    Hever is TOP NOTCH. Installed a new opener for us a year ago (belt drive) and has performed tremendously. Just recently, with the cold weather and use, one of our door panels had shifted just slightly. We noticed a slight ticking noise and reached out to Hever. He graciously came out, made some quick-slight adjustments and we’re back in line. Just really pleased with his knowledge, experience and correcting the problem. Highly Recommend!

    Avi did a fantastic job replacing our garage door opener in a quick and efficient manner. He was polite, super knowledgeable, showed up on time and fixed everything to our satisfaction.     Great service and quick response time! Our garage door spring broke (which left our door stuck in an open position about 2ft off the ground). We called early evening on a Sunday, and the team was super helpful in answering our questions and booking us for the very first appointment the next morning. They also troubleshooted how we could best close our garage for the evening so it wouldnt be left open overnight. The repair went smoothly, and we were really happy to get this taken care of so quickly. Highly recommend Garage Service Co!

David came out to our house extremely promptly (less than 24 hours after requesting a quote) and provided knowledge feedback on what was wrong with our garage door and how best to proceed.     I was having issues with the safety sensors that I thought needed to be replaced. I called and spoke directly to Avi, one of the owners who gave me a price before he came out so I knew ahead of time what the most it would cost. Best of all they were able to come out the next morning. His partner David came out the next morning and adjusted the sensors so they didnt need to be replaced and saved me lots of money. Both gentlemen were great at communicating. David called to tell me when he was going to arrive and he was actually a little early (which never happens with service providers!) so that was a plus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Fair, honest and very personable!

    I never write reviews on companies but I had to go out of my way to write this because the service was truly above and beyond what was expected. David with Garage Service Company was available within 45 minutes of my call. He was attentive, thorough, polite, and I dont feel that he was trying to up-sell me.     I received excellent customer service from Avi. He responded to all of my inquiries quickly and concisely. He even offered extra advice when I didnt know what questions to ask. I had a unique situation with an original garage door from the 1950s and he designed a solution with minimal cost. We even needed a quick service visit about a week after the installation, he showed up promptly and fixed the issue within minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

    This week I had an issue with my garage door not responding, called Garage Service Co and they showed up the same day. They were very professional, spotted the issue very quickly, explained to me the problem calmly and whats causing it, fix it and also made preventive actions so it wont happen again and extend the life of my door. The garage door now works smooth as the day it was originally installed. Highly recommend!

    Had a very good experience with them, maybe the first time that the garage door company I called was the same one that actually came out. I had a serious motor malfunction and Avi was at my place an hour later. He explained exactly what happened, how he could fix it and how I can prevent it from happening again.     These guys are super professional. They installed a great unit at our place in no time at all. Our rickety old garage door has been updated with new bearings and a great motor. They replaced the button on the wall gave us new remotes and put a keypad outside the door. I have young kids and the new motor is super quiet. (Thank you longer NATO from here on out...!) I absolutely love that I can run it from my phone too!! Avi and David came highly recommended from friends of ours who recently had another great experience with Garage Service CO. at their place couple weeks ago too. Dont look anywhere else...     They saved the day! Extremely courteous and professional. My door crashed at 7 am They had a booked schedule but came over in the morning to rescue my car in the garage and take the door down before more damage was done then returned at the end of day to replace the door and frame.     This company is great and I highly recommend. I called around to five other garage door companies as well as Costco’s service. Garage Service Company immediately called me back and was the least expensive by far. Benjamin did the work. He was on time, courteous and repaired my spring and cables very quickly. He answered my many detailed questions before preforming the work. I will recommend him/them to anyone who wants an HONEST evaluation and GREAT service.

    Avi installed a Chamberlain 3/4 HP smart garage door opener in my garage today to replace my old Genie. He did a great job and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled.I thought the install pricing was very fair and I will be using them again down the road to replace my whole door when the time comes. He did not try to sell me anything or add on any extra work. I’m sure he would have told me if I needed something else.

    Wow, David and team were able to come out within a couple of hours after my call and install a brand new Liftmaster garage door opener along with replacing the old spring. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and concisely answered the questions I had about the replacement door. I made an emergency call that evening and David was out to our house in an hour. Not only were the guys knowledgeable, but they were also very professional and polite.     I called Garage service co when I had break-up in my garage door after receiving strong recommendation from a friend.They did an extra effort to give me services at the same day (evening hours).I was presented with option to fix or replace with no pressure towards either way.     Spring snapped leaving my truck stuck in garage. Just had eye surgery and needed to get to follow up appointment. The technician David, he showed up on time, quickly explained what needed to be done and cost (very competitive). He quickly fixed the springs, and caught a packaging error from the manufacturer where one spring was incorrectly rated for my garage door.     My garage door broke in morning, where a panel detached from strut hinges. A competitor would only quote $2,100 for replacement door. He said door could not be repaired. Garage Service Comany quoted $175 for repair, added a new strut, reinforced the hinges and got the job done the same day. I am very happy.

    I am so pleased with my experience with Garage Service Co. This morning I busted my garage and bent it with my ski racks and was overwhelmed with the damage I caused. I knew I needed a new garage, but I also wanted to get the garage down so it wasnt open for a free-for-all. I called Garage Service Co. and was able to have someone come to my house within an hour and he fixed my garage so it could closed for the night. Not only that, I was able to schedule them to come out to my house tomorrow morning to get a whole new garage!     After being told by 2 services I needed to replace by door for a minor bent in bottom panel, David came out and fixed my Pella garage door to make it functional for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the door. I could have also chosen to replace the bottom panel and he would have made the door like new for a reasonable price. Pleasant and very responsive to my situation; Id use them again in a heartbeat.
