My home warranty company (Cinch), which I plan on dropping. Assigned me to a company who took two and a half weeks to come out. When they finally made it here, the guy didn’t know what he was doing. He told me some jargon that I didn’t understand and finally said that my main line needed to be hydro-jet cleaned and their company didn’t do that. He told me that someone from my home warranty company (Cinch) would contact me. A week later after leaving a couple of messages I was finally able to speak to someone, who informed me that my home warranty company (Cinch) didn’t cover the services. And I couldn’t get my $125.00 deductible back because the company did attempt to do the job. So I called Jake’s Plumbing. They came right out fixed the issue, which was no whereas complicated or complexed as stated by the other company. Jake’s even installed another clean out valve. They did all of this in a little less than an hour. I’m very happy with the work and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Water all over the floor is nothing nice to wake up to. I had a pretty tricky repair needed and the last thing I needed was difficult people and pointless repairs. The team at Jakes were such a relief to deal with.On the first trip, they couldnt pinpoint the leak however they did refer me to the right team to find it. Once the leak was found, the workaround wasnt simple. The office was quick to fit me on the schedule and pleasant to deal with. They got all paperwork for insurance and warranties as soon as information was coming in.Cory and Prentice showed up at the house. They were very polite and respectful of property. I watched them strategize where they cut, how they cut and how they could minimize the repair for me. Those guys definitely make a good team.When they found that the problem was more complicated than we all thought, they contacted the office and Jake called to make sure I knew what was going on. Watching this team work from the owner, the office and field crew was impressive.If you want a team that gives their best effort, has great communication and actually cares, call Jakes. I sure know I will.

Received the quote same day I called Thursday and they were able to fit us into the schedule flute very next morning, Friday (today’s date 10/13/23). Fast and reliable service. Jakes Plumbing provided excellent customer service which included the availability, appointment time, the service technician, and the customer service representative. My tankless water heater wasnt heating the water so I called Jakes Plumbing. Andrew was the technician that came out and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jakes Plumbing.2nd pt to initial review. Because the initial diagnosis from the Navien the manufacturer of the tankless hot water heater was misdiagnosed other parts had to be ordered and replaced which was covered under warranty by Navien. However, because Andrew was very experienced in repairing these heaters he knew exactly what the problem was but the technical support would not listen and insisted it was something else. So I had the pleasure of having another technician come out by the name of Ian who was also very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Long story short, the entire team was great, very upfront, always provided timely service. They were concerned about my needs and made sure to provide me the fastest service possible.Thank you all so much.I highly recommend Jakes Plumbing.

I called Jakes Pulmbing at 1:30PM because my toilets were not flushing. Donnie and Seth were at my house at 2:30PM. They had the job completed and my toilets flushing by 3:05. Likely would have been sooner, but they had to wait for me to get home. They also took the time to explain what needed to be done and to point out that a few things could become a problem in the future if not fixed. Their expediency was unparallelled! Im a future customer as my house plans are in and Im getting bids to submit for my construction loan. This has been the best and most thorough company to work with. He told me up front a few things I could do myself in order to save money such as he calculated my friction loss running my water line 1,000 and advised me what size tap and line to run to ensure my water volume and pressure wouldnt be an issue for my new home. He also advised me that once my building permit was issued we would sit down and draw out my plumbing package and we would work together ensuring my needs were captured and his expertise would be leveraged to bring it all together. I really look forward working with these folks.

Ian was very informative, polite, sensitive to my needs, very informative of what he was doing, showed his work, made sure all was taken care of before leaving, so I would not have to see him tomorrow. Not only would I refer this business, but I would request Ian every time because he made me feel that comfortable and confident in his work. it’s not too many people you find in the service industry that actually cares about really taking care of a client but he did. I appreciate his ability to supply a great service in a timely manner, but accurate ability to fix my problem, as well as a personability. You don’t always get this kind of at home service. as far as I can tell, my problem is fixed but I do know if there is an issue I would still ask for him back. He’s a good kid, well mannered, respectful and I really appreciate those qualities and his willingness to make sure all of my needs were met to get my problem fixed. he fixed my garbage disposal as well as a leak that was left by two other plumbers. Same problem. I’ve had to fix over and over again and never fixed it for more than two days. Hoping my plumbing problem is done, with but I do know if I need additional help he will do his best work again in the future. . I would refer this company, especially Ian to fix any plumbing problem you may have at home.. I hope this post gets him a promotion. For almost 4 years the piping in my walls would rattle. It was very faint when I first moved into my current house then gradually had gotten worse over a 4 year period. They would rattle when toilets would flush, the ice machine to my refrigerator would kick on, when running hot water, etc. I started to research what could cause this when I found Jakes plumbing. The owner Jake had even written articles about the subject. Well I gave them a call and I actually got to talk to Jake himself. He gave me a lot of his time and answered all my questions. I actually had to end up replacing my water heaters because they were 12+ years old and I also installed expansion dampers to be on the safe side. Jakes guys did such a good job and were very professional. They even cleaned up everything and sent pictures of the completed job to my email. The rattling stopped the day they completed the job. I was so happy and satisfied with the job that I asked Jake to sign me up for yearly maintenance on the new water heaters. Any and all future plumbing problems I am going to be calling Jakes plumbing. They are great!
