    Highly recommend them for plumbing and drain services. We recently had them redo ALL our waterlines and most of the drains. They use the best on the market material and it has a life expectancy greater than myself. Their technicians are thoroughly vetted and highly versatile. Prices are good too and they work quickly.

    My old kitchen sink basically fell apart on me and I needed a new one asap. Not a bad word to say about my experience with Hockers. Every person I came into contact with from the lady who answered the phone to the plumber and his apprentice were super helpful and friendly (thanks Tony and Connor)! Super easy, fast scheduling. Super transparent estimates and payment. Fair prices. Great communication. Punctual. Quick work. Sink looks great and operates great. They check every box you can think of when it comes to good service.

    Jason came out to asses an issue with a faucet in our bathroom. He was knowledgeable about the issue and while he could not fix our immediate concern, he provided pricing and honest recommendations on how to proceed. Jason was polite and upfront about the job he came to do and potential outcomes as he noted our issue is usually not repairable but involves a replacement. I would definitely recommend Hockers!

    Weve had nothing but wonderful experiences over the last few months with Hockers!First we had our a new water heater & faucets installed by Rob. Then we had new toilets and another faucet installed by Matt. Lastly we had a new dishwasher installed by Dakota.They were all very knowledgeable and very nice individuals to work with! Very professional and helped us feel very confidant in what we were getting installed.We wouldnt hesitate calling Hockers again and will highly recommend them anytime we can thanks to these three great techs!

    Excellent customer service! Journeyman electrician Wayne and the scheduling staff went above and beyond to get me on the schedule for a fair price in-between other subcontractors. We were in a big jam and they came to the rescue. Wayne arrived on time, we received both email and text appointment reminders, we knew when they were on their way to our home. Great experience with Hockers and would use them again and recommend their services.

    Connor was very friendly and professional. Not only did he do a great job on our electrical issues, he was also able to quote us for other work we planned to have done, on the same visit. I cant recommend Hockers Home Services enough! Our electrical was jacked from the beginning and they helped this do-it-yourselfer finish what I thought would be a simple swap...I want to especially thank Hockers Home Services for their support to those who served in the Armed Forces!     My experience with Hockers has been great so far. Prices seem reasonable (although I don’t have much to compare it to) and they’ve answered all of my questions and explained what’s going on. I love that they have so many different specialists because it makes it easier than calling a bunch of different companies. I plan to use them again for a future repair needed.

    Joseph was the technician that came to complete the service call at my home. He and his helper were very considerate to keep any dirt and debris away from the carpet by using drop clothes. They completed the job to my satisfaction and explained the job well. I am very pleased with the work.

    Rob arrived shortly after a water heater failure call. He was thorough, professional and a pleasant person. He showed us four options to replace the traditional vented gas unit. They were able to install the same day. The cost was higher than I guessed, but unit was about 12 yrs old. I would call Hockers and Rob again. Nice work.

    We took advantage of a promo that Hockers was offering. The furnace tech, Billy, did a fantastic job performing our annual furnace tune-up. He took before and after photos and forwarded them to us to review. He answered any questions we had, arrived as promised and was knowledgeable friendly and professional.

    Amazing Customer service. Larry was amazing! He arrived for our annual furnace tune up. He came upon an issue and explained everything in detail and explained what the next steps would be. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!

    We had our water heater fail and Brandon Rystrom came out the same day and got it replaced. He called when he was on his way so I could leave work to meet him. He was very professional and friendly he replaced the heater quickly and even made sure to watch out for our two cats on his way in and out. There was no mess left and he ran the water to clean the lines when he was done. I highly recommend using Hockers and thanks again Brandon for your courteousness and friendly professionalism.

    We lost our hot water heater on Christmas Eve. Made the phone call on the 26th hoping to be fixed by at least the weekend. They came today/26th just a few hours after calling.     Brandon was our technician that came out originally for water leaking in our ceiling.. he was very courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned up before leaving & aware our family was still living life around him. He spoke thoroughly with my husband about the problem & costs before doing anything else. Once this problem was fixed he remembered we had mentioned a slow toilet in another bathroom without us having to bring it back up; gave us a quote & just let us know it was valid for however long. After some time we decided to follow through with the quote… just called the company and they actually sent the same gentleman back out for us.. which was very nice & comforting.     Hockers home service was super helpful and very prompt with their service, I got both a text message confirming all important details (address and timeframe) as well as a call from the technician.     I asked them to come out to repair a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink of my newly purchased house, and to give an estimate for installing a dishwasher. They scheduled me in and just a few days later they came by and installed the dishwasher and replaced the pipes beneath my sink in just a few hours. Very quick, very affordable, very professional. Highly recommend.Follow up. Previous work done still excellent, no issues with sink repair or installation. This time over Labor Day weekend outside AC unit stopped turning on. Called after hours and left a message. Got a call the next business day at 8:30am and they sent Kevin that same morning. He came over, did a once over and found the problem, fixed it, and within an hour I sitting nice and cool with AC working better than ever. Truly grateful to Hockers, and for those that didnt know, they are no longer just plumbing, they do heating and AC now as well.

    I had an issue with the hose bib. They were able to come out and assess the problem gave me a great deal. The most important part is that they made sure I had the correct repair or just something that would break down later. They replaced everything that was needed and also pointed out a couple issues in the crawlspace that I should address. Definitely went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

    Rob did an awesome job getting to our house fast. I spent 16 weeks in the hospital and 8 weeks in Edenbrooks rehab facility. I came home in a wheel chair ♿️ and walker on Monday when my insurance ran out. On my first trip to the bathroom I slipped and fell onto my toilet 🚻, breaking the tank off our toilet. When he seen I was in a wheelchair, and our only other toilet was in the basement, he took and put in a loaner one for us till the other toilet came in one day later and hed be able to install it on Wednesday. I cant express enough how much that meant to me. Keep up the excellent work Rob.

    Andrew was out today to help us with our sump discharge line from where it exits our basement to the street storm sewer. A previous (different) plumber was out and told us after putting a camera in it that our pipe was crushed. The previous plumber contacted somebody to come dig it up for us. Lucky for me they failed to get back to us about it and we contacted Hockers. Andrew came out, put a camera in it and guaranteed that it was not blocked. He had to jet it out and use an auger but he saved us from having to dig up and replace that pipe. This guy was awesome jumping in and out of the storm seeer to fix this. Saved me a ton of money and my landscaping. I am extremely pleased.

    I had an unfortunate event happen after being away for a small vacation. I had scheduled the Hockers group to come and look at my toilet that I thought was still running, and that was scheduled after I came back for my vacation. As misfortune, but yet still luck would have it when we were looking at the toilet during the appointment, we opened the furnace room and found my water heater had blown all over the place water. I had a basement flood on my hands. David Busko and Hockers got right to work with getting a new water heater replacement in motion. He started helping me do some initial water shop vacuuming when he removed the old water heater and called for a team member to bring a new one from their main site. While I was on the phone with the insurance agency and getting a cleanup and restoration crew in place for the rest of the house damage, he installed my new water heater the same day.

    I recently just bought a house and had a panic when I found water in my basement on Sunday. I sent an appointment request thru the website and within an hour I received a phone call to have a tech come out to look at the issue. Jon and Chris showed up EARLY which was fantastic and they went right to work. They were quick and efficient and were great at communicating with me thru the whole repair process. Turns out tree roots were to blame. They made sure everything was functioning great before they left and also informed me how to check/prevent a blockage in the future!     We just used Hockers Plumbing! I can not say enough good things! We had a leaking hissing water heater called and said some would be here within 2 hours!!! We were so relieved n happy they could come so soon! They were here within an hour! Tony Carroll arrived was so professional, sweet and explained everything. Was very apologetic he had to run back to shop. He was back so quick and started back at it immediately! I honestly want to say it was the quickest best service we have ever had. We are back up and running I believe from phone call to fixed within 3 hours!!!! I could would recommend them to everyone. Not only was the price reasonable they give a veterans discount!     We had our old water heater replaced with a whole house tankless water heater. It is working great. All the guys who worked to make that happen were professional, friendly and cleaned up the work area very well!There was one small glitch involving one of the breakers that was changed with the heater installation. When I called Hockers about it, they had an electrician whose name is Scott come out a couple of days later to check it out. Scott quickly figured out what was causing one of the breakers to trip and fixed it quickly. There was no charge.Over the years we have found Hockers efficient, easy to work with and staff that does a great job.

    Fantastic service all around! I called on a Sunday after we had a drain line backup and was able to get a call back first thing Monday morning. When John arrived it was clear that we were in good hands. The drain line clog has been reoccuring for several years now and the last independent contractor that was here to fix it left after a 5 minute fix that did not resolve the issue. John was professional and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. He did a very thorough job and when he was finished, he explained exactly what ge had done.     This morning I woke up and there was water spraying all over the basement. I called and within an hour I believe they were here fixing it. I am currently in the middle of also having remodeling done so I had all of that going on. Brandon was very helpful, quite thorough and did the work quickly. Definitely will recommend Hockers to anyone who needs work done.I had to have my water heater replaced in December. I paid the bill but was then contacted by Hockers 2 months later claiming that I was $50 short. I questioned her as to why two months later they are still claiming that I owe $50. She stated that it was due to their billing cycle. I requested that they send something to show proof that there is still a balance. This was two weeks ago. Last week she called again stating that they would charge 1% monthly fee until the bill was paid. She claimed that we had this conversation weeks ago. I reminded her that this conversation had just taken place the previous week and that I still was waiting for the proof to be sent in the mail. She then claimed that she had sent it to my email. Since I hadnt given them an email address this was not possible. She then cleaned it had been sent weeks ago. I again explained to her this is not possible since I had not received anything in the mail. She then claimed it was USPS fault. I concluded that conversation with her. I then recalled the number and was able to speak to Sarah and scheduling she was very helpful apologize for the treatment I received and stated that she would send the proof. It arrived the next day. Brandon installed the water heater and Sarah worked with me to resolve the problem. However due to the treatment I received I will not be calling Hockers again.

    We had an emergency on veterans day but they were able to get a technician out to our home to help us. Damon was very friendly and professional, explained everything thing very well and answered all of our questions. Definitely plan on using Hockers for our future needs.

    We had a really old sump pump that was on its last legs with all the melt and rain. Hockers Plumbing promptly scheduled an appointment with me and they were even able to reschedule it for sooner once I realized my pump was struggling even more than I thought. Brandon was awesome! He went over our options and definitely recommended what would be best for us, which ended up being the least expensive option! He installed it the same day in less than an hour.     I had multiple services performed by Hockers in the past year and every time they have done a fantastic job.Ben has been out here twice to clean our main sewage line and some minor blockages, Jon and Chris water jetted the main sewage line, Nate installed a new toilet and Gary installed a backwater valve. Each time the guys have been quick, clean, and super professional. Would definitely recommend Hockers if you need plumbing work done.5/4/23 Update: I called this morning and asked to get a new water heater installed, Nate and Joe came out within two hours and installed one for us.     Chris was the lead man on the job and Conner was helping and was in training. They were both were polite and considerate of keeping the house nice. They put on boot covers, laid down a pad to protect the floor and cleaned up very well when done.     Woke up this morning to water covering the basement floor and no hot water. Water heater completely shot. We called Hockers at 9am, they had a tech here by 9:40am. Dakota was friendly, professional and thorough! He completed our water heater replacement by 11:15am! Before he left, he explained what he did, what to look for on our new water heater, talked to us about the warranties, the membership program and asked us if we had any other questions or concerns and my favorite part- he asked if we were happy with everything! Great quality service! We are very happy and grateful!
