    Several neighbors had used and recommended C&D Custom Construction so we had Caleb give us a bid. We liked his manner, ideas and suggestions and his pricing was very reasonable. He was able to start work very quickly and with the exception of a couple of sub-contractor related hiccups finished with great results - a beautiful expanded deck, some new and greatly improved shelving and tile baseboards in bathrooms and laundry/utility room as well as a small fence project. Caleb was extremely communicative and really advocated for us. Victor, the foreman, and his team were efficient, hardworking and very orderly. And we especially enjoyed the entertainment factor - Victor was a joy as he was always singing as he worked!We look forward to working with C&D Custom Construction in the fall when they will build a cover for one portion of our deck and a patio underneath.Thank you Caleb, Victor, Frankie and Juan for a project well done!

    Great at communicating and super responsive to concerns. When problems came up, they were addressed quickly. In fact, by the time I raised concerns, they were already in the process of fixing them! Did some major cleanup on a seriously distressed property including a tricky tree removal around power and phone lines, and Im looking forward to using them in the future for other projects.

    C&D Landscaping has been an amazing find! I first used them to put up our Christmas lights for 2018. They were so reasonably priced and reliable, and efficient. They were completely professional from the manager of the project to the individuals doing the labor. I was always in amazement, given my poor experiences with at least a half dozen other landscapers over the past six years, how reliable they are. I always received a cost estimate on time and it was always very thorough and detailed. They were also very willing to work with you and had a great deal of flexibility. I am so delighted to have someone so professional, reliable, and pleasant to work with.

    We had a very good experience with C & D, and I really enjoyed working with them. I would give 5* excepts we had a problem at the start, and unfortunately werent briefed on what to do if we had leaking over a weekend. HOWEVER, as soon as they found out the problem, they took full responsibility, paid our plumbing bill and fixed the problem. A good company.

    They do a great job, keep to their estimates and they communicate well as to progress on the project, or to answer any questions. We used them to perform some accident related damages to our property. They did very good job and we were very satisfied with the results. .

    Our backyard was unusable. With 2 young boys, we needed a safe place for them to play. C and D completely redid our backyard and did an incredible job. They were very professional and left the site clean every night. They went above on beyond what was expected. They were very flexible with us and helped make our backyard dreams a reality. Even from day one, Caleb was very helpful making drawings of what would be possible (which other companies did not do). Highly recommend them!

    C&D is a professional landscape service co. We have a large property that requires routine weekly maintenance along with seasonal landscape architecture projects. C & D provides a high level of service, ensuring the exterior of the property is always aesthetic, well-groomed and maintained. We have utilized the various divisions and services C&D offers for several years now and have found them all to be professional, accommodating and responsive - each service, whether routine or an entirely new project, has been met with expertise and a stellar result. We have required their coordination with other professional service companies and have found their willingness to share knowledge and provide professional recommendations invaluable. We could not be more impressed and pleased. Highly recommend.

    Ive been working with C&D for over a decade, spanning multiple projects at two homes during that time. Projects have included retaining wall design & construction, lawn & irrigation installation, planter beds, landscape lighting and fence construction. All projects were completed on or ahead of schedule. They deliver outstanding results, are flexible and accommodating with designs, and have been exemplary in their professionalism and dedicate to customer satisfaction. I consider them the standard for landscape design and construction in the PDX metro area, and I recommend them without reservation.

    We have been using C and D for everything from installing sprinklers to constructing a water feature since 1997, and they are excellent. Recently they installed lights for our driveway and it is beautiful. We highly recommend them for any landscaping job.

    I have used C & D Landscape to both create a beautiful landscape around our home including rock walls, a waterfall, an irrigation system, fencing, and the development of plantings and grass. I have also used C & D to repair decks and stairs built by another contractor. They were wonderful. We continue to use their maintenance program to keep the weeds down and to mow our lawn. They are a knowledgeable and first class business in all ways.

    We had our backyard pavers, firepit and landscaping done with C and D and they did an amazing job! It was a tricky leveling of the patio and it turned out great. They were here for about 5 days of straight work. I would recommend and use them again!!!
