Weve had the chance to work with the team at Work Shop on multiple projects and I cant recommend them enough. They are an established building team that are on the cutting edge of design and have an incredible crew of people who execute their projects beautifully. I also have worked with their realtors and all of them are extremely professional and hold the highest standards. Great communication, team partnerships, and overall have some of the prettiest homes in Denver.

I’ve always loved Workshop’s aesthetic, but the people behind the company are even better. You can tell that they genuinely care about their craft, and that they want to make a positive mark on Colorado. Highly recommend!

I am a local Realtor and we just closed on a home in Golden with workshop. We worked with Craig and Jack from selecting the lot, to completed construction with zero hiccups along the way…and on-time to boot. In my line of work I obviously have experiencewith many builders, and was so impressed by the Workshop way. These houses are overbuilt, so sturdy, and the finish detail is insane (they hand fabricate the metal details i.e: vent hood/railing/ hanging hooks etc) in their workshop (hence the name). We feel safe and protected in our beautiful Workshop home! I wish more builders took pride in their product like this company does. Kudos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!!!!

I purchased a workshop home in 2021.First, as you would expect from a builder of this caliber, the house layout, finishes, and quality are all uniquely great. These stood out amongst all houses we looked at during our search.We closed on the house with a number of items to finish up (not uncommon with new builds). The manager of our build (originally part of workshop estates) left workshop right at this time. This left us working with Workshops prior warranty guy who helped with a number of items. He eventually became slow and non-responsive. I was starting to get worried we were being forgotten about, and not considered a priority. I have since learned the manager and prior warranty person were the source of some issues that didnt reflect WSs dedication to its brand. WSs top customer care guy Ken York recently contacted me, and things changed. He went the distance to make sure we were finished up and in the place we should be as buyers of a home of this quality (and did so quickly). This company cares about its brand, its buyers, and its reputation, in addition to building some of the best houses in Denver.I would recommend this builder, and I would definitely buy another workshop house. - Chris

Update 10/26/2022:After posting this review the owner of the company reached out and personally came to the house to review the issues previously noted. I learned that the previous warranty manager had been the source of the problems and I am pleased to say the owner himself fixed the outstanding issues quickly and made everything right. I appreciate his attentiveness and am now able to recommend Workshop again as I do feel the design and construction overall are well done. Its unfortunate a bad employee caused unnecessary problems for both myself and the company but in the end the owner and company made this right. Thanks to Workshop for stepping up!----------Original review:As the owner of a new home constructed by Work Shop I would encourage buyers to stay away from a Work Shop home. Their cabinets and metal work are commendable but that in no way extends to building an entire home.Their warranty team has been dismissive and we were told We dont set aside a lot of money for warranty work and we arent going to fix most of these items unless were legally forced to.After speaking with other owners of Work Shop home builds we learned that its much better to pay out of pocket to have the issues fixed correctly rather than spend thousands of dollars forcing them to perform subpar repairs that are often worse than the original build.Its unfortunate that such nicely designed homes are so poorly built and Work Shop doesnt stand behind their work.

The men at Workshop were professional and extremely helpful with a custom desk welded and constructed by Joe Turk and Kevin Hutton. The piece came out exactly how I envisioned it, they really make a dream job come to life. I would highly recommend this shops custom furniture, cabinets, or stairs to anyone looking for a special piece only they have. Workshop is truly a custom shop and I will revisit them any time I have a chance!

Ive worked with many home builders over the years and none have been as great as Work Shop Colorado. From the design process to getting the home built they are fast, on budget and very professional. Like all projects issues come up but the Work Shop team finds solutions and keeps on moving. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right!

They have a project in our neighborhood off of 30th Street. They had their people working Christmas morning at 8 disturbing the entire neighborhood. Then later on that day they had a semi trying to come in the neighborhood and the semi ran over my neighbors cherry tree and crushed then theres just fences laying on the ground. I do believe in second chances after talking to the contractor he did Apologize for the work on Christmas morning and he was unaware of the situation and corrected it is best as he could. He has reached out to the neighbors and compensated them for the cherry tree. Contractor has made sure that the area is a lot safer and neater and for that thank you for for listening to our complains and taking the time to correct it. It says a lot about the company and Im glad that we had this conversation

Worked with Kevin in sales and Garth in the shop. Couldn’t be more please. Both of them were extremely courteous and walked me through my entire build. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend 10 stars if I could.
