They had to snake wires thru the basement ceilings to the other side of the house for the charger.Ben: When getting a quote, Ben was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Down to earth guy and doesnt hurry you. Easily reachable via phone. Amazing memory too -- Spoke to Ben 6 months before the actual work happened, but he remembered everything we talked about.Efrain/David: His guys, Efrain and David, did the work. Same feedback - knowledgeable, easy to work with, etc. Efrain was very knowledgeable. Convinced me not to get the EV enclosure/cover bc of the potential for mold inside (not well ventilated and the charger is already waterproof). He didnt hesitate to stop his work to answer my question; same with David.The work: You can tell theyve been doing this a while; they have a groove going - music/radio on, all their tool/materials in the truck, incentivized to finish asap (so they can go home / do the next job). They were relatively accurate with cutting holes in the house (just 3 places). Had a hiccup but figured a way with minimal cutting and conduit exposure (hid in a closet). Very satisfied with the solution and quick thinking.Post-job: When I was remapping the circuit breakers, one was not on the right amp as before (line for the washer). I asked Ben and he confirmed and fixed it without accepting a tip. They stand by their work but if theres any mistake theyll definitely fix it.

Certified Electrical Services was great from the minute I received contact from the owner Ben. He was very responsive and got back to my request for assistance that I had submitted on his website immediately the next morning. (I reached out to him on a Sunday night) He came that same Monday to do an estimate and see if it was possible to set up a 14-50 or similar line on my 100AMP Breaker. I had received a quote once before and I had only been recommended to upgrade completely to a 200Amp breaker. I didn’t want to do that since I will not be staying here long term. Ben came and gave me a great solution and the price was even better. He uses top quality products and doesn’t overcharge you like some of the other electricians I’ve dealt with. I was able to order my Tesla 6-50 adapter and now I am able to charge my car fully overnight. His employee Efrain did a great job! He was 15 minutes earlier than was scheduled and he was in and out within 4 hours. Overall, I am extremely happy with their service as well as their availability. They were flexible to my timeline and got the job I needed done with no issues. I will definitely be using Ben and his company every time I need electrical work done!

I currently bought a house in Long Island and needed a tesla charger installed at my house. I found Bens company on teslas website (trusted electrician that was trained by tesla).
