    I would highly recommend Cypress Plumbing to anyone that needs a quality job done.I called them late on Friday afternoon to get my hot water heater replaced, and they was able to pickup a new Heater and was there on Saturday morning at 8:45 and was competed in 2 hours.The crew was very professional and respecting my home and cleaned up as like they were never there.If i have any more plumbing needs i will call them again.Thank you Cypress Plumbing.

    We called Cypress Plumbing because our washer drain was overflowing. They arrived within 30 minutes and expertly remedied the issue. Their staff was courteous and their fee was fair and affordable. Its worth mentioning that prior to this, another local plumber had incorrectly assessed our issue which caused us much inconvenience and extra damage. They also charged more than Cypress to cause us that headache...Save yourself time and money, call Cypress first.

    Cypress Plumbing saved me $5,000. This not a typo. I am a Senior citizen with moderate income. A local Baton Rouge Bathroom remodeler quoted me $5,985 to install a shower faucet and new toilet.     Cypress Plumbing recently did a pretty extensive plumbing job for us to find and fix a long-term problem we had with our laundry room drain including rerouting the line to the main drain line outside. In addition, there was covid running rampant and freezing temperatures which both affected their crew. They still took care of us in a timely manner, correcting the problem and leaving things better than the way they found them. I would definitely recommend this wonderful company. D.     My water heater unexpectedly stopped heating the water. We also noticed water in the pan. I called and despite the area just having a freeze then flooded areas, they were able to come the next day to assess everything. I needed my water heater replaced- I am not sure if they typically work weekends or not but Spencer purchased the replacement so I wouldnt have to wait an extra week. They came the next morning on a Saturday and very quickly had it replaced. Very friendly people, made everything easy.

Water was spewing out like ole faithful and I thought for sure my day and kitchen were ruined. Thats when I called Cypress Plumbing. Though my particular faucet is more complicated than middle-eastern geopolitics, Spencer was able to replace everything and get it all cleaned up in no time at all. I took a chance with Cypress Plumbing for a gas leak that ended up needing a replacement of the entire pipe from meter to my house and some leaks in the attic that I was not aware of.     THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE YOUR NEXT PLUMBER! If you are like me and stress about hiring outside help....you can stop looking and hire Cypress Plumbing. The two lovely humans running this company made this process so easy. The fix was fast, affordable, and I will definitely use them again. More details below........I discovered a small gas leak and had no idea what to do. After a quick search, I found this local company and requested a quote through their website. They responded to the query so fast. They got me on their schedule immediately. They prioritize communication and timeliness; I got a text from them 30 minutes prior to arriving at the house. Spencer listened to my concerns and conducted an assessment of his own. After, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and how he would like to fix it - all WITHOUT man-splaining. He was kind and I felt safe at home alone with him. He needed to get a few parts for the repair and told me he would return that afternoon. Before he returned, I got another text letting me know of his ETA. He took about 20 minutes to fix the problem. He cleaned up the area, re-ignited the water heater, and wrote me an EXTREMELY affordable invoice.     Honest and more than affordable. Crew was courteous and knowledgeable. Other plumbers wanted to rip out entire wall to fix my 3 handle tub and shower faucet. Cypress replaced the broken parts and now my faucet works like new. In fact i now have better water pressure than ever before. Will definitely hire these guys again for my next plumbing issue.
