work site. Frank and Alan do amazing work!! I originally had started with another company and had so many issues just getting the order in properly and the install scheduled that I changed companies. I’m so happy that I made that decision! If you’re looking to get new windows - just go with Lifetime Home Remodeling, it will save you lots of time and headache, and you’ll be happy with the results.

Really great experience. Went through the lengthy sales pitches with all the main window companies and ended up at Lifetime having visited the Pella showroom in Denver and being dismayed by the quality of the product. The Lifetime team are extremely helpful and the quality of work and attention to detail from their installation crew was a joy to see. They worked relentlessly in 100 degree heat to replace all of our windows and patio doors, and apart from a few minor issues with our old siding, they delivered a really quality installation. Special call out to Javier Pena who ensured all the details were taken care of and went the extra mile to handle the small finishes, and to Krista Baker who got us to trust Lifetime when we were completely done talking to Window people :) - really great Customer Service.

We’ve had our windows for a few years now, but after a bad hailstorm hit us we were left with damaged frames and torn screens. We called Lifetime and they immediately got us on the schedule for repair. So glad we got Mike. He came out during the hottest week of this year with all the fire smoke and high temps and didn’t complain. Mike was very patient with all of our questions and concerns, and he did a great job on the window repair. He went above and beyond, made the windows look nice, and fixed caulking in various places that he didn’t have to. It was refreshing to have great customer service. Thank you Mike! Update: Lifetime made it right. Clark L. came out and looked at my windows, answered questions, and came up with an idea for soundproofing and assisting with future possible high wind water leaks. He tried it on the larger window and it worked! But he didnt stop there, he then scheduled a follow up and came out to see if it was still working and did the same thing to all my new windows. Honestly, Clarks amazing can do demeanor, his determination to make it right, and his dedication to follow-through was enough to change my mind on the service. Im finally happy with my three windows and a lot happier with Lifetime. Thanks to Clark for listening and solving the ongoing issues. 10 stars for Clark. I put the review at 4 stars because of the issues that took multiple visits and finally led up to Clark having to come out.Old Review: Ive waited 14 months to do this review, thinking things would get better. I had three windows installed: an office, a bedroom (with an arched window), and my large picture window in the living room. I live on a very busy street and asked to purchase something soundproof... these are not soundproof. That was disappointment number 1. Within 9 days, the arched window fractured from the pressure of being too big for the frame. It took months to get the replacement and when installed it broke because it was still too big for the frame, so the old broken arched window was glued back in with the broken glass. It took several more months for attempt number 3 where it .. you guessed it... broke again due to being too big. The old broken arched window was then put back in again, with blue masking tape holding the glass together for many more weeks. Finally, at the one year post install date, a 4th attempt got me a window that didnt break. In the mean time, the deglazing bedroom window, which was damaged upon install and noted on my customer completion certificate as needing repair, was never replaced and during the arched window install number 4, it was glued back together with a promise to come back out and remove all the extra glue. That never happened and it still has the visible glue around the edges (but I can live with it so cest la vie). Two months later, and I came home to a saturated rug and standing water in my living room from the large window. So no, Ill never use Lifetime Windows again. Im going to keep working with them since they guarantee my windows for life, but theyll never get more of my money. The people who Ive worked with there are very nice, but their products and follow through are lacking.

The Lifetime team and their products are amazing! We purchased windows, James Hardie siding, and a new roof from them, which have been big improvements to our home and curb appeal. Additionally, I LOVE that they are a University of Denver Hockey sponsor! My husband and I are die hard hockey fans and we always stop by the Lifetime booth to chat with Keedan when we are at the games. We even won glass seats for one of the games - THANK YOU LIFETIME!!!

The windows in our house were the original from 1980, still in good shape, but definitely needed upgraded for numerous reasons. I am an extremely budget conscious person, and lifetime won my money! From start to finish was about 8 hours, but that included clean up and walk through. The big thing that won us over was the warranty, lifetime warranty no matter what happens (except acts of God of course). Looking forward to having a warmer house this winter! Of course I didnt take photos of any other windows in the house, but this is the before and after of our living room.

I rarely if ever do reviews, but I can’t express how happy that I chose Lifetime for our new windows and siding. Last year we did a major renovation with Lifetime. All new windows (25+), new entry and sliding glass doors, reframing for some windows, new interior trim, new sheeting, new gutters and all new siding. Marvin windows and James Hardie siding. Our house was in bad shape, built in 1982 with drafty windows and cedar siding that was at its end of life. My only complaint is that I now need to up-grade my landscaping to match the new look…Ha. And while there will always be some issues (the factory sent a defective window, one window had to be reordered..etc), what impressed me the most was how lifetime stood behind its work and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I can rest easy knowing that if I do have any issues Lifetime will stand behind its work. Project Manager Hector Peña should be commended for his ethics, hard work and ensuring that everything was perfect. He was always willing to take my call, or quickly return my call, made valuable recommendations during the project and keep his crew dedicated to the project. Lifetime is lucky to have him as an employee. I have no hesitation recommending Lifetime for your window or siding needs.

I bought my house in 2021 and the previous owners used Lifetime to install Marvin Infinity windows and James Hardie siding. In order to install a dog door I would’ve had to cut a hole in the Hardie board siding. Instead, I called Lifetime and Dave Thomas was able to create a plan for a custom window and the dog door to be installed in one of the existing floor to ceiling window frames.Normally, Lifetime doesn’t touch something like a dog door but they made an exception and totally delivered! The fact that they went outside of their comfort zone for this small project truly speaks to the premium level of customer service that they offer. Shout out to Jon and the install team for doing an amazing job!I would recommend Lifetime to anyone who wants a premium window and siding company that supports them or a new homeowner years after the original install is completed!

We hired Lifetime to do both our windows and our siding for our entire home and we could not be more thrilled with the final outcome. Vlad was our sales associate and he was very friendly and knowledgeable while walking us through all of our options for our windows and siding. Communication was great throughout the entire process as well. Any time we reached out to Vlad with a question or concern he was quick to respond. Communication with the company in general was great, we never felt out of the loop about anything.The installers for the windows did a great job and they were very careful around our plaster walls. Mike was the project manager for our windows and was helpful, especially when we noticed two windows were placed in the wrong spots. He made sure the problem was corrected first thing the next morning. The lady who was helping install the windows was also awesome and so nice.We had Hector as our project manager for our siding and had Kevin step in as the manager at the end of the job because Hector had another large project he was working on. We were worried about our plaster walls getting damaged during the installation of the siding and Hector made sure that the installers took their time while they were taking down the sheathing and putting up the siding to minimize any damage done inside the house. We were so happy with the work that the installers did. Victor and his brother were our installers and they were very meticulous and did such a wonderful job. Kevin stepped in at the end of the project and made sure that everything was done properly and even made sure to return to solve a problem we were having with our external power cables attaching to our house after the project was done.We would definitely recommend using Lifetime Windows & Siding

The salesperson was upfront and honest. The install team was professional, arrived promptly, and took time to mask off and protect the areas they were working on and cleaned up nicely on job completion.During the installation, one of the techs noticed that the sliding door was missing a wheel, promptly let us know and initiated a service call on our behalf to fix the door as soon as possible. Mike H came to my house this afternoon to work on my awning type window. I was having difficulty closing it and he analyzed the problem and thoroughly fixed it to his standards, which were much higher than mine! He was a perfectionist and I appreciate it. He made sure that I could open and close the window efficiently. (Im a petite woman!)In addition, I asked him to look at 2 of my sliding patio doors because I was having a bit of difficulty with them. He found that a roller piece was missing in one of them, most likely due to issues with snow removal on my decks, which are at 9500 feet elevation. He replaced it, tuned the sliding door, and made sure that it worked smoothly.Mike also ordered an additional new threshold for my other sliding door. Again this issue was probably due to snow removal in Colorados high country, where weather conditions are severe. He gave me clear instructions as how this will be followed up by Lifetime, with an additional visit to my home.In my opinion, Mike was a person that we do not normally experience nowadays in customer service. He was thorough, a great problem solver, polite and respectful, and enjoyed the challenge that his job presented in analyzing problems. I would highly recommend lifetime windows and Mike, Window tech extraordinare!!!

Now that our windows and doors are installed and corrected properly, we love how quiet the house is and have noticed a difference in how much the AC and Furnace run. Overall the project had lows and highs. I decided to judge on the final result. Sales Consultant Dan W. was outstanding. He helped me fill out the paperwork for my HOA and it quickly got approved. He did not try and pressure me into anything I didnt want and listened to me. Installation was okay. I told the crew that one of the windows was tempered and went in the dining room and they ignored me and installed it in the wrong place. Frames were not properly mounted and there were other issues. Project Manager John B. came out that night and fixed almost everything except for the window being in the wrong place and damaged boards on the outside. He agreed that all the issues I found were legitimate. I was impressed with him coming out that late to fix what he could. The company went through a reorganization and I was not getting anyone back to fix the remaining issues. Both Dan W. and John B. made calls and crews were sent out to fix every issue and then some with several apologies being made for the delayed response. Both were outstanding in their responses.The windows have made a huge difference this summer and my home is so much quieter. With all the heavy rains I have not had a single leak.

Justin replaced three window panes. He was fast, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I was concerned that the instructions for the windows said not to use a razor blade to clean them (what if I get paint on them?) He explained that it was Ok to use a razor blade because the coatings are actually on the inside. However, if you are not careful you can scratch the glass. He said to wet the glass first. Very useful advice.

It was great from the beginning to the end. Sales rep came up with some great ideas, order went through without problems, windows were shipped as expected and installation was smooth. There was one window which was shipped incorrectly (needed painting but it was supposed to already be painted) and one screen that was damaged which they will replace. They were kind, courteous, quick and thoroughly cleaned everything up when they were done.

Lifetime windows and siding replaced all 20 windows of our house. the siding crew replaced the insulation, sheathing, wrap, insulation, and put on hardy board siding all in according to hardy board strict directions. We have R19 walls in a very old house. It took 4 weeks and they did it quickly and professionally and did a wonderful job. The crews were hard working on time and performed with a high level of skill. They did this with great attitudes joking with each other and just great to be around. The window crew with Josh addressed some significant issues. Josh and crew were great. Javiar Pena and the siding crew were here the longest. Javiar was a pleasure to be around. Lifetime did a great job with our windows. Obviously it’s not cheap, and that’s the big hang up always. But worth it. We had a non pressure sales person, and at first he tried to give us vinyl. I mentioned that’s probably not the best for longevity, so he offered a better product. We were able to get it custom colored, and loved how the color turned out. They did the measurements correctly, and the install actually went really well, all things considered. Lifetime did use a outside contractor for the work, but I’m sure their in house crews are just as good. All in all pretty smooth experience, and a 0% interest agreement for 5 years, very nice!

Late in 2022 we had James Hardie siding installed on our home by Lifetime Windows and Siding. We are so pleased, not only with the results, but with the whole process. Marty, our project manager, kept everything on track and the whole project moving forward in spite of some pretty cold winter days. The day after installation was complete temperatures dropped considerably, yet our house was warmer than it has ever been. We have been pleasantly surprised by how tightly sealed this new siding and trim is. In addition to these interior advantages, it has completely transformed the exterior look of our house. We sit on the edge of a city park and get tons of compliments from passers by. We are very satisfied customers!

Im loving my new windows. Lifetime were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive window we looked at. We were a little worried about switching from our old casement windows to their sliding window because casements are supposed to be better in wind, but not to worry. We recently had winds that blew down trees in our neighborhood and the windows did great! No leaking at all. The upgraded screens are great too - so clear!After we had the windows for a couple months, one of the panes shattered. We are not sure why, but it didnt matter. They replaced the window (no questions asked - just had to send photos of the window).Gabe and Darian who came out today to replace the broken glass were great. I asked them to wear masks in the house (someone in the house has health issues) and they graciously complied. They worked finished the job cleanly and quickly (they could have been quicker if they hadnt stopped to play with my dog :) )Thanks for the beautiful windows!
