Valerie is incredibly kind and so helpful. The guys are there on time, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and great at what they do. They get the job done and leave you with no mess or worry. This is the second time I’ve used M&M Precision. First for a laundry room pump and recently for a toilet bowl pipe leak, and have been extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. They communicate well, they are prompt, and the quality of work is excellent. I plan to use them on all my future plumbing works.

Max was super helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He replaced a faucet in the kitchen, gave us great advice and installed a faucet that can be repaired easily if it breaks in the future. He also followed COVID protocols. His price was more than fair. I would hire him again and recommend him highly!

Needed an emergency visit because the temperature in my house was spiking up. Would set temp to 70 degrees but heat would go up to 80 degrees. Max came at the earliest convenience for me, fixed the issue in less than one hour. Great pricing. Great service. Would definitely refer them and use this company again for my other residential properties.

From a complete heating system install (oil burner, water heater, baseboards, etc.) to toilet replacement and leak repair, they have always done a great job!!
