Of course the water heater went out on New Year’s Day. after several attempts to light the pilot it did not light. I Called Bay Cam and couldn’t have asked for a better service from both Robin and Terry. . Terry came out on January 2 and fixed my water heater in about five seconds. All because of his knowledge of what he is doing, he knew exactly what was wrong And magically with his knowledge got my pilot light lit and I have hot water again. I can’t recommend this company enough!! such great customer service and prices are so fair and reasonable

Needed to get my blogged plumbing issue corrected based on my neighbors knowledge of this company I used Bay Cam Plumbing . My blog was fixed and while there I showed them my leaking kitchen faucet plus my new toilet was acting up. Got them all fixed and unplugged by this firm so recommend them highly. Bay Cam came to the rescue when we had an emergency leak from a broken drainpipe leaking from our kitchen ceiling from the second floor. Terry and his team responded quickly even though they were already booked solid for the day. They were with us every step of the way walking us through the diagnosis and how they would fix the issue. They took care of us like we were family and made us feel comfortable not just with the work they provided but to have them in our home. Bay Cam has found lifelong customers with us.

We called Bay Cam to help diagnose a leak we had in our Master Bathrooms shower. Once they diagnosed the initial problem they guided us through our purchase of what was needed to replace the old shower components and what this fix would look like. Of course once the walls were open the problem was much bigger then we initially thought. They came to the rescue and still charged us a very fair price for the work. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will continue to only use Bay Cam for our plumbing needs.

They also coordinated all the city permits and the concrete contractor. They went above and beyond my expectations and I’m very satisfied with their work.

Terry (owner) came out within 2 hrs and help determine there was no leaks whatsoever. Terry also came out when the floor store company owner and a third party floor inspector were here to make sure I was comfortable and not being bullied. I had reached out to another plumbing service before reaching out to Terry and their estimate was very high. Called Bay Cam and Terry came to inspect and make sure everything was off to prevent any damage. He made sure I had cold water for the night and his crew came back in the morning and installed a new water heater. Really appreciate their quick response and know that saved any damage to my sheetrock. Very quick professional service. Would highly recommend them.

Friday at ~4:45pm the backyard water spigot got broken. I jumped on Google and started making phone calls. Bay Cam Plumbing was my 3rd phone call. The first two places were not going to come out tonight. Despite Bay Cam Plumbing closing at 5pm Terry and Manny were at my home within 30 minutes, told me the work required to do the repair, and gave me a quote for the repair. The cost was dramatically less than I expected. Manny stayed until ~6:30pm doing the repairs. Thanks to Bay Cam Plumbing I have water tonight at a great price.
