    Chase was there right on schedule. Kept me up to date on everything they were doing. He was so laid back and had a great attitude. I thought being without power for 6 hours was going to be rough, but he kept me up to speed on everything. He even was singing on the job which was great! I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone!     Always a great experience with PLB. The employees are super helpful and polite and they do great work. It was an oppressively hot day, but Salomon looked at my landscape lights even though he was here to install a floodlight. Highly recommend this company!

    Great service! Submitted a nonemergency request on a Saturday, they called me on Monday. Talk through the issues on the phone gave an estimate in costs and repairs. Came on Thursday, my husband said the electrician was great. Explained things in a way for my husband to understand. Fixed our issues and some surprised issues we didnt know about. Was efficient and did it under the price we were quoted. Highly recommend.

    I called Plug Light Bulb to start looking at costs for replacing the panel in our 50 year old home. I scheduled the estimate and Bryce came out on site and answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions and since I still had two breaker spots open he suggested to spend the money on other things for our renovation project. Weve wanted lights in our living room for a long time as its incredibly dark in there so I asked him about the cost for those and it was incredibly reasonable. He also took care of switching the power plug above our stove vent into an outlet instead of a direct wire so I can now plug it in and also run under cabinet lighting.We just recently had new carpet installed and I had mentioned that to Matt the owner when I called to schedule and when Bryce came out on site he had tarps to cover everything and did his best to be as clean as possible. Drywall dust on some things but thats inevitable, have realistic expectations! He installed the lights, answered more questions, wasnt bothered when I was watching and seeing how things are done.The lights are such a fantastic quality of life change and I love the fact that he didnt try to push me into buying and making a ton of changes for a new panel when I didnt need one. Thats rare these days.Plug Light Bulb will be my go to electrical business for my duplexs electrical needs and this is because of Bryce. I will also be recommending them to everyone I know who need or want stuff taken care of. Bryce is seriously a fantastic employee and a pleasure to chat with.

    I called PLB thinking I had an issue with my panel as I only had power to about 2/3 of my house. The kind person advised me to give WPS a call as it could be a connection issue. I thought it was so odd that I could have partial power. I called WPS and they sent someone out and sure enough it was an issue with the line connection. That tip saved me an unnecessary visit from an electrician and proves to me that this company does business with trust and integrity.     Chris did a consultation on my home after my wiring had gone bad and I had no electricity going to my living room and one of the bedrooms.     We came home Friday afternoon to find out electricity was off and the circuit breaker would not reset. We called several electricians and they all said they couldn’t come out until July?We called Plug Light Bulb and Chris spent time on the phone with us to find out how he might fix our circuit breaker issue. He found the part and came out right away and fixed our circuit breaker so we could have electricity! Great service.     Definitely on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. I noticed I was billed for times that the workers were not here and working, with how much the labor costs it could have saved me some money and made me a bit happier. Aside from that Im happy with the service that was provided and all that they got accomplished. Had 2 exterior light fixtures replaced and one added, along with an additional outlet. Ran new wire from my microwave to breaker. Also swapped out new exhaust fan in bathroom.

    Office staff was helpful and very responsive. They scheduled us quickly, showed up ontime, and completed the installation in far less time than quoted. Only four stars though because Im a little disappointed with the outside lights. We have siding and I wished the electrician had asked if we wanted the lights to be flush against the siding at an angle or we wanted a mount block in-between so the lamps were perpendicular (90 degree angle) to the ground. Will probably have them come back to get those lights looking a bit better. But Im willing to call these guys back, so that says something.

    After the snow storm we were without water, heat and half lights for 2 weeks. We were told by the power company we experienced a power surge and needed a whole new furnace, electrical panel and water pump, estimating in the 20,000 dollar range but after Salomon came in he found the main sub breaker was stuck only half on. We now have water and and full lights. Heat in need to get the furnace guy back just for a bad blower fan. Thank you so much Salomon you have saved us thousands of dollars, like I said when you were here, I could hug u. While here I had Jim replace a few outlets and a light and they work beautifully. When I have an electrical problem I only go to plug light bulb. Best service and great techs every time.

    Moving to a new town, I took a chance on this company based on other reviews, and I’m extremely glad I did! I’ve had Matt and the crew at Plug Light Bulb work on my home a few times now, I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done.First and foremost, they answer when you call! Not a very common thing with many contractors. Second, they’re understanding that customers have different work schedules, and will do their best to work with you to find an agreeable time. They have a customer for life in me.Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly, they care about how they leave your home/business. They don’t cut corners! I’ve had work done from many different contractors at different properties I own, and many of them do an excellent job, but not a lot of them care about how they leave the site. When it comes to detail, and leaving things looking clean, these guys treat your project and your home as if it was their own. They take a lot of pride in what they do and it’s evident. If you need an electrician, these are the guys to call. Would absolutely recommend!

Had them here to install a few new ceiling fixtures, and upon an amazing stroke of luck (Im so sorry I dont recall his name 2 yrs later), but he had previously been an appliance installer and helped me with a RIDICULOUS and dangerous botch from another installer (dishwasher). This gentleman not only efficiently did what he came to do, but also was so sympathetic that re refused to walk away from a problem that he knew how to rectify. Just amazing. I did not personally know Matt, but heard he was a reasonably priced electrician in the Green Bay area.I emailed Matt to inquire about his availability.     The knowledge they have as well as their courtesy is outstanding. I am slowly (and I do mean slowly) trying to make my 70 year old home into a smart home. One of the difficulties I ran into is that the wiring is 70 years old and things have changed in the last 7 decades. I had purchased a number of Z-Wave 3-way switches about 5 - 6 years ago, to enable me to control my lights remotely with my cell phone and now with Alexa. I tried to do the wiring myself and I actually spent an entire weekend or two going up and down the stairs turning off the power to the lights, and trying to figure out how to get it to work. Nothing I did worked. Not to long ago I hired someone who said they could do the job, but after 3 hours he couldnt do it and left without even putting everything back the way it was, because he couldnt figure it out. No one else wanted to even try to take care of it for me.Recently I was fortunate to see Matthews information. I sent him a private message and explained in detail what I wanted. He responded in a timely fashion, came to the house to look at the wiring and explained that some of the homes the age of my home had wiring that a lot of electricians arent familiar with, but Matthew was certain he could do the job.We came to an agreement and he came to the house with his crew and within 3 hours everything worked perfectly. In fact ewhen I bought my home in 2004, the dinning room had a 3-way switch that only worked from one of the switches. The other 3-way switch was taped so no one could use it as it didnt work. They fixed that one as well as installing three new Z-wave 3-way switches (new switches, are in dinette, kitchen and hallway), I was so happy to have this done that I ordered additional switches today for my bedroom, laundry room and the garage,Matthew has the knowledge to take care of a variety to unusual scenarios, and the ability to problem solve. One thing that struck me about Matthew is that he told me he loves to figure things out and to make them work the way they should.     I wasn’t expecting 2 people and paid for labor for each. That was a bit of a shocker. However they did change out 2 switches rather quickly after a 30+ min trip to the store. Would have thought they would have some standard switches on hand, especially when i told them what the issue was. But they did need to purchase a new bracket for the ceiling fan i bought. They also added a switch in that room as well.They were very courteous and kind and very professional.Over all im happy with the work and the cleanliness of the job done.

    Today I had chase and carter install 4 2 gang outlets and a ceiling bathroom fan. The work they did was excellent. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars was that while they swept up the large debris, there was still dust all over the floor where the outlets were installed so I had to mop it all up. Also the room with attic access was not swept at all and was covered in attic/shingle dust. For the money I paid I would have liked the job to be more complete looking at hen they left.

The wiring in our house is old (built in the 60s) so it was a challenge for him to figure out how the circuit ran and how everything was tied together, but eventually he did! Our old dehumidifier had snapped it. Recommended that we replace it and use a separate outlet for it going forward.
