    We recently had mold removed from our basement closet, and then hired HomeStrong to waterproof and install a sump pump, as well as regrade our concrete sidewalk that was allowing water to seep in. We were impressed with every step along the way. Everyone on the team was professional, communicative, and skilled in their task, from my first call with Daniel, to Lee who assessed our project and gave us a fair bid, to Francisco (Foreman) and Jose (Production Manager), to the team and Dago who worked their magic installing the sump pump and reconstructing our closet. HomeStrong also fit in a change order request to add a closet within the space to enclose the sump pump. We were impressed by their subcontractor, We R Electric, who connected the sump pump and gave helpful recommendations for future projects. We highly recommend HomeStrong, and will use their services again if needed.

    Homestring Team was the best. Efren and his team do what they say they will do for the agreed upon price. Beautiful work and very nice guys. Removed my driveway and replaced with new.     Working with HomeStrong was a pleasure from start to finish. Every appointment was kept and communications were excellent throughout the process. Speaking with the owner, Daniel and the estimator, Ben, I quickly got a very competitive estimate for the work I wanted done. I was able to get a fast and convenient install date. The job foreman, Jesus stayed in touch and notified us when the crew was heading our way. The two technicians that arrived, Francisco and Abel, were friendly, courteous and very hard working. They did a flawless install and left the work area very clean. During the whole process, I was always informed of progress. I had several follow ups by the owner, Daniel.     The Foreman, Cruz, was very professional & kept us updated on the progress of the project.The crew came and ripped up our very cracked garage floor, cracked driveway, side walkway & the 3rd car driveway that had flagstones & stone dust. Cruz recommended that because our next door neighborsā€™s property slopes down to put a curb at the edge of the concrete that divides our property line. It was a brilliant idea & we & our neighbor are very happy. Great solution to an ongoing problem of the landscaping materials rolling onto our driveway. The whole crew were very nice, friendly & hard working professionals. We are very happy with the project & they did an excellent job.     Armando Galindo and his crew (Daniel C, Raul, and Pancho) installed 13 helical piers on my 50 year-old home to retrofit its foundation. Both my structural engineer and I felt the HomeStrong crew were very professional and installed the helicals very efficiently and quickly. I thought the cement patches in my basement and garage were very good, and they nicely rebuilt my gate and reinstalled all my sprinkler heads. I heartily recommend this HomeStrong crew.

    HomeStrong recently installed a vapor barrier in our basement under the floating wood structural floor. We had two other well known companies also bid the project. We felt most comfortable with HomeStrong. Rob Gold walked us through the initial bid & was very informative. Never tried to over sell additional services, and adjusted the bid as we became more informed of what we wanted. The three man crew that did the work, were great! Lalo (the foreman), Renato & Pepe were timely, hard working, & kept the work area very clean. When it was determined that not all of the product in the original bid needed to be used, the final invoice was adjusted by the owner with no problems. Would highly recommend them!

    Lalo, Renato, and Christian did a fantastic job on my crawl space insulation and sealing project. The space looks great, and we are looking forward to a cozier home this winter.     Want to give a big thank you to HomeStrong. Dan the owner was accommodating during the repairs needed to our home, a huge thank you to Francisco and his crew for being so professional, courteous, and respectful during the entire repair process. We couldnā€™t be happier with the results they provided. We had to have our crawl space support post replaced but after they extended our caisson that were left short from the home builder. They also did a great job on trenching an additional path for the water to drain into the sump pit. They finished it off with covering the entire crawl space and walls with new moisture barrier. We will rest a lot better now knowing the repairs were performed properly and the problems we encountered have been resolved. This was an unexpected stressful experience but HomeStrong and Franciscoā€™s team made this the best experience we could expect. Thanks again much appreciated.

    I needed help with some cracks in my basement walls after the heavy rains in May, 2023 flooded my basement. I took my time getting quotes from a number of companies. I was impressed with the professionalism HomeStrong exemplified from the very beginning. There was a lot of communication throughout the job, beginning with the initial consultation with Rob Gold. He answered all of my questions in great detail, and presented the quote very quickly.The crew that did the repairs, Lalo Galindo and Renato, did an excellent job. Everyday Lalo communicated what time they would arrive, and everyday let me know what to expect, always answering my questions in great detail. They kept the area clean and tidy as they worked.     Our project was very difficult due to the shallowness of the crawl space. Armando was our foreman on the first day and was here periodically, but had another project going too. So the second day Jesus arrived with a different crew and he was my contact after that. Jose arrived on the first day to check in with everybody, and then we decided to add another section of sidewalk. Everyone that worked on this project was wonderful. I know it was very physically difficult and the heat was extreme that week. The cement crew also were terrific. The new sidewalks and driveway are absolutely beautiful! Jesus checked in with me every day before leaving. He also on the last day, told me about some pipes he found that were seeping and dripping water and took photos for me, so that I could contact a plumber to get that looked at. He went above and beyond to be very helpful to me. All the staff were extremely courteous to my family the whole time. We had to ask them to move a truck a couple times so we could get out of the garage to drive somewhere. I would recommend Homestrong to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Thank you!!

    After getting over ten companies to quote our project (including some big names like GroundWorks and Thrasher), we hired Homestrong do a very large French drain around 1/2 of our property per our structural engineerā€™s plans.The sales man, Ben was incredibly helpful and was available for calls/texts throughout the quote building process to get the specifics just right.The crew, Armando, Raul and Daniel Jr. were kind and hard working, especially with just how much dirt needed to be moved.I very much appreciated the owner, Daniel, coming out to the property before the start of the project to outline exactly what would be done. It helped us to feel confident that we were all on the same page.A couple pieces of feedback that I willoffer based on our experience:- Our biggest challenge was not understanding how much of our yard would be destroyed which was disappointing bc we had just planted a huge garden the year before. We were told to move only a few plants but the construction took out more than half. They did aim to move them with the roots in tact but ended up putting the moved plants on weed barrier over other plants, killing both. I would have appreciated our expectations to have been more accurately set up front. That said, after raising it with Daniel, he worked with us to make sure we were taken care of, at least in part.- I was told homestrong would take care of having our engineer out to inspect the work and that someone had already gotten ahold of him but when I reached out, our engineer hadnā€™t heard of anything and then I had to plan middle man between homestrong and our engineer to make sure the drain was inspected. It was unnecessarily stressful. I was then told that the project manager was supposed to come to our site for the inspection but he never showed up. We felt grateful to have Armando there to go over the project with the engineer.- The project was projected to take 4 days and ended up taking more than a week. Par for the course with such a large project, I just wish the expectations were set more accurately in the beginning for our own planning needs.Overall, Iā€™d recommend hiring homestrong while also pushing for clear expectations on the onset.

    CMH/HomeStrong did an excellent job improving the basement of our house that was built in 1890. Everyone on all of their crews were very skilled, professional, and friendly. From sealing the work space with plastic to keep the dust down to fixing our old brick foundation walls using hydraulic concrete, every part of the job turned out great!We really appreciate how Efren was easy to work with! When we had questions or concerns, he and his crew went above and beyond to take care of them. Last but not least, Lee was excellent at helping us from the beginning by figuring out a Scope of Work that was comprehensive yet reasonable.We will definitely contact CMH/Homestrong for our future concrete projects.

    I strongly recommend working with Homestrong for any basement flooding and foundation issues. I had a great experience with Rob, Armando, Luis and Raul. A very professional and experienced team that is happy to answer questions and make sure you fully understand the science and how the wall and floor system functions, without trying to sell me on anything. Armando was incredibly experienced and communicative and his team was very efficient and respectful of the house during the project. There were some unique aspects of my job that required some last minute creative thinking and I appreciate Daniel for calling me immediately and we solved it easily.     Homestrong did a solid job on our concrete basement retaining walls, replacing our existing wooden retaining wall with concrete and adding sound footings, as well as shoring our upstairs floor with additional columns on isolated footings.I would probably give this a 3.5 or 3.75 if I could, but its hard to do so given the customer service provided when issues came up. The experience was positive overall, with some issues noted below.Socorro, JB, Gerardo, and Rafael were fantastic in leading the charge on the work and really kept us in the loop during construction. I appreciated their communication and calm demeanor when we had questions and comments.On the management side, its clear Daniel has a lot of passion for his company and customers. Any concerns we had were handled professionally, with Daniel personally stopping by to check things out and give his best opinion on the matter. Great customer service. This paired well with the engineering service provided by Level Engineering, recommended by Homestrong. Chris at Level was a good pairing for the Homestrong team.That being said, we had a couple issues worth bringing up:- The initial estimate provided by Lee was significantly out of touch with what Level provided on the engineering drawings. The low initial estimate pulled us in, but then we got a sticker shock of about +50% when a final quote was provided based on engineering. It seems Homestrong/Level could partner to provide stronger estimates from the beginning. Or Homestrong could strengthen their estimating efforts.- Schedule was 2x as long (15 days) as quoted (7 days).- I would recommend Homestrong provide clients a checklist for anything that needs to be considered before construction. In our case, we werent advised to cover our HVAC vents at the start of construction. Not provided with a detailed construction schedule, we wouldnt have foreseen which days would create a lot of dust. Our home was filled with dust, with it piling up in some areas, at the start of construction. This was a really stressful thing to deal with on a whim while working from home a floor above.That being said, Ive heard of much worse from other companies. Id likely use Homestrong again, just with a small bit of caution about some of my points above.

    Daniel and Rob were very professional and friendly and obviously knowledgeable. They used software to estimate the job right in front of me so there was nothing hidden about the costs. They showed me a video and did a great job of explaining everything. I asked a ton of questions throughout the project and Daniel never got annoyed with me! Augustin the foreman was also very professional and knowledgeable. There were a couple of small snags and he resolved them with expertise and communicated with the engineer to make sure they were adjusting properly to the changes. The whole crew was experienced and respectful and worked really hard to get the job done on time. We always had access to someone who could deal with a situation or answer questions, which felt very reassuring. We are very happy with the results, both with the helical piers and the cement work.     I chose HomeStrong for a full perimeter drain, two sump pumps, and a fully sealed vapor barrier. Daniel and the entire team were awesome to work with.     Knowledge + Experience + Integrity = HomeStrongDaniel and his excellent team of craftsmen, picked up the pieces of our complicated project, after we no longer had confidence or trust in the GC that we initially contracted with. Our home required civil and structural engineering designs to mitigate basement ground water as well as build a required structural support system. Daniel worked hand-in-hand with our engineers designs and the City of Denver to ensure our complicated foundation perimeter drain and the structural support plans were followed ensuring our permits were successfully approved and closed. Throughout the five week repair process, we never doubted the quality of work that HomeStrongs courteous craftsmen provided. A complicated job well done makes for our peace of mind that our home can now be enjoyed. Thank you Daniel for always answering the phone, promptly following up with us, and most of all...caring.

    We recently needed foundation work done on our house. I had several contractors out, and Rob with HomeStrong was professional in supplying the estimate, and didnt try to sell us on a different solution from what the structural engineer called for, like another contractor tried to do. He also provided an estimate that was the most competitive of the several that we received.When it came time for the work, Rafael, Luis, and Abel were prompt, professional, and courteous. They kept is in the loop the whole time, made sure any questions we had were answered, and left the basement very clean.The HomeStrong office was also great to work with - Daniel was communicative, and fast when we had questions throughout the process.Having major home repairs is never fun. I cant say that its ever high on my list to spend significant amount of money on, however HomeStrong made the process easy and the work was done correctly and professionally. You cant really ask for more.

    Rob Gold is extremely professional and a straight shooter. With other companies, I was high pressured with same day savings discounts and told Id have to wait 5-6 months for an install date. Rob gave us a fair competitive price (better than the other 3 bids we got), listened to us, and made sure we were taken care of and had the work done in less than 4 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    If you ever find yourself needing foundation, drainage, or concrete work, highly recommend HomeStrong. We hit the jackpot and needed all three!!! We had a deck that needed foundation work and a timber retaining wall that was failing and needed replaced (we replaced with a concrete retaining wall).Im a structural engineer by profession with over 30 years of experience so know a little about their work. We got three bids, but HomeStrong was the only company that could do everything without using subconsultants. That was important to us as we wanted one person responsible for all scheduling and work.Entire process was seamless. Ours was a difficult job. We live on a hill with no access to get equipment to the backside of our house. All work was MANUAL labor. Old concrete patio was hauled out in 5-gallon buckets; timber retaining wall hauled out piece by piece; and excavation for a new 4 1/2 retaining wall was by hand with shovels. A project like that can be very disruptive not only for us, but also for our neighbors. Neighbors on both sides commented that except for the dumpster, they didnt even know people were there most of the time. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and there was never any construction debris left for later.What I most appreciate is the experience of everyone on the HomeSrong team. Lee initially came to our house for inspection and estimate. Daniel was very responsive to all questions throughout the construction process. As noted, Im a structural engineer and would often call Daniel asking about various things. Daniel was always a step ahead and had it planned out. Finally, the crews doing the work are among the best there is. They took the time to answer my questions when I had them, were very professional and knowledgeable, and were very respectful of our property and the property of our neighbors. Efren, Lalo, and the whole crew were some of the hardest working and courteous contractors Ive ever worked with.Regarding cost, nobody likes to spend money on foundation repairs. Its a lot of money that you really dont have a product you get to enjoy afterwards (other than your house is stable!!!). Daniel and the guys at HomeStrong understand this and offer top-quality work at a fair price. After signing our contract, I noticed what I thought was a discrepancy in the cost. I called Daniel and there were no questions. Our deck did not need as many helical piers as originally estimated and we received a credit for those not needing to be installed...no questions...no arguments or back and forth...just a simple credit to our original estimate. Things always come up when doing home improvements that were not anticipated. We didnt have many of those, but when they arose, Daniel was upfront and the impact to the price was discussed immediately. At the end of the project, there were no surprises and final payment was seamless. The final price for our project was less than the original bid due to the credit!!!Finally, the one item of our project we do get to enjoy is after the deck was shored up and new retaining wall placed, we had an approximate 400 square foot colored, stamped concrete patio placed. Their concrete work is exceptional, and we are looking forward to years of enjoyment of our new patio!!!     I had a great experience using HomeStrong to install a sump pump and drainage system to prevent flooding in my basement. Ben came to our house and gave me the run through and estimate. It ended up being less than half what I got quoted from another contractor and much less elaborate of a plan to make sure water doesnt flood in through the egress window into the basement anymore. They were also very open to changing the exact plan we had originally come up with in terms of how the pipe exited my place and where it drained to. When the team arrived to do the job lead by Foreman Rafael Tapia they were very professional and knowledgable and installed everything in a quick manner and did really good at keeping things as clean as possible as they had to trek through the house and remove dirt and concrete. They put plastic down and then cleaned after the job was done. Abel and Luis and the others did an amazing job too and everything looks amazing.     I used HomeStrong for two major projects at my house.First over the past 2 years we noticed that the 6ft high by 30ft retaining wall along the property line in our backyard that was bowing in and had multiple cracks. HomeStrong worked with a 3rd party engineer to design an appropriate solution and got it installed quickly. The team of Jose and Tololo did a fantastic job installing the job and cleaning up afterwards. This job was completed about 5.5 months ago and there has been no further movement or cracking of the wall despite all the rain weve had.In addition to the retaining wall over the past two years we had noticed multiple cracks pop up in the drywall and doors that close smoothly and snuggly either wouldnt close or had huge gaps. This culminated when we saw multiple sheer cracks pop up going the height of the wall and along our stair case. We had multiple 3rd party structural engineers come out to help us understand what was going on and what an appropriate solution would be. After settling on what we wanted done we had multiple companies come out (Thrasher, GroundWorks, RamJack and HomeStrong) to get a quote on the work designed by the engineer. Of the companies we had out HomeStrong didnt have a pushy salesman trying to get me to sign the same day. He simply presented the break down of costs and also provided his opinion of how I could break up the project into multiple parts if it was too big to tackle all at once. HomeStrong came back with a very competitive bid. HomeStrong was actually tied with another company for the lowest price. In addition a number of the 3rd party engineers we had out who were unaffiliated with any company said that HomeStrong while newer had been doing impressive work.We had a total of 11 piers installed. Yes there was a lot of dirt moved and drywall broken but that was made clear to me before the start of the project, and they did their best to minimize any mess. Augustin and his team did a great job with the pier installation and also installing a drain at the front of our garage door to prevent water from flowing into the garage due to a sunken driveway. Daniel also hooked me up with a great drywall guy to help get all the drywall back in place after all the work was done.We were on a bit of a time crunch as we had in laws moving in with us in late July and a baby on the way in early September. Daniel and his team took care of us and took time to answer my many questions.If you are have concerns with settling or other foundational issues at your home I would highly recommend reaching out to Daniel and his team. The pricing was as competitive as everyone else and I feel confident in the quality of the work done.

    I had a great experience with Homestrong! I met Ben at one of the Denver home shows. We talked to a bunch of people about patio replacement and I went with these guys because they werenā€™t pushy salespeople. Super easy to deal with and responsive. They provided a design and a reasonable timeframe. In fact, I had to reschedule on them in a short notice and they were very accommodating. The best part was my experience was with foreman Cruz Navarette. He explained everything to me and set my expectations each step of the way. He and his team did great work. I have some more flat work coming up and Iā€™d be happy if Cruz was the foreman for that job as well!

    We recently worked with Daniel and his crew to fix our foundation (3 walls needed work; 2 horizontal crack, wall bowing in) and then to install a drain system and waterproofing in our basement. HomeStrong was recommended by our structural engineer, and we are very happy with the work they did for these reasons:1. Responsive. As soon as the structural engineer left, I called HomeStrong and they had someone come out to provide a quote SAME DAY. We were scheduled for work to begin within a week.When we decided to extend the project and add in waterproofing, HomeStrong was able to start the work immediately.Throughout the process, Daniel was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had (even came out to inspect and add some wax/caulk to a leak after we got 4 of rain here in Arvada this year - this was before we decided to go and waterproof the basement as well) and checked in frequently throughout the process via phone and text.2. Good value. The quoting process was fast, straightforward, and reasonable given the work we had done (14 wall plates, 4 wall anchors). Again - they did it all SAME DAY. Prices were clear and competitive.3. Professional. This was a big job (took about a week for foundation; 3-4 days for waterproofing), and youve got jackhammers and excavators going for multiple days. But our foremen Jose and Agustin were communicative and punctual, and the team was respectful of our house. Daniel came by several times to check on progress and answer any questions. Team did an admirable job patching the front and backyard back together; just note these guys are foundation repair, not landscaping.Overall, foundation work is stressful, but HomeStrong made it the best it could be. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends.
