Mark was extremely helpful in helping us select the proper generator for our needs. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and answered the numerous questions we had. Overall this was a a very pleasant and beneficial experience. Update: Mr. Electric installed a full house generator. What a great experience from start to finish. The owner heard of a local program offering grants for generators and we applied and this saved us $5,000 on the cost! How could we not like that? The generator was installed, inspected and tested in a timely manner and we could not be more pleased with the entire process. I do not hesitate in recommending Mr. Electric for whatever needs you have. They are efficient, effective, and economical.

I was very impressed with how they worked to fix my 4 year old Generac to work properly and get WIFI up and connected to it. The electricity box is now up to proper standards with circuits replaced. The costs are a bit more than expected but the service was wonderful. I totally recommend them in case you have electrical problems like we did, or Generac problems. We could not get our original generator installers out to help us on our Generac. Hector stepped right up for us. We will be forever grateful for his help.

I requested some updated light fixtures in a bedroom and bathroom be installed. The entire process, from scheduling to install, was super easy. The entire staff, from the secretary to the technicians, were extremely polite and professional. There was never any pressure to add additional services. That being said, are they the cheapest in town? Maybe not; but, I would say that if you want the best experience and electrical service to be done right the first time, go with Mr. Electric. I believe in the saying, Good labor isnt cheap and cheap labor isnt good.

They also ran power to some very tight/odd/high spaces. Everyone was exceptionally friendly from the owner and office staff to the technicians. They kept me updated on their progress, what technician would be at my house, and their vans are very well marked. They also kept everything clean during the install. I am very happy with their work and I will definitely be using them in the future!!

They walk you through every step of the process from initial sizing and quotation, get all city and utility permits, assist with HOA architectural application approval, manage services from plumber and landscape personnel required for the installation plus cleanup, coordinate all inspections and follow up, and they provide annual maintenance plus long term service. Great company to work with.

Hes been out before, as has Steve (among others, Im sure, when my wife has called). Theyre all good. Knowledgeable technicians got all my outlets working in the laundry room, straightened out an entanglement of wires in the attic, replaced broken breakers in my panel, added a GFCI outlet by my pool, and grounded the electrical system. While they were in there, they corrected other issues at no charge to me, like fixing outlets in the garage that have not worked in years and tracing a live wire that was sticking through the living room wall. I feel that it was an excellent value, and I got more for my money than I expected. The price they quoted at the beginning is the price I paid. Very responsive when I had a follow-up question. I highly recommend this company.

From the owner, to the office staff down to the techs; the customer service is A+.I tell everyone about my experience with Mr. Electric- I set up my appointment via email to Valorie the office manager. She was extremely prompt and got a tech out to my home (the same day) to quote the job. Then she sent me an invoice via email, followed up, and set up another appointment for the tech to come when it was covenant for me, not just them. I love their communication! The tech that came (Ron)was very professional and easy to talk to. He did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. This isn’t my only experience with Mr. Electric. I also called on a weekend with some issues and they spoke to me via phone and talked me through some breaker issues.I always see them out supporting the community. For that reason alone you should give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I needed them to install a chandelier to a very, very high ceiling. I was so afraid that this would not or could not be done because everyone I spoke with told me that I would need special equipment for the installation. Fortunately for me, Ron and Mitch found the perfect solution and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. In addition to their outstanding job, they charge me less monies than what I was quoted from them to do the work because of the high ceiling issue. So many issues with my 40 yr old wires outlet sparking , half dead outlets , room without power. So many issues through the years finnaly took its toll when we were told that without a new breaker box we might not be able to fix our ac. Anyways its done. Were so happy , everything is brighter and fresh feeling now that its done. Thank you. Lol I bet this was a project for the books. New home wiring vs a fully built home with a family living in it.

I have used Mr. Electric of Bay Area (Texas: Deer Park, Pasadena, and surrounding communities) for many years, and have always been happy with their services. Today, their technician repaired an outside electrical outlet of ours that also had switches going to two swimming pool lights on the same circuit. The old Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter had burned out, so he replaced it with a new GFCI that was even better, weatherproof for excellent outdoor use, and he completely waterproofed the enclosure for the outlets and switches. The repair went way beyond just the basics, and exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased, and will be using Mr. Electric again for any future home electrical needs.

I had Mr. Electric at my house 2 times in 2 weeks and both were outstanding. I was waiting for some of my lighting items to arrive (my fault) so I had to make a 2nd appointment when my items arrived. The first appointment was Perry & Chris and they did a great job of installing a new beautiful backyard light and ring doorbell with camera and microphone. The second was Perry and Dennis and again they did a great job of installing 2 sets of new motion detection lights and an entire 4 camera system with monitor. Dennis showed me how to use the monitor and set every thing up for me so I could see all 4 cameras and even checked the microphones and they all were very clear pictures and I could hear everything with the microphones even from my backyard.I cant say how much I enjoyed having them do my work because I have had some bad sheetrock contractors in the past that just took the money and didnt finish the job. I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to any friends or family. PLUS a bonus was my garage was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. Thanks again to all 3 gentlemen that worked on my house because I wouldnt have figured all the camera electronics if Perry hadnt set EVERYTHING up for me and took great care to make sure I understood everything in detail before they left. Great job guys because you are all priceless in my book.

Great Service, very nice guys. Feel completely safer in the house I just bought. I had several electrical needs, all along the process Ron and Mitch explained the process in detail to fix and cost so I could keep a running total of the expense. At the end they took a second to think through what would make sense. Result is I actually got more than my original plan for less than expected. I actually thought he forgot to charge me for something, but he checked and said no thats the cost. They left everything clean when they left and even made a point to thank my husband for his military service. I have had several interactions with less than satisfactory electricians over the years, but now I have my Go-to call. Already have plans to have them work on future projects!

Called one afternoon, they were scheduled for 8:30 the next morning and were at the house just after 8:00. Very prompt and courteous employees.They found and resolved the issue quickly. Also had requested remapping the breaker box since it didnt line up to the house layout. They found an issue with a couple of GFCI circuits and put in new GFCI outlets to resolve after explaining the issue and giving the price addition. Very thorough.When the electricians went between outdoors and indoors, they put on boot coverings to not track in any dirt or debris.Would definitely recommend.

We couldnt be more pleased with the lengths they went to too make sure all of the lights were relocated as I wanted them, and that all of the dimmer switches were where they were needed to be. In so many areas they went above and beyond, providing light bulbs, placing light switches for my attic and utility room where there were only lights with pull-chains previously. They were even patient with my dogs, which was, Im sure, trying at times. Their pricing never varied even though some changes were made at the time of install and I expected the final price to increase. They are a wonderful company and we would not think of using anyone else. They provide drama free contract work which is priceless.

Youre always going to have more wrong with your electrical system than you think - especially if youre renovating and you have to bring it up to code. That being said, most of what any electrician is going to do for you is not optional - unless you want to hire some chuck in a truck who doesnt permit their work and gives you the tail light warranty. (Once the tail lights disappear, so does the warranty)Most of the time, all an electrician can really do to differentiate themselves is provide friendly service, prompt phone calls, accurate scheduling, and thorough communication. And thats why I go to Mr. Electric for my renovations - because I dont mess around with people not calling me back or answering my questions. If Im not important enough to call, then you dont really want my business. I like lots of phone calls, lots of information, and frequent followup - and Mr Electric provides that.I truly hope I dont have to do any more electric to my house - but I know if I do Ill be calling Mr. Electric!

I had Mr. Electric hook up the electric line for my hot tub. They were one of several companies to give me an estimate. I found them to be the perfect balance of fair pricing and experience, so they won the bid. Hector, the main electrician, and two others, Trevor and Mitch, were on the job. They showed up within the time window given to me and completed the job in a timely manner. At the estimate, Hector noticed the shoddy grounding job performed by Comcast and included a quote to get it fixed up. In the end, my house now has two ground spikes, a bus bar for future projects that need grounding and updated labels in my breaker box - a service that Mr. Sparky quoted $300 dollars to perform. They routed the electric line through my attic and while they were up there, Trevor, who has a background in HVAC, patched a hole in my flex hose. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the job performed and the professional manner with which Mr. Electric performed.
