    Hire Israel and his team if you can. I interviewed 5-7 firms and got proposals - I felt these guys understood what I wanted and grasped the project. I painted the house - replaced the gutters - and has a section with new siding and stained - and they redid my front stairs (more like a deck). They were on time and I was out of town when they started. The crew has skills in the required disciplines - they know what they are doing.The crew is considerate and they clean up. The neighbors even noted to me they take their time - they are careful and do the job right from prep to finish. The finished on time and on budget.

    August 30th, 2024.What a wonderful honest man is Israel.Very pleasant and very professional manner to discuss what I needed. We had at least 8 quotes from all the contractors He is most affordable price for our budget All the team members are wonderful to work with. He make my ugly townhouse into a brand new one. I’m very happy with their professional paint job. House Painting Plus is best.     In a time of urgent need, we had trouble finding a contractor who responded in a timely fashion and completed the work they said they were going to. We reached out to Israel at the recommendation of our local friends, and we are sure glad we did. Israel has a fantastic “customer first” demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my inquiries in a timely fashion and had his crew there when he said they were going to. They went above and beyond to handle our projects , which included replacement of old wood brick moulding and rotted fascia / soffit, sealing and painting the house, staining our play gym, and repairing our rotted window. Israel’s responsiveness was truly remarkable and the very few concerns we had were addressed in short time. Cant recommend him and his team highly enough and I look forward to working with him on our future renovations.

    Working with Israel to paint our entire exterior was great. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and adaptive when we wanted to make changes to the plan. We had some unique aspects of our job : replacing screened in porch , repairing trim work and siding, painting some metal window frames etc. And his team handled everything beautifully. He was also the most competitive of three quotes we got so working with him is a no brainer. Highly recommend

    I received a quote from Mr. Israel Sarabia (SA Painting d/b/a House Painting Plus, LLC) for repairing the Sheetrock ceiling & walls (after 12/22 Atlanta area frozen pipes flooding) and re-painting garage ceilings & walls. He had painted our kitchen as part of a full kitchen remodel in 2013. He was just as courteous, prompt & professional this time as last time. I proceeded with job and added repainting 2 additional interior rooms & entrance hallway. His crews, over 3 days, were promptly on job, first class & professional. My wife and I will surely use this company, again, in the future and highly recommend them to all. Both times, this felt like money well spent.

    We found Israel and his business on the NextDoor app and hired them to do a few small siding and repair jobs to the exterior of our home. We were impressed with the speed and quality of the work they did, so when we needed to get our large back deck on our house torn down and rebuilt, we turned to them again for the job. We had a very short deadline of when we needed it done for the sale of our home, but they came through big time. The deck looks fantastic.     Israel and his team have been taking care of me and my house for over 10 years. He’s detail oriented and figures out the best plan for the job. My home was built in 1891 and he’s been able to solve old house problems. He’s painted interior, exterior, replaced the deck, repaired plaster, and taken care of many other things.     These guys did a great job for us. Israel and his crew are very professional and they pay attention to detail. They painted most of the inside of our house and the entire outside after a tree fell on our home during a storm. Rates are reasonable because the crew is very efficient.     Isreal’s crew did an immaculate job of painting the entire house: closets; ceilings; patching, prepping, sanding walls to look brand new; loads of molding and trim, plus painting kitchen wood cabinets. I’m having his paint crew come back to paint remodeled bathrooms and hiring his handyman crew install shelving and do some electrical work. His prices are fair and the workmanship is superb.

    We had House Painting Plus take care of some much needed exterior work at our home in Dawsonville. They totally did a complete make over of our chimney which had several rotten boards. All boards removed. Wrapped for protection and new hardiplank placed. We have a 3 story home so very much appreciated the skill of going on that steep roof. We also had water damage around gutters in front of home and replaced wood on columns to porch. Painting was perfect. Very professional.     Called for a quote. I was contacted by the owner and was told that an appointment was available for the next day. He came by on time and the quoted estimate cost was below my expectations. The only reason I didnt immediately agree is because my new windows will be installed in August and I wanted to have the house painted after the installation.
